There are bars, restaurants, and cafeterias nearby, including a gluten-free shop and lunch place right downstairs. There is also a bakery shop right beneath the house. The monthly charge of 980 Euro include high speed internet and phone (30 euro/month) plus the building administration and cleaning (50 euro per month). Therefore, the net rent is 900 euro per month
