(English version below) Siamo 3 studentesse abbastanza socievoli, tranquille e ordinate e cerchiamo una coinquilina con cui condividere l'appartamento a partire da subito fino al 15 agosto. L'appartamento si trova in un condominio circondato da un vasto giardino, in una zona molto tranquilla, a circa 1km sia dalla stazione che dal policlinico. Nel raggio di 500 m si trovano anche un MD, un bar, una farmacia, e un paio di pizzerie. L'appartamento si compone di quattro camere da letto, due balconi (uno per la cucina, uno condiviso tra la stanza da affittare e la stanza vicina), due bagni, una cucina e una cantina (comoda per lasciare biciclette e altro). Sono a disposizione connesione wifi, tutti gli elettrodomestici necessari (lavatrice, fornetto, microonde, frullatore, minipimer, macchinetta moccona bialetti, toaster) e una piccola tv in cucina, così come lo sono pentole, piatti e posate. La camera in affitto si compone di letto, armadio, scrivania, una sedia e uno scaffale porta oggetti. Il costo dell`affitto é di 260€ più 40€ di spese extra per un totale di 300€. We are 3 pretty sociable, quiet and ordered students looking for a 4th female student to share our flat from now till August 15. The flat is located in a condominium with a big garden, in a quiet area about 1 km distant both from the train station and the hospital. Within 500 m you can also find MD (a small grocery shops), a pharmacy, a bar, a bakery, a gym, and 2 pizzerias. The flat is composed by 4 bedrooms, a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 2 balconies (one for the kitchen and one shared between the room that is being rented and the adjacent one) and a cellar. Wifi connection, a washing machine, a small oven, a microwave, a mixer, a minipimer, a coffee machine, a toaster, pans, dishes and silverware are available to use.
