A 1950 Freciney type boat from the Cherbourg shipyards for bulk transport, converted to a houseboat by bargees and shortened to 29.50 m in 2005. The living space includes a living room 10m by 4.5m with fitted kitchen, 1 bedroom and bathroom + WC at the front, accommodation for bargees at the rear + a cabin for the wheelhouse. The boat was used as a merchant vessel until 2005, then as a home in Reins from 2006 to 2012 and in Cork from 2012 to present. Equipped kitchen, oil central heating + wood stove, front room, bathroom with shower, toilet, living room with kitchen +/- 45 sqm small room for the wheelhouse, accommodation for skippers to be rearranged with possibility of a second bathroom. The boat has been converted into a house for the front part, containing a bedroom, a bathroom with shower, a laundry room, a toilet. In the central part there is a fully equipped kitchen and dining room and a lounge with a wood stove. These various rooms are equipped but need to be refreshed.
