The room is about 15 m2 and can be a double room for single use, or the beds can be split and the room can be arranged to accommodate 2 people (see photo). It is a nice and bright room, clean and tidy, in perfect condition. In the room there is also a large wardrobe with 4 doors, chairs and a desk. There are also drawers and shelves for storing your things. There is also a nice kitchen, with oven, fridge and everything you need, a large living room with two sofas, furniture, TV, and a dining table with chairs. Bills are to be paid separately, all costs are estimated. Currently internet connection is not active, but can be activated. The water is included in the condominium expenses which are compulsory expenses to be paid separately and are about (hidden) euro per year, so about 80 euro per month. It has an independent heating system so the gas depends on the consumption, just like the electricity. This is the flat where my son lived when he studied at the Polytechnic of Turin. I am looking for 1 or 2 tenants who know each other and want to share the room. The area is very well served and connected, with many public transport stops (bus, metro). About 20-25 minutes by metro to get to the Politecnico. Many shops and supermarkets are within walking distance (CONAD 2 min walk), banks and pharmacies (4 min walk). A disposizione anche una graziosa cucina, con forno, frigorifero e tutto il necessario, un ampio soggiorno con due divani, mobili, TV, e un tavolo da pranzo con sedie. Le bollette sono da pagare separatamente, tutti i costi sono stimati. L'acqua è inclusa nelle spese condominiali che sono spese obbligatorie da pagare separatamente e sono circa (hidden) euro annui, dunque indicativamente 80 euro al mese. Ha un sistema di riscaldamento autonomo quindi il gas dipende dal consumo, proprio come l'elettricità. Attualmente la connessione internet é assente, ma puo' essere attivata. Questo è l'appartamento dove viveva mio figlio quando studiava al Politecnico di Torino. Cerco 1 inquilino o 2 inquilini che si conoscano e che vogliano condividere la stanza. Bright studio apartment totally and elegantly renovated, which boasts every kind of comfort for two people and a wonderful view of the Turin hills. The flat is located in an elegant district between the city center, the Po river and the Valentino Park, in an excellent position to explore all the points of interest of the city on foot. Corso Vittorio is only 140 meters away and is the ideal starting point towards the center and Porta Nuova, reachable in just 11 minutes on foot. The 30 sqm apartment is located on the third floor of a building with elevator and consists of a single room with kitchenette and living/sleeping area. The kitchen is equipped with induction hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, juicer, traditional oven and microwave. The sleeping area consists of a foldaway queen bed with wardrobe. The bathroom has a wc, bidet and shower box with chromotherapy lights. The apartment also has a balcony with washing machine and closet. Additional facilities available for the guests: split AC, fan, TV, WebPocket Wifi up to 100 gigabytes, desk, independent heating with boiler, drying rack, iron and ironing board. Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee). N.B. In the case of long stays (over 30 days) the linen will be collected every maximum 15 days by the cleaning company. Once collected, the guest can choose: - to use their own; - the replacement: in this case there is a cost of €15 for a queen set and €8 for each additional set. The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during the stay. We will be at disposal for any requests and information, to make your stay even more interesting and organized. For any unexpected events or clarification we will be reachable by phone or by e-mail. At the check-in we will need to record the data of each guest, as required by Italian law, and you will therefore be required to show a valid document. The keys will be collected in our office in Corso England 39 in Turin, from 11.00 to 13.00 and from 14.00 to 23.00. It will be possible to deposit your luggage in the office, collect the keys and access the apartment once cleaning is finished, by 3.00 pm. We will provide you with further instructions one week before check in. For those who take advantage of the self check-in, we will offer a welcome kit. Alternatively, paid apartment check-in is available as follows: - EUR 12 from 15.00 to 21.00 - EUR 25 from 21:00 to 23:00 - EUR 30 from 23:00 to 00:00 - EUR 40 from 00:00 until 01:30 All requests for late arrivals are subject to confirmation by the property. Going southwards you'll arrive to Piazza Castello where you can admire the Royal Palace, the Madama Palace and the Regio Theater. Not far from there, the Egyptian Museum and the Mole Antonelliana, icon of the city. Last but not least, at the bottom of Via Po, the Church of the Great Mother of God. A visit to the Langhe and the Roero is great chance to discover what they have to offer from the gastronomic, cultural and landscape point of view.
