Quality & Compliance Leader Supplier Quality International Firm leader in the medical sector is looking for a Quality and Compliance Leader RESPONSIBILITIES: Have regional quality ownership of a supplier contact and relationship, own the quality responsibility agreement between the company and the supplier Manage the assigned supplier's portfolio against an acceptable GMP status and risk based approach Own the audit planning for the supplier and ensure timely execution and follow up Manage new supplier qualification and change control (selection, qualification, disengagement) Implement the worldwide initiatives and other quality improvements at the supplier sites Manage supplier quality issues (i.e. Micro failures, rejects, etc.) and follow-up on-site investigations Support direct materials changes Assure a continuous improvement process of the suppliers through KPI and Management Action Plan and CAPA follow up Participate to supplier review meetings Build close partnership with Procurement, R&D, Raw Material Center, Global Packaging and support of Business growth and continuity, cost improvement projects, dual sourcing, new product launch, suppliers portfolio optimization and consolidation Support Market Engagement initiatives, new supplier selection, to achieve supplier's qualification target Build strong partnership with all Internal manufacturing sites and support of non-conformities, material changes, inspections, quality review Scientific master degree (Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or related field) Working knowledge of cosmetic or medical product (or equivalent) operating functions of quality and compliance, material supply, material handling and control, product manufacturing, and product packaging gained through strong responsibility and experience in a GMP product manufacturing plant environment, good knowledge of FMEA, Six Sigma, LEAN, experience in suppliers management and auditing 5 years of cosmetic/medical product industry (or related industry) experience Fluent English (spoken and written) Understanding and application of current Good Manufacturing Practices and Agency compliance expectations.
