Piano Social è un’agenzia di Consulenza Social Media orientata al risultato, gestiamo i profili Social di Piccole e Medie Imprese accompagnandole in un percorso di crescita online e offline. Creiamo strategie taylor-made, completiamo la cura dei profili con Campagne di Advertising integrate (Facebook, Instagram e Google Ads). Il nostro lavoro è trasparente ed efficace. Stiamo cercando un giovane Business Development Intern con una forte propensione alla Consulenza Aziendale e con capacità di relazione col cliente. Proponiamo un percorso di crescita che non si limiti alla durata dell’internship. Crediamo nell’impatto positivo di ogni persona all’interno dell’azienda, per questo i sei mesi di stage sono accompagnati da un tutoring costante verso i temi Sales e Marketing. La figura professionale che ricerchiamo dovrà: Supportare allo sviluppo commerciale e alla gestione dei clienti acquisiti; Identificare e profilare potenziali nuovi clienti; Fare ricerche di mercato, stimare benchmark e studiare i principali competitor; Comprendere le esigenze dei clienti attuali e incontrare i nuovi potenziali clienti; Creare offerte e gestire le trattative commerciali. Le caratteristiche che cerchiamo nei candidati sono diverse, siamo pronti a farci stupire da una buona mente che ragiona, piuttosto che da un percorso di studio impeccabile e idealmente in linea con la posizione (comunque molto apprezzato): Competenze analitiche e strategiche, ma altamente pragmatiche e orientate ai risultati; Proattività e passione verso il lavoro in team; Forti capacità comunicative e di presentazione; Personalità e senso dell'umorismo (il nostro lavoro è anche divertimento!); L'inglese fluente è un plus. Lo stage è retribuito, la nostra sede è in Via Cosimo del Fante 12 a Milano, (METRO Missori). Opportunity We are looking for a motivated and passionate HR Intern.
