Luxurious motor yacht in very good condition, much loved
Just wait until you step aboard this very nice Motoryacht! She is a big girl with plenty of space for playing, relaxing, eating or sleeping. This boat is perfectly designed for living life to the fullest with plenty of family and friends.
There are several areas to hang out with your party. At the bow of the boat there is plenty of room to layout and catch some sun. At the stern, there is a nice size outside area tucked underneath a hard top with room enough for eight to ten people.
Step inside the salon and you will find two comfortable leather couches that are large enough to seat six more people. The salon also has beautiful Brazilian Cherry hardwood floors throughout!
There is a free standing table for four that is a perfect size for table games or an intimate dinner on the water.
If you want a perfect place to hand out while watching the sunset, run upstairs to the flybridge, which has seven seats! All this makes this boat a perfect party boat or a wonderful liveaboard!
There are three cabins each with their own heads and showers. One of the cabins has been converted to an office. The other two have double berths.
The captain's suite is the largest, has plenty of room to walk around, and contains a queen-sized bed.
Each room also has its own zone thermostat to control the AC and heat in that space.
Each head is a nice size and has plenty of storage for towels and toiletries.
Another great feature on this boat is the Cruisair tempered water marine air conditioner with six air handlers located in the key area of the boat.
It is my understanding that this system is very expensive and is usually used for much larger boats.
The boat has two, four ton heat/air units that has more than enough BTUs to keep everyone on board comfortable.
This boat also has a custom /"TNT Lift/" mounted off the boat's large swim plate. This dinghy and tender lift is also perfect for personal watercraft. With a touch of a button, the lift platform glides into the water allowing for easy retrieval or departure. This system can also be controlled by a wireless remote control that is available separately.
The boat has two powerful, and very expensive, Man V-12 Turbo engines. These engines together put out over 1500 horsepower to move you quickly through the water. There is also an oversized, powerful 33,000 KW diesel generator that has more than enough to power for everything on the boat.
There is much more to be said about this boat. But space is limited. So, considering all these things, this boat might be the perfect one for you!

VELVET 24 con la Sua linea classica ed allo stesso tempo sportiva, caratterizzata dalle imponenti murate e dalla sovrastruttura slanciata è un motoryacht costruito in Viareggio da TECNOMAR, cantiere di note tradizioni. Questa unità ha avuto due soli armatori, entrambi i quali l'ha custodita e manutenuta in maniera maniacale negli ultimi anni. L'imbarcazione si presenta in condizioni assolutamente immacolate, infatti, sia esterne che a livello di decor interno. A poppa è presente un ampio tender garage con prendisole al di sopra, mentre a prua alla zona equipaggio è riservata una cabina con tre letti. Sulla tuga è presente altresì una vasta area prendisole. La coperta è rivestita in teak mentre la verniciatura color grigio metallico dello scafo, conferisce un look estremamente moderno ed aggressivo. All'interno, il Lounge molto spazioso si trova sul piano di coperta, dotato enormi sofa e di zona entertainment, mentre sotto coperta abbiamo, a prua, abbiamo una comoda zona pranzo separata in totale privacy ed una cucina molto grande, degna di scafi di misure più importanti. Il layout prevede tre cabine doppie con letti matrimoniali, sottocoperta, l'armatoriale a centro barca (dotata anche di cabina armadi e zona vanity) e due VIP gemelle con bagni anch'essi ensuite (tutti) decorati con mosaico e dotati di bidet. A prua, sotto la zona cucina/pranzo, vi è un enorme locale cambusa. Il decor è fresco e moderno, con mobilio realizzato in rovere sbiancato e wengé e pavimentazione tutta in parquet. L'imbarcazione ha una lista di accessori veramente vasta, tra cui: doppio generatore 220v (20Kw), dissalatore, connessione SAT TV+TEL, Chartplotter, autopilota ed Radar Open array, full a/c con potenza /"tropicale/

Madiz is one of a few yachts to have survived from the early 20th century, and arguably there is no other yacht of this size, age, and original standing remaining. Madiz was built in 1902 by Ailsa Shipbuilding in Troon, Scotland, and at 55.4m is the largest classic motor yacht currently listed for sale.
Madiz can also claim the title of the oldest vessel in operation to have Lloyd’s classification.
Originally commissioned by James Coates Jnr, from his friend and now legendary yacht designer G L. Watson, Madiz was intended as something of a mothership or support boat to Coates’ sizable schooner-rigged sailing yacht.
With the outbreak of World War I, Madiz was taken by the Royal Navy and she served in the Auxiliary Patrol Service. The vessel was returned to pleasure yachting in 1920 and passed through the hands of several British yachtsmen. But it was not long before she was again called to naval service.
Post-World War II, the yacht was acquired by the Hon. John North, second son of the 8th Earl of Guilford and with Madiz, he headed for the Mediterranean
In 1968, North decided to sell the yacht and she was laid up in Piraeus until she inspired Greek businessman Costas Keletsekis to become her owner. Keletsekis equipped Madiz with new engines and refitted the boat in 2003 to bring her back into class with Lloyds Register
40 years later, in 2010, Madiz was acquired by her current owners and has been lovingly cared for as an icon of classic yachting style. Whilst she has evolved somewhat over her incredible 120-year history, many original features remain
Today, this steel-hulled motor yacht is powered by two Mercedes 250Hp engines and has accommodation for 14 guests in seven cabins.
Madiz typically runs with a crew of 10 and is served by a 6m Riva Superflorida tender as well as a 6m classic launch.
