La sistemazione è ottimamente connessa a pochi metri dal passante ferroviario Lancetti e dalle linee 90,91,92,2. La fermata della metro gialla Maciachini si trova a circa 8 minuti a piedi tutti i servizi sono a pochi passi. E' disponibile parcheggio in box privato per 50 euro mensili. La casa è stata appena ristrutturata (è dotata di tutti gli elettrodomestici: condizionatore, lavatrice, lavastoviglie, forno dual cook, smart tv, asciugatrice, robot aspirapolvere) e la stanza in affitto è molto ampia (circa 18 mq) con pavimentazione in parquet. Il prezzo richiesto è di 500 euro. Spese escluse circa 20 euro al mese (variabile in base ai consumi) per luce, gas e riscaldamento. Sono richiesti due mesi di caparra. La stanza sarà disponibile da subito. Hi, It is available a double room in a recently refurbished house. There is plenty of different shops just one step outside the house (supermarket, bank,etc.). The room is quite big (about 18 sm), the house has many houseold appliance (washing machine,oven, air conditioning, dish washer, dryer, smart TV, robot vacuum, etc.) The house is close to many public transportation lines (Lancetti train station, bus 90,91,92 and tram 2 and yellow Metro line). Rent is 500 euro/month plus about 20 euro/month for bills (which include electricity, heating, and cooking gas). All the other expenses are included (wi-fi, etc.). Two months deposit are required. Rispetto a Venezia isola, la posizione è comoda da raggiungere anche in auto, e non vi sono problemi di acqua alta. Nelle immediate vicinanze è disponibile qualunque servizio (supermercati, ristoranti, copisterie, ecc…). La palazzina è appena stata restaurata esternamente, pertanto offre un contesto piacevole e curato, in cui vivono già altri studenti e famiglie.
