Il candidato ideale è un profilo appartenente alle Categorie Protette L. 68/99 che sarà inserito nella divisione Customer Provisioning Specialist e gestirà l’attività di provisioning dei servizi di fonia (WLR/NP linea attiva e non attiva), degli accessi di connettività a banda larga (ADSL /SHDSL/FIBRA attivazioni/migrazioni), e/o servizi VAS (registrazione/trasferimento dominio – posta elettronica – Hosting) assicurando supporto competente per la risoluzione di tutte le problematiche inerenti l’inserimento delle richieste tramite la nostra piattaforma e la consegna dell’accesso da parte del fornitore locale. Avrà inoltre il compito di aggiornare l’utente finale telefonicamente e tramite utilizzo dei sistemi informatici del nostro Cliente.
