The streamline design gives her an aggressive fluid feel and with an impressive range of 6,500nm she not only looks gorgeous but is a true global cruiser.  Regarding the Fast Displacement Hull by Van Oossanen, this is a revolutionary design that has been featured on notable yachts like Heesen Galactica Star. This unique boat was used as a backdrop for the Flemish film /"Allemaal Familie/".This minesweeper is a former MSI Belgian naval vessel. The boat is 34m long and 6.50m wide. The ship is furnished as a cafe and is non-motorized. The propeller shafts are present and the propellers available. The ship has 2 clean water tanks of 1200 liters, 1 /"gray water/" tank of 2000 liters, 3 septic tanks of 1200 liters, electricity installation 220V, Central control panel Bathroom - Bathtub and 2 sinks - Lower deck Toilet room Men Ladies - Lower deck Men - 2 urinals - 1 toilet - 1 sink Ladies - 2WCs - 1 sink Café area above deck - Gas stove Inverter 12V 3600W Wooden hull, Triple-layer. 3 layers with bitumen in between. The L135’ (41m) from US based Legacy Super Yachts is designed and engineered by leading American designers Joe Lazzara and Ian Ombres. Drawing on generations of innovation, this MTU powered aluminum yacht has an impressive top speed of 29 knots. Currently in build with 12 months till launch, she offers exceptional quality and world class design.   The interior has been created by Superyacht interior designer Alexandre Thiriat. Decorated with warm, rich tones using dark Indian rosewood, light and reconstituted oak and chenille with a hint of industrial design and Art Deco styling, an elegant and casual ambiance will run throughout all her guest areas. At this stage of construction the interior can be customized to fit the owners selections.   Key features include the walk-around top deck, a spacious flybridge deck with a Jacuzzi, a large beach club area or garage for tender, davit for 2 wave-runners on the bow, shallow draft of just under 6’ and built to built to ABS A1 Commercial class. The Nautor's Swan 82 FD /"Grey Goose/" has been built for two defined missions. One is a luxurious and short handed family cruising with performance but without any stress on deck. The second mission is competitive racing in all conditions inshore as well as offshore and even transatlantic racing. She is not a pure race boat even more. She demonstrates the natural Swan DNA by accomplishing both missions perfectly, being comfortable, seaworthy, and very fast. She has proven her outstanding performance in several racing events and numerous family holidays cruises. Even if she seems to be quite racing oriented in some aspects, Grey Goose has spent roughly 85% of the owners sailing time in Family Cruising mode. An extensive upgrade program of several hundred thousand Euros in Winter 2008 added a lot of value to the boat. Complete retrofit to Futures Fibres PBO standing rigging combined with fitting a carbon fibre head stay foil represents a total weight saving of 300kg out of the rig. Consequently, fitting a new high-performance racing T-keel designed by Frers brought down the centre of gravity and dramatically improved acceleration, pointing angles and slot keeping. The sail wardrobe is complete both for racing and for Cruising. Grey Goose is undoubtedly in outstanding mint conditions. Although many upgrades came out of racing needs most of them to enlarge, the fun factor in Cruising like minor pitching, fast acceleration, and direct steering. In the summer of 2012, Grey Goose underwent a second extensive refit. This included upgrading the standing rigging to Southern Spars EC6 continuous carbon rigging, painting the hull topsides and aft cockpit, upgrading to VSAT satellite communications, a new generator, as well as many other upgrades and improvements. Her owner has rigorously maintained grey Goose to keep pace with the numerous technological advancements in luxury yacht construction since her launch. This gives her a modern, contemporary feel, comparable to the latest generation of Swan yachts. In the winter/spring of 2016, a new Hall Spars high modulus carbon fibre mast (exact dimensions as her original mast) has been installed with four low profile spreaders, giving more strength and reducing weight by approx. Another 350 kg and use of halyards slots. EC6 standing rigging (2012) checked. The new mast has made a considerable improvement in upwind and overall performance. In September 2017, her mast was stepped down for the five-year service of the EC6 rigging and fully serviced. Winter period 2017/18; primary generator service (5000 hrs.) and 2/18 haul-out for new antifouling.

