In Ducati siamo alla ricerca di un/una Insurance Specialist, che si occuperà di supportare il Responsabile della funzione nellimplementazione delle coperture assicurative in linea con le linee guida del Gruppo e secondo le esigenze dellarea di business. Principali attività: - supportare la raccolta dei dati per la stesura del budget e dei costi assicurativi previsionali. - raccogliere i dati per il rinnovo delle polizze assicurative annuali interfacciandosi con le funzioni interne competenti, con i broker assicurativi locali e del Gruppo VW. - archiviare i contratti assicurativi, i certificati e la documentazione legale o assicurativa pertinente, gestire le attività amministrative per la corretta contabilizzazione dei costi e il riaddebito alle altre società del Gruppo Ducati quando previsto. - relazionarsi con i dipartimenti interni di DMH e con i broker per attivare tempestivamente coperture assicurative "ad hoc" o estensioni delle coperture in corso su specifiche richieste aziendali (quali eventi, nuove esigenze contrattuali, affitto di magazzini nuovi o temporanei, ecc.). - supporto nella consulenza alle aree di business sulle previsioni assicurative e sulle clausole inserite nei relativi contratti, confrontandosi con la funzione legale e il broker - ricevere le notifiche dei sinistri assicurativi dalle aree coinvolte, fornendo loro le opportune istruzioni per la raccolta dei documenti e delle informazioni pertinenti, aprire i sinistri con il broker, gestire e seguire lo stato dei sinistri con lo stesso, riferendo e aggiornando regolarmente il responsabile della funzione Risk Management & Insurance. - supportare limplementazione di procedure formalizzate sui principali e più rilevanti processi di gestione assicurativa e rivederle periodicamente per assicurarne laggiornamento. - supportare anche Ducati Retail S.r.l nellimplementazione delle coperture assicurative, nella gestione di eventuali sinistri e nellinterfaccia con i broker locali e VW. Si richiede: - Laurea in giurisprudenza o economia e commercio; esperienza lavorativa di almeno 2 anni in ambito assicurativo; - conoscenza delle coperture e previsioni assicurative e dei diversi rami assicurativi di rischio; - stesura di budget e costi assicurativi previsionali; - conoscenza della lingua inglese; - orientamento alla critica, allanalisi e alla precisione; Costituisce requisito preferenziale la provenienza da posizione analoga in azienda multinazionale Ruolo: Amministrazione/Paghe e contributi Tipo di occupazione: Contratto a tempo indeterminato

Leading the development and implementation of global and local category strategies in IT by addressing the relevant category's total spend and supplier base and considering all potential levers to reduce cost and drive improved performance including demand and specification management. Continuously reviewing the relevant supply market to understand best industry practice and ensure that Group is best positioned to maximise its business opportunities and minimise its business risk.
