Link HR Professional Solutions ricerca per la storica azienda manifatturiera, appartenente a prestigioso gruppo industriale, un profilo professionale da inserire allinterno della Funzione Qualità per potenziamento DOCUMENT CONTROLLER Job Description La risorsa sarà impegnata nella tenuta della reportistica di progetto nel rispetto delle tempistiche contrattuali, compilazione report e archiviazione di progetto nel settore Oil&Gas. Si occuperà prevalentemente della gestione documenti di Qualità (circa 70% del tempo), svolgerà anche attività come Document Controller. Principali responsabilità: - Gestisce le relazioni con gli enti esterni (di certificazione); - Gestisce larchivio dellUfficio Qualità; - Supporto in fase di organizzazione riunioni e meeting nazionali e internazionali; - Verifica della congruenza formale della documentazione prodotta dalle discipline e dai Vendor con le prescrizioni aziendali, di progetto e del contratto in stretto coordinamento con le discipline tecniche; - Controllo ed emissione documenti secondo standard di qualità; - Emissione, registrazione e distribuzione (e archiviazione) dei documenti ai destinatari coinvolti; - Aggiornamento in tempo reale dello stato della documentazione tramite emissione periodica di Reports; - Spedizione documentazione tecnica ai Clienti, ai Fornitori; - Assistenza clienti stranieri. Skills & Experience I requisiti necessari e le competenze tecniche richieste per ricoprire il ruolo sono: - Formazione: Diploma/Laurea; - Necessaria ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (produzione orale e scritta); Preferibile conoscenza di una seconda lingua; - Esperienza precedente di almeno 2 - 4 anni nel ruolo richiesto oppure maturata allinterno dellUfficio Qualità di aziende (meglio se Oil&Gas); - Confidenza con Suite Office | in particolare con Excel, Word, Outlook; - Confidenza con sistemi ERP. Responsible for the implementation of the company H&S target zero objectives and program.Responsible for all OHS efforts. These efforts include definition, application and supervision of policies and procedures, and OHS metrics reporting (monthly and annual consolidation and analysis).Provide significant OHS support and execution for global integration-related initiatives.Work effectively across the full range of OHS disciplines and be able to work with the business management team and senior colleagues.Be confident in representing the Company/Sites with regulatory and industry bodies, the wider community and the corporate organization.Influencing & motivating personnel on Safety matters at all levels of the organization, with the ability to take a stand on the critical safety issues.Develop and conduct occupational safety training for various workgroups, including evaluation and modification of programs to meet local legislative requirementsPlan, design, develop, implement, and evaluate occupational safety events.Provide guidance to site personnel with safety briefings and toolbox talks. BFP GROUP is looking for a Free Lance Health & Safety Engineer with experience of at least 2 years as HSE Supervisor on Solar and Wind Plants Requirements: – Master’s Degree in Engineering (preferably Civil/Environmental) – Experience in HSE supervisions and inspections of Solar and Wind Plants (at least 2 years) - Knowledge of Italian Health & Safety rules, procedures and national regulations – The knowledge of English language is considered a preferential requirement - Full availability for national travels to work on site during construction and/or operation - Proven possession of the following certifications: Health and Safety Training, Fire Prevention Course, Safety Coordinator for the Design and Execution of Works (CSP/CSE), PES and PAV Course. Main activities: - On Site inspections and supervisions to ensure that health and safety requirements and governmental legislation are respected - On site assistance to the HSEQ Manager - HSE training courses to ensure that workers are trained to perform their roles in complete safety and quality - Monitoring of equipment, ensuring that health and safety measures have been respected -Identification of potentially hazardous situations and measures to correct them - Development of programs and strategies that protect employees from workplace hazards - Verification of the regularity of site workers (regular employment contract, safety training, health suitability for the job, etc.); - If required, back-office support that oversees all administrative duties for a project construction site and technical support for checking the safety conditions of the works and the application of the provisions and requirements of the safety and coordination plan - Drafting and/or verification of the operational safety plan - Verification and support in the preparation of any missing documents; - Document Management, ensuring accuracy of data on documents and certificates.
