La nuova risorsa, riportando alla Direzione Commerciale ed in accordo con le linee guida aziendali, avrà come obiettivo lo sviluppo dei mercati esteri, concorrendo attivamente ad un progetto di potenziamento dell'azienda a livello internazionale. La figura sarà responsabile dell'identificazione ed acquisizione di nuovi clienti nei territori assegnati, della gestione dei rapporti con i clienti attuali e dello sviluppo di nuove relazioni commerciali. In particolare, sono previste le seguenti attività:elaborazione degli obiettivi di vendita e del budget commerciale periodico, assicurando il costante monitoraggio del mercato e definendo le azioni più idonee al raggiungimento dei target;analisi strategica dei mercati di riferimento valutando trend del mercato, competitors ed identificando i clienti prospec;gestione del business attuale e dello sviluppo commerciale dell'area di competenza;gestione della relazione con i distributori per la loro fidelizzazione e per l'acquisizione di nuovi contratti, identificando le specifiche esigenze;sviluppo di nuovi contatti commerciali ed accordi di partnership;partecipazione alle principali fiere di settore; Realtà italiana leader nel settore aftermarket per automotiveBusiness developer con esperienza sui mercati internazionaliIl candidato ideale ha un background formativo in materie tecniche/economiche o cultura equivalente ed ha maturato una esperienza pregressa nel ruolo o come export manager, con provenienza dal settore della componentistica o ricambistica per automotive (rete di distribuzione).
