ENGLISH · This Fairline Targa 52, Cienfuegos, has always been professionally maintained, serviced, and cared for (on a weekly and yearly basis) to a very high standard. Cienfuegos is powered by two strong Volvo Penta D12 diesels of 715hp each with only 810 running hours on the counter. She is furthermore equipped with a hydraulic bow- and stern thruster, generator, full Raymarine navigation pack including radar, underwater lights, bimini (new 2022), and a hydraulic-operated telescopic Besenzoni passerelle cleverly concealed in the transom steps. Looking at her hull and cockpit, it’s immediately clear that this yacht is all about both cool rides and lazy days in the sun. The hydraulic-opening garage, with an easy launch and retrieve system, houses a tender with outboard. Aft are two big sun lounges – one double and one single. There’s another big sun lounge (new cushions 2022) on the foredeck. The cockpit features a u-shaped dinette with high/low table and a proper Wetbar with barbecue grill, fridge and sink. The helm station with pilot and co-pilot seat is obviously large and the dashboard is well-organized. The captain/captainess can easily control and navigate the yacht while enjoying the surroundings. The interior of this Fairline Targa 52 is fitted out with a reversible air-conditioning system. The master cabin is located forward and features an almost circular island bed, plenty of storage and an ensuite bathroom with electric toilet (new 2022), wash basin and shower stall. The two twin bed guest cabins located aft and share the second bathroom with electric toilet (new 2022), wash basin and shower stall. The galley is equipped with a domestic-size fridge/freezer (new 2021), a convection microwave and a 2-burner cooktop. And let’s not forget the ample lounge area with high/low table and a TV placed on the outside of the galley bench. This yacht is in mint maintained condition. The only recommendation we have is to redo some interior lining. Apart from that, this 52ft Targa is one of the better ones you can get on the market right now. This 27M ketch was custom built by Trehard shipyard in Antibes, France in 1984. The collapsible hydraulic keel allows it to access beaches and ports with very low depths of water. The yacht was refitted in 2004, 2008 and 2013. This involved a total reconstruction of the interior of the boat, maintaining the original layout. The first refit in 2004 included complete renovation of the engine room (including engine, generators, fittings, pumps, etc.), installation of the most modern navigation equipment, complete renovation of the electrical fittings and plumbing, renovation of the masts and rigging, cross-trees and boom, painting and caulking of the whole boat, restructuring of the stern deck, covering the steps to the transom door and gangway, full renovation of the interior with mahogany wood, completely replaced kitchen fittings and appliances. Further refits were undertaken in 2008 and 2013 and included 14mm Burmese teak added on to the whole deck, Rondal fitted hatches, modification of the cabin and bathtub by adding space for additional comfort, simplification of the deck movements, replacing winches and deck gear, sandblasting of the aluminium, caulking and painting, reviewing of cables, cross-trees and change of boom. The SACS S50 Indaco, currently for sale in Malta, is a 15.32-metre motor yacht with a 4.85-metre beam, built in 2010. It's equipped with an extensive suite of navigation tools, including AIS, a rudder angle indicator, radar antenna, chain counter, DSC VHF, and a Raymarine Axiom 12 chartplotter.
