Il candidato verrà inserito nel Settore di Euro-Progettazione dell’organizzazione. Sarà responsabile di: •Organizzare la parte implementativa dei progetti Erasmus Plus in corso; •Fornire supporto alla realizzazione di azioni di comunicazione inerenti a tali progetti (scrittura di articoli, news e post); •Fornire supporto per l’identificazione di bandi e disegno di proposte di progetto, in collaborazione con gli altri membri dello staff The appropriate candidate will be an integral part of the European division. CAPACITA’ •Ottima predisposizione alla pianificazione e realizzazione di attività sul territorio •Buone capacità relazionali sia in ambienti informali/giovanili, sia in contesti istituzionali. •Ottima capacità di gestione di gruppi e dinamiche di gruppo, in particolare con giovani. •Autonomia organizzativa, spirito di iniziativa e creatività •Attitudini al lavoro in team •Capacità di redazione di documenti e rapporti. •Almeno 2 anni di esperienza nella gestione e redazione di progetti nelle tematiche sopracitate, preferibilmente nell’ambito di partenariati complessi (locali e/o europei).
