ENGLISH · This Fairline Targa 52, Cienfuegos, has always been professionally maintained, serviced, and cared for (on a weekly and yearly basis) to a very high standard. Cienfuegos is powered by two strong Volvo Penta D12 diesels of 715hp each with only 810 running hours on the counter. She is furthermore equipped with a hydraulic bow- and stern thruster, generator, full Raymarine navigation pack including radar, underwater lights, bimini (new 2022), and a hydraulic-operated telescopic Besenzoni passerelle cleverly concealed in the transom steps. Looking at her hull and cockpit, it’s immediately clear that this yacht is all about both cool rides and lazy days in the sun. The hydraulic-opening garage, with an easy launch and retrieve system, houses a tender with outboard. Aft are two big sun lounges – one double and one single. There’s another big sun lounge (new cushions 2022) on the foredeck. The cockpit features a u-shaped dinette with high/low table and a proper Wetbar with barbecue grill, fridge and sink. The helm station with pilot and co-pilot seat is obviously large and the dashboard is well-organized. The captain/captainess can easily control and navigate the yacht while enjoying the surroundings. The interior of this Fairline Targa 52 is fitted out with a reversible air-conditioning system. The master cabin is located forward and features an almost circular island bed, plenty of storage and an ensuite bathroom with electric toilet (new 2022), wash basin and shower stall. The two twin bed guest cabins located aft and share the second bathroom with electric toilet (new 2022), wash basin and shower stall. The galley is equipped with a domestic-size fridge/freezer (new 2021), a convection microwave and a 2-burner cooktop. And let’s not forget the ample lounge area with high/low table and a TV placed on the outside of the galley bench. This yacht is in mint maintained condition. The only recommendation we have is to redo some interior lining. Apart from that, this 52ft Targa is one of the better ones you can get on the market right now. Der Innenraum dieser Fairline Targa 52 ist mit einer umschaltbaren Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Die Eignerkabine befindet sich im Vorschiff und verfügt über ein fast kreisrundes Inselbett, viel Stauraum und ein eigenes Bad mit elektrischer Toilette (neu 2022), Waschbecken und Duschkabine. Die beiden Gästekabinen befinden sich achtern und teilen sich das zweite Badezimmer mit elektrischer Toilette (neu 2022), Waschbecken und Duschkabine. Die Kombüse ist mit einem Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach in Haushaltsgröße (neu 2021), einer Mikrowelle mit Umluftfunktion und einem 2-Flammen-Kochfeld ausgestattet. Der Salon verfügt über eine großzügige Sitzecke mit einem in Höhe verstellbarem Tisch, und einem Fernseher, der an der Außenseite der Küche-Element angebracht ist. Diese Yacht befindet sich in einem sehr guten und sorgfältig gepflegten Zustand. Die einzige Empfehlung, die wir haben, ist, einige Innenverkleidungen zu erneuern. Abgesehen davon ist diese 52ft Targa eine der besseren, die man derzeit auf dem Markt bekommen kann. Mirando el casco y la bañera, queda claro que este yate es ideal tanto para paseos deportivos como para días de relax en el sol. En la cubierta de proa hay un otro gran solárium (nuevos cojines en 2022). La bañera cuenta con una dinette en forma de U con mesa regulable en altura, y un Wetbar con barbacoa, nevera y fregadero. De eigenaarshut bevindt zich voorin en beschikt over een bijna rond eilandbed, veel opbergruimte en een ensuite badkamer met elektrisch toilet (nieuw 2022), wastafel en douchecabine. De twee gastenhutten in het achterschip delen de tweede badkamer met elektrisch toilet (nieuw 2022), wastafel en douchecabine. De kombuis is uitgerust met een koelkast/vriezer (nieuw 2021), een magnetron en een 2-pits kookplaat. De salon beschikt over een ruime zithoek met een in hoogte verstelbare tafel en een TV aan de buitenkant van het keukenblok. Dit jacht bevindt zich in zorgvuldig onderhouden staat. De enige aanbeveling die we hebben is om op sommige plekken de binnenbekleding te vernieuwen. Afgezien daarvan is deze 52ft Targa een van de betere op de markt.

