Inmaculate Pershing 64 launched in 2010 equipped with twin MAN 1550 CRM. One owner since new and always winterized in a shed during 6 months.  She is fully equipped  including a  Williams 325 waterjet tender.  A must see !!!   

“Grietje” is a wonderfully looked after original sailing Dutch Tjalk that has been converted into a two/three bedroom liveaboard. Built in 1898 by DREWS HOOGEZAND as a working vessel, she is an originally riveted iron hull that has been fully over platted with 6mm steel. The vessel has been drydocked in 2021, with a full 35,000 PSI blast/strip back to a WJ2 standard. She then went through a full ultrasonic underwater survey, steel welding repairs completed, full suite of 14 new anodes and finally coated with a 10 year 2pac epoxy International paint system meaning she does not need to be re slipped until 2031. The bilges have also been cleaned and resealed from the interior.  She is sold with a complete 2021 boat survey (as well as survey/service history dating back to 2004) and also the option to take on the mooring at the Embankment Marina, Gravesend. With a keenness to keep the original lines of such a beautiful vessel, the only detraction from the original specification of the build is the fully collapsible wheel house at the stern. Outside of this, the original rigging, sails, deck equipment, mast, lee boards are all accounted for and in working order. The deck coaming has also been raised slightly to allow generous head room in the living area, but not so much it detracts from the lines.  She also comes fitted with a DAF 6 cylinder 195 HP engine that was serviced at the beginning of 2021 and was used to transport her from Gravesend to Hoo to be slipped and back again without missing a beat. The external topsides and coach roof have also benefited from full repaint recently so she is looking extremely pretty! Internally, the barge has received a full renovation using proper insulation covered over with painted marine moisture resistant ply. The pilothouse that can be accessed from port and starboard side of the deck, features two seats and a forward-facing navigation- and pilot station. A few steps down are the well-equipped galley to starboard and another navigation station to port side. Again a few steps down you’ll end up in the full beam saloon with a dining area to starboard side and a lounge area to port side with a large U-shaped wrap-around sofa. Arrábida comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. The master cabin with ensuite facilities and the guest cabin with bunk beds are located forward. The two other guest cabins have their own separate access from the pilot house and share the second bathroom. The interior is fitted out with all comforts, like a Webasto central heating system, Taylors stove diesel heater in the saloon, electric toilets, and a washer/dryer. Arrábida puede acomodar cómodamente hasta 8 invitados. El camarote principal con baño y el camarote de invitados con literas están situados a proa. Los otros dos camarotes de invitados tienen su propio acceso independiente desde la timonera y comparten el segundo baño. El interior está equipado con todos los conforts, como un sistema de calefacción de Webasto, estufa de gasoil Taylors en el salón, inodoros eléctricos y una lavadora/secadora. Weer een paar treden naar beneden kom je uit in de salon met een eethoek aan stuurboord en een zithoek aan bakboord met een grote U-vormige rondzitbank. Arrábida biedt comfortabel plaats aan maximaal 8 gasten. De eigenaarshut met ensuite faciliteiten en de gastenhut met stapelbed bevinden zich voorin. De twee andere gastenhutten hebben een eigen aparte toegang via het stuurhuis en delen de tweede badkamer. Het interieur is van alle gemakken voorzien, zoals een Webasto centrale verwarming, Taylors dieselkachel in de salon, elektrische toiletten en een wasmachine/droger. Royal Falcon One was fully designed by Studio F.A. Porsche and built in conjunction with Royal Falcon Fleet and Kockums shipyard with naval architecture by Incat Crowther. She is MCA compliant, built to Lloyds classifications and Cayman Flagged as a commercial vessel. With a LOA of 135ft (41m) and a beam of 41ft (12.5m) she has an impressive volume of 499GRT typically found on mono-hull yachts with a much longer length overall. Both hull & superstructure are certified marine grade aluminum and her high speed round bilge catamaran hull form allows peak performance at high speeds and is extremely fuel efficient at cruising speeds. Royal Falcon One sleeps 10 guests in 5 cabins + crew accommodations for 10. Her guest accommodations consist of a large owner's suite & VIP cabin on the upper deck with 3 additional guest cabins located forward on the main deck. She is powered by twin MTU 16V4000 M93L engines powering MJP 850 water jets giving her a top speed of 37 knots yet she is also able to achieve a 2,250nm range at economical speeds.  A tender garage back aft houses a substantial RIB and when closed up she maintains her sleek exterior lines one would expect from Porsche Design Studio.

This VZ 18 is a real classic lady who will never tell you her real age by guessing, but documentation confirms the truth. Absolute timeless design, extremely well kept and maintained to a very high level. Technically she comes in almost perfect state with the unbeatable MAN engine as a bonus, of course fully serviced; she runs without vibrations or smoke. New carpets, mattresses, upholstery... anywhere you look, she looks like a 8-year-old youngster. Not polite to speak about weight of a lady, but look how heavily she is built, for which she is very solid and stable. This VZ 18 is highly recommended!

The Nautor's Swan 82 FD /"Grey Goose/" has been built for two defined missions. One is a luxurious and short handed family cruising with performance but without any stress on deck. The second mission is competitive racing in all conditions inshore as well as offshore and even transatlantic racing. She is not a pure race boat even more. She demonstrates the natural Swan DNA by accomplishing both missions perfectly, being comfortable, seaworthy, and very fast. She has proven her outstanding performance in several racing events and numerous family holidays cruises. Even if she seems to be quite racing oriented in some aspects, Grey Goose has spent roughly 85% of the owners sailing time in Family Cruising mode. An extensive upgrade program of several hundred thousand Euros in Winter 2008 added a lot of value to the boat. Complete retrofit to Futures Fibres PBO standing rigging combined with fitting a carbon fibre head stay foil represents a total weight saving of 300kg out of the rig. Consequently, fitting a new high-performance racing T-keel designed by Frers brought down the centre of gravity and dramatically improved acceleration, pointing angles and slot keeping. The sail wardrobe is complete both for racing and for Cruising. Grey Goose is undoubtedly in outstanding mint conditions. Although many upgrades came out of racing needs most of them to enlarge, the fun factor in Cruising like minor pitching, fast acceleration, and direct steering. In the summer of 2012, Grey Goose underwent a second extensive refit. This included upgrading the standing rigging to Southern Spars EC6 continuous carbon rigging, painting the hull topsides and aft cockpit, upgrading to VSAT satellite communications, a new generator, as well as many other upgrades and improvements. Her owner has rigorously maintained grey Goose to keep pace with the numerous technological advancements in luxury yacht construction since her launch. This gives her a modern, contemporary feel, comparable to the latest generation of Swan yachts. In the winter/spring of 2016, a new Hall Spars high modulus carbon fibre mast (exact dimensions as her original mast) has been installed with four low profile spreaders, giving more strength and reducing weight by approx. Another 350 kg and use of halyards slots. EC6 standing rigging (2012) checked. The new mast has made a considerable improvement in upwind and overall performance. In September 2017, her mast was stepped down for the five-year service of the EC6 rigging and fully serviced. Winter period 2017/18; primary generator service (5000 hrs.) and 2/18 haul-out for new antifouling.
