This 140 sqm apartment, equipped with parquet floors and air conditioning, opens onto a corridor that leads to all the rooms. On the right is a large living room with a rustic wooden table for 6, three sofas, LCD TV and access to a spacious balcony. Across the hall is a large separate kitchen, fully equipped and with a balcony. After the kitchen there is a small bedroom with a single bed and a half (1.30 m wide), a bathroom with shower, a second bedroom with two single beds and a double bedroom. The main bathroom has both a shower and a bathtub. The apartment is located in the Ostiense district, a few steps from the Pyramid of Cestius, the Circus Maximus and the Baths of Caracalla, built by the homonymous emperor as a meeting point for the ancient Romans and now an important archaeological site where cultural events are organized. or where it is possible to take wonderful walks, especially in summer. The area is full of green spaces and is well connected to the historic center, reachable in a few minutes. Public transport Taxis, buses, the metro line B and trains to Ostia beach stop in the nearby Stazione Piramide.