This Nautor's Swan 82 FD /"Grey Goose/" is the perfect combination of performance cruising, easy and safe boat handling with a shorthanded crew and blue water sailing capability. While mostly being used as a fast cruiser, Grey Goose can be easily converted to an aggressive Maxi Cruiser Racer and perform in any race, inshore and offshore. As the current owner is very competitive, he started to improve Grey Goose soon after participating in his first Transatlantic and Swan Maxi regattas. German Frers, the designer of the Swan 82, was tasked to design a new keel, which brought down the center of gravity, improved acceleration, pointing angles and slot keeping dramatically, balancing the boat perfectly in the water. A new rudder was fitted, and the hull was faired with long boards to have the perfect hydrodynamics. The rod rigging was replaced by Future Fibres PBO, standing rigging, which has been replaced by EC6standing rigging in 2012. In 2016 a new Hall Spars high modulus carbon fibre mast (same dimensions as her original mast) has been installed with four low profile spreaders, giving more strength and reducing weight by approx. another 350 kg. Increasing the righting moment significantly, the new mast has made a considerable improvement in upwind and overall performance. To improve safety and performance, the new mast was fitted with easy to operate halyard locks for all headsails and the Main. In September 2017 her mast was stepped down for the 5 year service of the EC6 rigging and fully serviced. The sail wardrobe has been designed and developed in close cooperation between the North Lofts in Spain and the UK, taking advantage of the deep knowledge of the sailmakers sailing on board. Grey Goose is now a totally different boat, outperforming any other Swan 82 ever built. She demonstrates the real Swan DNA by accomplishing her missions in a perfect manner being comfortable, sea worthy and very fast. She has proven her outstanding performance in several racing events and in numerous family holidays cruises. Grey Goose is undoubtedly in outstanding mint conditions. Although many upgrades were made to improve the performance, most of them enlarge the fun factor as well in cruising like less pitching, fast acceleration and direct steering. At the end of the 2012 season, Grey Goose underwent a second extensive refit at Hinckley Yachts, Portsmouth, RI/USA. This included upgrading the standing rigging to Southern Spars EC6 continuous carbon rigging, painting the hull topsides and aft cockpit, upgrading to VSAT satellite communications, a new, fuel saving generator, as well as many other significant upgrades and improvements, including the interior, the audio- and entertainment and navigation systems. Grey Goose has been rigorously maintained by her owner to keep pace with the numerous technological advancements in luxury yacht construction since her launch. Outdated equipment has been replaced and only top of the line gear has been fitted. This gives her a modern, contemporary feel, comparable to the very latest generation of Swan yachts. Grey Goose has always been maintained by a highly professional, experienced and dedicated crew, insuring that she was always ready to take her whenever the owner wanted to sail. Built in GRP by Italian yard Maori with naval architecture, exterior design and interior styling by Nauta Design, M/Y MATARIKI was delivered in 2014 with a dual purpose as a very large and luxurious tender or a pocket superyacht. The superb M/Y MATARIKI underwent a major refit in 2015 consisting of a new configuration of the aft deck, new arrangement of the sunbed and enlargement of the salon with closed bulkhead. The Nautor's Swan 82 FD /"Grey Goose/" has been built for two defined missions. One is a luxurious and short handed family cruising with performance but without any stress on deck. The second mission is competitive racing in all conditions inshore as well as offshore and even transatlantic racing. She is not a pure race boat even more. She demonstrates the natural Swan DNA by accomplishing both missions perfectly, being comfortable, seaworthy, and very fast. She has proven her outstanding performance in several racing events and numerous family holidays cruises. Even if she seems to be quite racing oriented in some aspects, Grey Goose has spent roughly 85% of the owners sailing time in Family Cruising mode. An extensive upgrade program of several hundred thousand Euros in Winter 2008 added a lot of value to the boat. Complete retrofit to Futures Fibres PBO standing rigging combined with fitting a carbon fibre head stay foil represents a total weight saving of 300kg out of the rig. Consequently, fitting a new high-performance racing T-keel designed by Frers brought down the centre of gravity and dramatically improved acceleration, pointing angles and slot keeping. The sail wardrobe is complete both for racing and for Cruising. Grey Goose is undoubtedly in outstanding mint conditions. Although many upgrades came out of racing needs most of them to enlarge, the fun factor in Cruising like minor pitching, fast acceleration, and direct steering. In the summer of 2012, Grey Goose underwent a second extensive refit. This included upgrading the standing rigging to Southern Spars EC6 continuous carbon rigging, painting the hull topsides and aft cockpit, upgrading to VSAT satellite communications, a new generator, as well as many other upgrades and improvements. Her owner has rigorously maintained grey Goose to keep pace with the numerous technological advancements in luxury yacht construction since her launch. This gives her a modern, contemporary feel, comparable to the latest generation of Swan yachts. In the winter/spring of 2016, a new Hall Spars high modulus carbon fibre mast (exact dimensions as her original mast) has been installed with four low profile spreaders, giving more strength and reducing weight by approx. Another 350 kg and use of halyards slots. EC6 standing rigging (2012) checked. The new mast has made a considerable improvement in upwind and overall performance. In September 2017, her mast was stepped down for the five-year service of the EC6 rigging and fully serviced. Winter period 2017/18; primary generator service (5000 hrs.) and 2/18 haul-out for new antifouling.

This Cranchi 47 Medtiterranee was after the construction, in storage by the shipyard, was registered in 2015, and launched in 2016. she is like semi new, spins well at sea, with only 394 hours on the engines. She has great low maintenance size, and can easily be winter stored. The engine room is immaculate and the accommodation is in mint condition. All bottom revisions done orderly. I was pleased to try her out for a spin. A perfect option for a compact sports boat with high end accommodation amenities. The picture of the hull is from March 2023.