The Lagoon 380 is the best selling catamaran in the world. Ever. The hull is solid fiberglass below the waterline and is cored with a mix of foam and balsa above the waterline. Sailing Malu’ is just like diving in the past and her elegant lines and details are highlighted by new rigging, new sails, new engine and systems, new closets and interior furniture and new tapestry.The hull was completely emptied to provide a general refit and to protect her from the risk of osmosis (she had no osmosis anyway) the hull was treated with epoxy resin. In today’s competitive market it is crucial to stand out from the crowd. The Pearl 75, from the drawing board of British naval architect Bill Dixon, was built to be fitted with Pod Drives - in this case a pair of ZF 4000-series units, coupled to 1,250-HP MTU Diesels. Along with the computer-controlled manoeuvrability that this system offers, it also allows the engines to be mounted well aft in the hull to make space for exceptionally roomy accommodation below decks. Mono-deep V hull, Semi displacement, add to that advantage the fact that the yacht has been designed with an unusually beamy hull. Leather and fabric join forces on locker fronts and panelling, echoing the combinations of marble and hardwood used for key floor areas. Dark and light woods add visual depth while high-gloss, white-lacquered deckheads provide a reflective sense of spaciousness. The lacquered wood trim lends a sense of solid quality.  Surprising details include areas of flooring picked out in stainless steel.  Crocodile-embossed leather bed bases communicate in their faux-reptilian way with ostrich-effect steel locker handles, which in turn provide tactile opposition to the soft leather used for drawer handles. A2 was originally launched in 1983 and then entirely rebuilt in 2012 with the goal of transforming the vessel into one reflective of modern design and technology. The yacht arrived at Pendennis in the spring of 2011 with the initial task being the complete removal of the vessel’s interior and systems leaving the base steel hull and aluminium superstructure. The owner appointed New York based Peter Marino Architect to design the contemporary and luxurious Owner and Guest areas. Naval Architects BMT Nigel Gee worked alongside the technical team at Pendennis which has extensive experience of stern extensions on vessels. A2’s hull was extended by almost 5 meters to 47m across all three decks, and the superstructure modified to incorporate an impressive full beam master cabin. This exterior transformation was complemented by her striking blue hull making her completely unrecognizable. A2 left the yard in July 2012 with not only her appearance enhanced but her performance significantly upgraded. She has always been enjoyed privately and maintained in absolutely first class order with long standing crew since her rebuild. In 2021, A2 began her 10-year survey and she re-launched in January 2022 with the latest navigation equipment, a major engine room systems service, guest and crew interior upgrades, air conditioning upgrades and an exterior refurbishment including full deck re-caulk and a re-paint of the hull. A new Ribeye RIB tender was also added to complement the previously added 2018 custom Hodgdon Limousine tender. She is presently having two new generators installed to ensure she is in a ready to go anywhere condition for the foreseeable future. This Nautor's Swan 82 FD /"Grey Goose/" is the perfect combination of performance cruising, easy and safe boat handling with a shorthanded crew and blue water sailing capability. While mostly being used as a fast cruiser, Grey Goose can be easily converted to an aggressive Maxi Cruiser Racer and perform in any race, inshore and offshore. As the current owner is very competitive, he started to improve Grey Goose soon after participating in his first Transatlantic and Swan Maxi regattas. German Frers, the designer of the Swan 82, was tasked to design a new keel, which brought down the center of gravity, improved acceleration, pointing angles and slot keeping dramatically, balancing the boat perfectly in the water. A new rudder was fitted, and the hull was faired with long boards to have the perfect hydrodynamics. The rod rigging was replaced by Future Fibres PBO, standing rigging, which has been replaced by EC6standing rigging in 2012. In 2016 a new Hall Spars high modulus carbon fibre mast (same dimensions as her original mast) has been installed with four low profile spreaders, giving more strength and reducing weight by approx. another 350 kg. Increasing the righting moment significantly, the new mast has made a considerable improvement in upwind and overall performance. To improve safety and performance, the new mast was fitted with easy to operate halyard locks for all headsails and the Main. In September 2017 her mast was stepped down for the 5 year service of the EC6 rigging and fully serviced. The sail wardrobe has been designed and developed in close cooperation between the North Lofts in Spain and the UK, taking advantage of the deep knowledge of the sailmakers sailing on board. Grey Goose is now a totally different boat, outperforming any other Swan 82 ever built. She demonstrates the real Swan DNA by accomplishing her missions in a perfect manner being comfortable, sea worthy and very fast. This Beautiful 19,60 m long Motor Wood Gulet was built in 1988 by J. Akdenniz in Turkey. It is registered with German Flag. This gulet is lying in Ibiza, and viewings are available through Network Yacht Brokers. The boat is used privately by a family that sails around the Balearics and Spain from May to October. During the year, the boat stays 2-4 weeks in the yard and 11 months in the water. The owner wants to sell it because the boat became too big for them as the children grew up, and they no longer follow their parents. A gulet is a perfect boat for coastal sailing in the Med. The hull was built between 1984 y 1987. Commissioned in1988. In its life, the boat had approximately five owners and only sailed in the Med.  In April 2023 the boat will be lifted out of the water for annual antifouling and check of the hull.
