This Princess V42 from 2002 is equipped with 2 x Volvo Penta KAD 300 (2x285 HP) Diesel engines and has plenty of power for cruising at high cruising speed with reasonable fuel economy. The boat is furnished with a nice and spacious cockpit with a large sunbed aft, below the sunbed there is a garage with space for an inflatable boat, a spacious sofa group with a table, a wetbar with a new fridge and sink, speakers, as well as a well-disposed wheelhouse with a double seat and new electric controls. The cabin is large in the well-known Princess quality with a large sofa group on the port side, as well as a pantry with stove, sink, combi oven and refrigerator on the starboard side. The forward cabin has a large double bed with good cupboard space, the aft cabin has 2 single beds with good cupboard space, a small sofa and sink, all mattresses have been changed in 2021, the boat´s bathroom has a toilet from 2020, a sink and a separate shower cubicle. The boat is equipped with Raymarine Log, Sounder b'&' Raymarine Autopilot, Raymarine Touch Plotter with integrated Radar, VHF, Bowthruster, Searchlight, Electric Windlass in front, Opacmare Gangway, ONAN 230V Generator, Hot and Cold Water, Shower on bathing platform, Garage for inflatable boat etc. Cockpit cushions have been changed and fitted with Newtech fabric, Canopy is 2 years old, Carpet in salon has been changed, Chartplotter, Radar and Autopilot have been updated to Raymarine, Hot water tank and batteries have been changed in 2021. The accommodation on board is a typical 6 plus crew layout in a king size double and super-sized double twin with en suite facilities.   Deck: Twin large electric stern winches are covered by a full teak cover that also can be used as stern side seats. A 350kg Besenzoni hydraulic crane is found under an electric operated lid that also houses the electric powered cable drum for the Riva’s shore power cable and little storage for cleaning items. Furthermore you find a hydraulic Besenzoni gangway in a cassette that slides nearly invisible below deck. Solid teak decks, original Riva wooden table and foldable super sturdy polished Riva chairs can convert her cockpit to a dining for eight. Under the starboard cockpit seat is the entrance to a very fancy crew cabin with twin beds, a large shower, sink and own head. In 2020 a new Waeco fridge has been installed for the comfort of her permanent crew.   Owners cabin: The owners cabin has been refitted with new alcantara headliners just weeks ago and for her king size bed a special mattress was produced. Beautiful lighted lockers are found throughout the master and a very comfortable make up table is integrated. En suite a very large head with all facilities as shower compartment, wash basin, toilet and bidet are found with the last two beautiful hidden under a grp Riva design lid. Corridor: In between Master and guest cabin the central connecting corridor is placed and also functions as super large storage for appliances as for example a vacuum cleaner and other householding items.   Guest cabins: On both port and starboard there are two ample sized guest cabins, both with own en-suite heads and identical facilities as the Dolce Vita’s Master head. Optionally the guest cabin twin berth layout can be changed to a double or even two double guest cabins. Helm position: On starboard a very well equipped helm station gives you full control of this beautiful Riva, a very nice feature is the remote control that enables full control from wherever you are. Quad digital interfaces powers the MAN engines as well as bow and stern thrusters. Although the navigation systems are a little outdated the systems work fine and give you all information you need. Imagine this Riva 70 with all new black flush mounted touch screen panels…   Galley:   The enormous fully airconditioned and full beam galley is found on the Riva’s full beam and the entrance is located on her starboard side with only 4 steps down. Once you enter from her electric operated entrance you will notice that time stood still. After 20 years it is still as it was delivered by Riva. It was just kept very well and very tidy. All is original except for the 2020 Kabola central heating and the new superheavy Victron Quattro 24/5000/120 inverter/charger.   This Riva 70 Dolce Vita is ready to go anywhere!

“Grietje” is a wonderfully looked after original sailing Dutch Tjalk that has been converted into a two/three bedroom liveaboard. Built in 1898 by DREWS HOOGEZAND as a working vessel, she is an originally riveted iron hull that has been fully over platted with 6mm steel. The vessel has been drydocked in 2021, with a full 35,000 PSI blast/strip back to a WJ2 standard. She then went through a full ultrasonic underwater survey, steel welding repairs completed, full suite of 14 new anodes and finally coated with a 10 year 2pac epoxy International paint system meaning she does not need to be re slipped until 2031. The bilges have also been cleaned and resealed from the interior.  She is sold with a complete 2021 boat survey (as well as survey/service history dating back to 2004) and also the option to take on the mooring at the Embankment Marina, Gravesend. With a keenness to keep the original lines of such a beautiful vessel, the only detraction from the original specification of the build is the fully collapsible wheel house at the stern. Outside of this, the original rigging, sails, deck equipment, mast, lee boards are all accounted for and in working order. The deck coaming has also been raised slightly to allow generous head room in the living area, but not so much it detracts from the lines.  She also comes fitted with a DAF 6 cylinder 195 HP engine that was serviced at the beginning of 2021 and was used to transport her from Gravesend to Hoo to be slipped and back again without missing a beat. The external topsides and coach roof have also benefited from full repaint recently so she is looking extremely pretty! Internally, the barge has received a full renovation using proper insulation covered over with painted marine moisture resistant ply. Coming down from the wheel house you come into an area affectionally known as the skippers cabin that could be used as an utility space or a home office or children’s play room. A new bathroom with full height stand up shower is on your right as you move through the boat and a toilet with a heated seat! Moving further on, a fully renovated kitchen sold with all white goods including a washing machine, full size gas double oven and hobs, plenty of storage space leading into  a wide open plan saloon living area. The saloon benefits from beautiful brass port holes and authentic brass skylights leaving the saloon area flooded with natural light. Forward of the mast step there is option of fitting in another bedroom before finally coming to the master cabin with has a built in queen size bed. The barge is warmed by an oil based boiler that takes it’s feed from the fuel tank, and with 11 radiators in the system leaves the living space toasty warm even in the coldest winter months. It also benefits from a beautifully ornate log burner in the main saloon. Grietje has been in our family since 2006, and took part in the 2012 Queen’s River Thames Pageant as one of the oldest boats on the river Thames. She has been very well looked after and cared for, and is ready to be moved onto straight away we look forward to passing over this fantastic piece of history. Old Two Tonner very competitive TWO TONNER PROTOTYPE The NUBA II boat is a Marconi sloop-rigged sailboat, designed by Joubert-Nivelt and built at the Danish Bianca Yacht shipyard, launched in June 1985 under the name Anquin's Two. She has changed owners four times, also changing her name to Duende and the current Nuba II. She puts it up for sale, the fourth owner who has kept the name. The two tonner designation comes from the IOR, with a rating of 34.5 feet and a length of 42-44 feet. With the current ORC, she is in group 2 with a CDL of 10,761. It must be taken into account that it is a unique prototype specially designed for the competition, premiered that year in the Admiral's Cup, with a solid Kevlar fiber construction that has survived to this day in excellent condition. She does not present any structural or hull problems. The shipowners have been making modifications to keep it competitive, more livable and to keep it up to standards.
