Application engineer Burckhardt Compression Italia, Italian branch of Burckhardt Compression Group, with office located in Caponago (Milano) is a worldwide company specialising in reciprocating compressors. In particular he/she will: Review Customer specifications, identifying critical requirements from cost perspective Prepare request of quotation for the auxiliaries and align technically the offer received Interface with all Burckhardt departments to prepare the required documentation for firm quotations as ITP, P&ID and GA Interface with procurement and plant sizing department for the costing of critical items Prepare complete technical proposals and costing Support Sales Managers during the complete bidding phase Give support when required to the regional procurement team Contribute on the developing of the standard regional costs for Auxiliaries items and give support to implement in the standard tools Ensure clear project handover to the Contracting team upon project closure on assigned projects Providing proactive technical support to the Sales managers during the technical meeting on customer premises Give support in the implementation of global process activities with interface across the Headquarter departments Skills: Master or bachelor's degree in either mechanical engineering or process engineering, or similar education Experience in skid building business Knowledge of rotating equipment and/or related processes Experience in reviewing and commenting high demanding EPC spec Experience on Auxiliary costs At least 2 years' experience as Project manager / Project Engineer or at least 2 years in other similar roles in previous Jobs (Project Manager / Application Engineer) Fluent in English, orally and in writing Special requirements: Strong technical background Clear thinker Able to handle pressure Strongly target oriented and committed Enthusiastic person that can motivate and win others in the team Well-structured work approach, can set priorities Responsive, reliable, diligent Flexible Good team-player who is willing to work with/support sales people Available for travelling (face to face meeting with Customers) Italian resident with valid work permit. Product Manager - Entertainment Our client is a leading company in the Entertainment. Reporting to the Group Marketing Manager the PM will: Work on the next product strategy and tactical launch plan to achieve the main KPI's; Develop and manage marketing plans for the product; Manage 3rd Party Publisher Relations and maximize Co-marketing Funded Partnerships; Product marketing responsibility for creative brief, marketing plans, ATL and BTL marketing activities; Develop Social Media & Digital Marketing strategies and plan according to the business priorities and targeted consumers Manage the relationship with Global and Regional Liason ensuring that every plan fits within the global strategy; Ongoing monitor and analyze Consumer Insights in order to make data driven decisions and develop new actions; Manage the relationship with external marketing agencies, suppliers; Showcase products and strategies through public presentation; Develop a retailer strategy with the Trade Marketing and sales department; Budget management The candidate must have an MSc in Marketing or similar.
