Te Streep was built for the Belgian government for hydrographic survey services. Being a government vessel she has always been well maintained. The present owner bought her in 2021 with the intention to convert her into an expeditionary cruiser that could be used to explore the Red Sea coastline. In 2022 Te Streep underwent an extensive refit in Belgium. The interiors were modernized and the cabins upgraded with air-conditioning and new furniture. 6 new ensuite bathrooms were installed in the passenger area and more for the crew who had no bathroom on the lower deck. Various TVs also for the crew were installed. A laundry was added, and the navigation equipment was upgraded to the required standards. Unnecessary equipment has been removed from the aft deck which is now very variable and can be used for a variety of activities, incl. storage of a submarine, ROVs with their LARS systems, air diving, etc. The various tenders and toys make the vessel attractive also for leisure activities. Te Streep has not only the 2 original survey launches but also a large RIB with 300hp, 2 Jet skis, a smaller RIB with 50hp, a giant water slide, an aft boarding platform of 8m x 4m, and various other toys. Te Streep is a unique, true Explorer ready for new adventures on all oceans.

 /" Kalevala /" is a rare 74' Hatteras Motor Yacht with four staterooms. She sports a fiberglass hard top on the bridge and the bottom was just painted late last year. She has been well cared for by her previous owners and it shows. Her 1300 HP 3412-A Caterpillar engines were rebuilt in 2013 by Pantropic in Miami. This was a complete rebuild by removing the engines from the boat and sent to Pantropic. The port engine received a new block then both were Dyno tested with all new up dates. The engines were painted and reinstalled in the boat. These engines had approx. 25 hours on them when the current owner bought the boat. They now have approx. 100 hours sense the rebuild.

Beneteau 49 was built in Marion, South Carolina, USA. 1st owner sailed her from Charleston, USA to the Caribbean (US virgin islands). In between seasons, it was kept on dry (from late April until November), the 2nd owner bought it at the beginning of 2021, updated it and crossed the Atlantic ocean with the ARC in May. In the Summer of 2021 and 2022, it sailed in the Mediterranean sea. Now the boat is 20 minutes from the centre of Barcelona, Spain and 10 minutes from the International Airport of Barcelona. Today only a few builders offer customized options at a premium price.  Iolair Mara is a unique yacht built-in CA in the late sixties. A set of zincs is available on the vessel. She is well balanced and comfortable in strong weather thanks to her ketch rig. Keels cooled engine and generator for dry exhausts. The 2 side keel is filled with antifreeze. Only 3 though hull on the boat; intake for the head and the intake sea chest. Another through-hull in the side for the water maker. Privately owned since new and never chartered. The current and second only owner purchased her at the age of 1,500 hours and since then enjoyed her to the current 3,400 hours in the quite Sea of Cortez mostly at very low load (1,000 RPM). CAPRICHO II received all her life the care of a 3 person full time crew with the additional supervision of an experienced local project manager. She received a major maintenance completed in February 2022 to prepare her for the sale: one more commitment from a serious owner and now seller.     

PELAGIAL is an extremely well built, recently upgraded 'pocket explorer' that boasts an impressive range of 3,000nm which is extremely impressive considering she is 70ft.  The current owner purchased her in 2015 and has done extensive upgrades such as full repaint of hull & superstructure at Driscolls in San Diego with new blue hull color, her Cummins N85M engines were  rebuilt in October 2019 along with new exhaust system, in February 2020 her Naiad stabilizers were upgraded and in March 2020 her entire air conditioning system serviced.  Prior to her paint work being completed all steel plate work of the hull, bow, chain locker was replaced where needed and finished with new paint & complete new bottom job. This Nautor's Swan 82 FD /"Grey Goose/" is the perfect combination of performance cruising, easy and safe boat handling with a shorthanded crew and blue water sailing capability. While mostly being used as a fast cruiser, Grey Goose can be easily converted to an aggressive Maxi Cruiser Racer and perform in any race, inshore and offshore. As the current owner is very competitive, he started to improve Grey Goose soon after participating in his first Transatlantic and Swan Maxi regattas. German Frers, the designer of the Swan 82, was tasked to design a new keel, which brought down the center of gravity, improved acceleration, pointing angles and slot keeping dramatically, balancing the boat perfectly in the water. A new rudder was fitted, and the hull was faired with long boards to have the perfect hydrodynamics. The rod rigging was replaced by Future Fibres PBO, standing rigging, which has been replaced by EC6standing rigging in 2012. In 2016 a new Hall Spars high modulus carbon fibre mast (same dimensions as her original mast) has been installed with four low profile spreaders, giving more strength and reducing weight by approx. another 350 kg. Increasing the righting moment significantly, the new mast has made a considerable improvement in upwind and overall performance. To improve safety and performance, the new mast was fitted with easy to operate halyard locks for all headsails and the Main. In September 2017 her mast was stepped down for the 5 year service of the EC6 rigging and fully serviced. The sail wardrobe has been designed and developed in close cooperation between the North Lofts in Spain and the UK, taking advantage of the deep knowledge of the sailmakers sailing on board. Grey Goose is now a totally different boat, outperforming any other Swan 82 ever built. She demonstrates the real Swan DNA by accomplishing her missions in a perfect manner being comfortable, sea worthy and very fast. She has proven her outstanding performance in several racing events and in numerous family holidays cruises. Grey Goose is undoubtedly in outstanding mint conditions. Although many upgrades were made to improve the performance, most of them enlarge the fun factor as well in cruising like less pitching, fast acceleration and direct steering. This included upgrading the standing rigging to Southern Spars EC6 continuous carbon rigging, painting the hull topsides and aft cockpit, upgrading to VSAT satellite communications, a new, fuel saving generator, as well as many other significant upgrades and improvements, including the interior, the audio- and entertainment and navigation systems.
