Compared to Venice island itself, the location is smart to reach even by car, and there are no problems of „high water“. Any service is available nearby (supermarkets, restaurants, copy shops, etc...). Im Vergleich zur Insel Venedig ist die Lage auch mit dem Auto bequem zu erreichen und es gibt keine Probleme mit dem venedigen „Hochwasser“.
