The Piewiet 1000 was built by the yard Van der Rest in Kats, Zeeland (NL). This boat is from 2nd owner and has always had all the necessary maintenance and many things have been renewed since 2019. (See PDF). Once aboard this Piewiet you immediately notice how spacious and easily accessible the boat is. The cockpit is spacious and offers more than enough room for all aboard. What is striking is that the teak deck is originally laid with rivets. The deck is completely leak-proof and has no loose parts.
The salon is spacious with U-shaped bench on the left and longitudinal bench on the right. To port is the galley and enclosed aft cabin. To starboard is the navigation corner and toilet with hanging locker for sailing clothes. In the bow is the second cabin with a large double bed.
This Piewiet 1000 is in sail-ready condition.

This Dufour 56 Exclusive is a large, comfortable, and luxurious cruising yacht completely equipped for long trips. She has wide teak laid decks, a low coach roof, and an electric opening transom with access to the bathing platform. The huge cockpit features two steering pedestals fully equipped with Raymarine electronics, and a big cockpit table with integrated fridge. The transom is equipped with an external galley with barbecue and sink. Standing at the helm you’ll notice that visibility is excellent and that most of the sail-handling is manageable from the cockpit with the help of electric winches. For those who just want to relax can do that on the generous sun-lounging spaces. She comes with 2 in-mast furling main sails (one of them from 2023), two furling genoas (one of them from 2023, and one of them self-tacking), furling gennaker, a storm jib from 2023, and a spinnaker boom from 2023. She is, furthermore, equipped with a 150hp diesel engine, a generator, feathering propeller, retractable bow thruster, solar panels from 2023 and a water maker from 2023. Further to that, she comes with radar, AIS, life raft, a tender from 2023, covers and spare parts.
Step down via the companion way and you’ll find out that also the space below deck is more than spacious. The interior is fitted out with reversible air-conditioning and the saloon bathes in natural light thanks to the numerous skylights and portholes. The dining area provides comfortably seating for 6 persons. The table is electrically adjustable and can be converted into an extra bed. Forward of the saloon and down a step is the galley, running across the Dufour 56’s full beam. The master cabin with island berth is located forward and has an ensuite head to starboard and a separated shower area to port. The boat was built in 2007 and launched in 2008. She has had two owners who have done cruises and regattas in the Mediterranean. It is a versatile boat which is very maneuverable and comfortable for cruising for 6 and very efficient in regattas with a crew of 10-11 people. In regattas it can be used in both Inshore races and Offshore races. The boat has always been methodically and professionally maintained to keep it in perfect working order. All spare equipment is packaged and stored in a garage protected from bad weather. The boat has been extensively refitted and optimized in recent years and the main works were redone in 2022 with sandblasting, sanding, smoothing and regatta antifouling. The boat is visible in St Maxime until December and then in Port Pin Rolland, where it will be put dry for winter storage. Sailing yacht High Spirit is a BOTIN 65 built by Spanish shipyard King Marine and launched end 2015. She was based on the design of sailing yacht Caro. There were no costs spared in building this magnificent racer. Only the best yachting suppliers were involved in this project. From design and yard to B&G Electronics, VMG, Cariboni Carbon, Aramare Ropes, Southern Spars and so on. The hull of the yacht is made of composite materials. Carbon fiber used in the primary shell of the hull, with the Nomex core. The deck is made also with the Nomex core. GRYNING is hull #9 and as such, the last of the popular Baltic 55's built. GRYNING was expertly outfitted for short handed passage making when built. She has primarily been captain maintained and constantly upgraded.
In 2015 she was converted/upgraded for Polar Explrations and sailed into the most difficult weather conditions in the North Sea, Med and North Atlantic Ocean, without any issues. With her shoal draft wing keel and user friendly deck layout, she is a perfect world cruiser. GRYNING was extensively refit during winters 1999/2000, 2000/2001, 2003/2004, 2005/2006 and 2013 at the BALTIC YACHTS SHIPYARD. During the winter of 2013 she was at a Baltic yard where a lifecycle service was done. GRYNING is a truly fast and comfortable passage maker. A lot of the upgrades, such as larger engine with matched propeller, carbon fiber rudder, carbon fiber pocket boom, carbon fiber mast and other sail handling equipment she has received over the past few years have further enhanced her speed and ease of handling.Under power she has a cruising speed of 8 knots at 2,200 rpm and 9+ knots at 85% engine power.
