(ENGLISH TRANSLATION after italian) Affitto camera singola in Via Murri. Cerco una studentessa tranquilla e molto pulita. L'appartamento sarà da condividere con altre tre persone occupanti altre tre stanze singole. E' dotato di un solo bagno e cucina abitabile con caldaia di qualche anno e riscaldamento autonomo, gli infissi sono nuovi, c'è un ripostiglio e una cantina. Nell'affitto sono incluse le spese di condominio (12 euro) e la revisione annuale della caldaia. Le utenze mensili -dipendenti tutte dai consumi individuali- si aggirano intorno ai 50 euro mensili, forse qualcosa in meno d'estate e qualcosa in più in inverno. Categoricamente no bici in casa, no festini. Non è possibile imbrattare, bucare, e attaccare cose ai muri immacolati o ai mobili, né ospitare con regolarità settimanale o per periodi lunghi (neanche il proprio fidanzato): per questioni di rispetto e per altre ragioni. Cerco qualcuno che sappia cosa significa avere rispetto di una casa -non lasciare la spazzatura a colare sui balconi per giorni, non sbattere le porte con violenza, trattare gli infissi con delicatezza, un po' di decenza umana, insomma. Le altre inquiline hanno esigenze di studio e di silenzio, e anche io in quanto proprietaria. È già presente turnazione per la pulizia degli spazi comuni. Sono previste due mensilità di caparra con regolare contratto annuale. Per favore, presentatevi. Cosa studiate? Quanti anni avete? Per quanto tempo vi serve la stanza? Eccetera eccetera. The apartment will be shared with other three students. Boiler is pretty new, the apartment has an indipendent heating system. The bills -approximately 50 euros per month in spring and summer and more during winter months- depend on the habits of the people who live in the house. In the price, 335, is included "condominio tax" - 12 euros (the money you pay for having elevator, cleaning lady of the building and the light in the stairs, and the annual tax you pay for the boiler). It is NOT possible to be loud, to party inside the apartment, to host weekly -not even boyfriends-, to park the bike inside the house and to hang or damage or spoil the walls. In other words, I look for some human decency: somebody that is able not to shut the doors violently, not to forget trash on the balcony for days, somebody quiet, clean and respectful.
