This North Coast 120’ is a spectacular yacht with an extensive refit that occurred in 2021-2022, taking over 12 months and close to $2M which has been invested in her.  She underwent a complete paint job, top to bottom, with 2 coats of Awlgrip Total Prime 545 and 3 topcoats of Awlcraft 2000 Snow White at the prestigious Roscioli Yachting Center in Fort Lauderdale, FL.While out of the water, all underwater components - thru-hull fittings, underwater gear stabilizers, bow thrusters, etc. - were serviced and maintained.  Additionally, prior to paint, all deck fittings, cleats and winches were removed, serviced and replaced after paint.  Extensive work was also performed on the custom hydraulic swim platform, fire system and other major systems which were updated or serviced.  A complete W6 was performed down to crank and bearings and a complete engine rebuild down to zero time by Marine Power in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The engine room also went through a major clean up, refit and all systems were gone through and operation checked and/or serviced.

Te Streep was built for the Belgian government for hydrographic survey services. Being a government vessel she has always been well maintained. The present owner bought her in 2021 with the intention to convert her into an expeditionary cruiser that could be used to explore the Red Sea coastline. In 2022 Te Streep underwent an extensive refit in Belgium. The interiors were modernized and the cabins upgraded with air-conditioning and new furniture. 6 new ensuite bathrooms were installed in the passenger area and more for the crew who had no bathroom on the lower deck. Various TVs also for the crew were installed. A laundry was added, and the navigation equipment was upgraded to the required standards. Unnecessary equipment has been removed from the aft deck which is now very variable and can be used for a variety of activities, incl. storage of a submarine, ROVs with their LARS systems, air diving, etc. The various tenders and toys make the vessel attractive also for leisure activities. Te Streep has not only the 2 original survey launches but also a large RIB with 300hp, 2 Jet skis, a smaller RIB with 50hp, a giant water slide, an aft boarding platform of 8m x 4m, and various other toys. The Cheoy Lee 63 LRMS is an impressive performer with speed and agility under both sail and power. She was in a heated hall from 2015 until 2017 for an extensive refit. The engine room was re-arranged and the caterpillars were lifted and overhauled. New generators, airco units and heating and complete new Simrad navigation system. The Nautor's Swan 82 FD /"Grey Goose/" has been built for two defined missions. One is a luxurious and short handed family cruising with performance but without any stress on deck. The second mission is competitive racing in all conditions inshore as well as offshore and even transatlantic racing. She is not a pure race boat even more. She demonstrates the natural Swan DNA by accomplishing both missions perfectly, being comfortable, seaworthy, and very fast. She has proven her outstanding performance in several racing events and numerous family holidays cruises. Even if she seems to be quite racing oriented in some aspects, Grey Goose has spent roughly 85% of the owners sailing time in Family Cruising mode. Complete retrofit to Futures Fibres PBO standing rigging combined with fitting a carbon fibre head stay foil represents a total weight saving of 300kg out of the rig. In the summer of 2012, Grey Goose underwent a second extensive refit. This included upgrading the standing rigging to Southern Spars EC6 continuous carbon rigging, painting the hull topsides and aft cockpit, upgrading to VSAT satellite communications, a new generator, as well as many other upgrades and improvements. Her owner has rigorously maintained grey Goose to keep pace with the numerous technological advancements in luxury yacht construction since her launch. This gives her a modern, contemporary feel, comparable to the latest generation of Swan yachts. This Nautor's Swan 82 FD /"Grey Goose/" is the perfect combination of performance cruising, easy and safe boat handling with a shorthanded crew and blue water sailing capability. Built in steel and aluminium by Dutch yard Feadship, NOSTALGIA first hit the water in 1985 and underwent a complete rebuild between 2020 and 2021. Today, she still bears the signature lines of a classic Feadship, with all new systems and a highly specced interior by NAVINCO LTD – Naval Architects and Marine Engineers. The extensive refit works were carried out at Atlas Yard in Perama, Greece, where NOSTALGIA was stripped to almost bare shell. The rebuild included an all-new interior, new machinery, electrical and technological systems, plumbing, teak decks, elevator and a new bridge. The stern was redesigned too with a new swim platform installed allowing guests easy access to the water. A modern-classic interior by accommodates up to 16 guests across seven staterooms for guests and an additional cabin for staff. Polished wood panelling is paired with a neutral palette for a refined look. Further accommodation sleeps up to nine crewmembers. Power comes from a pair of Caterpillar 3512C 1,400hp engines for a top speed of 15 knots and a range of 3,700 nm at 11 knots.
