Il candidato ideale ha un’età indicativa intorno ai 30-35 anni, una laurea in Ingegneria meccanica o gestionale e/o un Diploma di scuola superiore di tipo tecnico, e può essere neolaureato o avere una breve precedente esperienza in una posizione analoga in un’azienda strutturata appartenente al settore elettromeccanico o metalmeccanico.
