Cienfuegos is powered by two strong Volvo Penta D12 diesels of 715hp each with only 810 running hours on the counter. She is furthermore equipped with a hydraulic bow- and stern thruster, generator, full Raymarine navigation pack including radar, underwater lights, bimini (new 2022), and a hydraulic-operated telescopic Besenzoni passerelle cleverly concealed in the transom steps. Looking at her hull and cockpit, it’s immediately clear that this yacht is all about both cool rides and lazy days in the sun. The hydraulic-opening garage, with an easy launch and retrieve system, houses a tender with outboard. Aft are two big sun lounges – one double and one single. There’s another big sun lounge (new cushions 2022) on the foredeck. The cockpit features a u-shaped dinette with high/low table and a proper Wetbar with barbecue grill, fridge and sink. The helm station with pilot and co-pilot seat is obviously large and the dashboard is well-organized. The captain/captainess can easily control and navigate the yacht while enjoying the surroundings. La cocina está equipada con un frigorífico/congelador de tamaño doméstico (nuevo en 2021), un microondas de convección y una placa de cocina de 2 fuegos. El salón cuenta con una amplia zona de estar con mesa regulable en altura, y un televisor colocado en el exterior de la cocina. Este yate está en muy buen estado y está meticulosamente mantenido. La única recomendación que tenemos es rehacer algunos revestimientos interiores. Aparte de eso, este 52ft Targa es uno de los mejores que se pueden encontrar en el mercado en este momento. A pure quality yacht that stands far out from all the rest.   With this all new 62 Da Vinci the yard created a refined fly-bridge yacht with the looks of a sophisticated, classic sports fisher and even runabout with its long forward deck and flush mounted glass panels. Large storage for clothing and linen is also one of the standards. The stunning part of this double is her fully separated ensuite shower opposite of the head with bidet, toilet and integrated sink. The wet is in this setup fully separated from the head that stays dry no matter what.   Guest cabins  On both sides of the 3 metre long -via glass hatches- top lighted corridor you find the guest cabins, in her standard setup drawn as two twins but if you prefer one twin and one double just say so. Both cabins benefit of their own bathrooms with also bidet, toilet and sinks. When I do the math we have a true gentleman’s yacht with three showers, three toilets, three bidets. …and then of course I did not even mention the cockpit shower, nor her crew cabin with own facilities… Also here Paolo’s carpenters created true pieces of pleasure to stay during the night or whenever you want to have privacy in luxury.   Mega yacht style Just as on board of mega yachts the dining table is a free walk around with a minimum of eight chairs, it is on board of the 62 Da Vinci where you find the same setting and atmosphere. Upon entering from her cockpit the salon is an oasis of space and opposite of the earlier mentioned dining the design allows a very large C-shaped sofa to relax or watch tv that is found hidden inside the dresser behind the dining. The 50 incher pops up at the touch of a button whilst the sound is second to none designed by a famous Dutch surround sound engineer.   Talking about sound now it is for sure nice to mention since I know De Cesari… ‘Sound is kept in the engine room and out of the cockpit by the insulation that a De Cesari is known for.’   Galley The galley is found on starboard and benefits of the U-shaped setup for maximum space. Gentle lifted on a platform fully integrated in her salon it is the galley that lets you do whatever is done in a gally but then with a view towards every angle. A composite worktop, full sized dishwasher, 4 zone induction HOB, microwave, grill, oven and double house-sized sinks provide the cook with all appliances he or she could wish for. It is De Cesari that can deliver a yacht with functionality in this open space designed yacht.   Inner helm Opposite of the galley there is a twin seat helm station with a full panorama glass in front. It is here where you find very comfortable cruising when the conditions don’t allow you to use the fly bridge. Two massive Raymarine Axiom Pro’s feed you with all requested information, flip the touch screens to any installable app and you can even use them for your entertainment or info displays that shows you the fully integrated Victron power systems. Fully integrated as well is the Raymarine HD broadband radar and the forward looking sonar that allows you not only to see where to bottom it is, but also what bottom you have down below. Steering by remote, the gyro sensor autopilot compensates roll and the rudder angle of attack so digging into the menu after changing speed is something from the past. Systems as anchor chain counters, wash down plants, searchlights, speedometers etcetera are all standards. As expected a well-controlled power steering system comes a standard too.   Cockpit Stepping into the cockpit you are surrounded with a massive bulwark of around 40 centimetres and the deck measures 12 millimetres of thickness. Again totally different to modern yachts where a teak deck will last for only about 3 years. On starboard there’s a wetbar with sink, refrigerator, icemaker and stainless grill. On the aft the cockpit door opens to allow free entry to the hydraulic up and down platform, very well suitable for a heavy dinghy or just to make swimming a true feast. Former inland cargo ship, type Spits Freycinet, which has been completely rebuild by the current owner into a comfortable sailing Live Aboard barge annex small-scale charter ship annex Bb'&'B. There are currently 2 double guest cabins, each with their own bathroom and there is 1 single cabin with its own toilet. The owner's cabin is located in the aft cabin with the bathroom in the old hold. M/Y LADY SARYA, legendary 76m yacht, built in 1972 by Rinaldo Gastaldi in Nuovi Cantieri Apuania in Marina di Carrara, Italy, especially for New York property developer William Levitt. The yacht is characterized by the unmistakable twin funnels with a large swimming pool positioned between them on the upper deck. She has a gross tonnage of 1,031, a steel hull with an aluminum superstructure and teak decks. Lady Sarya can accommodate 11 guests in 6 cabins with en-suite bathrooms and up to 36 crew. Refurbished in 2020, the yacht is the ultimate combination of vintage ambience and classic luxury. Her vintage interior design remains distinctive with outstanding details and spacious guest areas. The ambience, the rich antiques and the exclusive artisan woodwork can be seen in the famous movie “The Greek Tycoon” (1978), based on Onassis’ life with Anthony Quinn. The deluxe and spacious Master Suite is located at the Main Deck and occupies 100 sq.m. in total. “Grietje” is a wonderfully looked after original sailing Dutch Tjalk that has been converted into a two/three bedroom liveaboard. Built in 1898 by DREWS HOOGEZAND as a working vessel, she is an originally riveted iron hull that has been fully over platted with 6mm steel. The vessel has been drydocked in 2021, with a full 35,000 PSI blast/strip back to a WJ2 standard. She then went through a full ultrasonic underwater survey, steel welding repairs completed, full suite of 14 new anodes and finally coated with a 10 year 2pac epoxy International paint system meaning she does not need to be re slipped until 2031. The bilges have also been cleaned and resealed from the interior.  She is sold with a complete 2021 boat survey (as well as survey/service history dating back to 2004) and also the option to take on the mooring at the Embankment Marina, Gravesend. With a keenness to keep the original lines of such a beautiful vessel, the only detraction from the original specification of the build is the fully collapsible wheel house at the stern. Outside of this, the original rigging, sails, deck equipment, mast, lee boards are all accounted for and in working order. The deck coaming has also been raised slightly to allow generous head room in the living area, but not so much it detracts from the lines.  She also comes fitted with a DAF 6 cylinder 195 HP engine that was serviced at the beginning of 2021 and was used to transport her from Gravesend to Hoo to be slipped and back again without missing a beat. The external topsides and coach roof have also benefited from full repaint recently so she is looking extremely pretty! Internally, the barge has received a full renovation using proper insulation covered over with painted marine moisture resistant ply. Coming down from the wheel house you come into an area affectionally known as the skippers cabin that could be used as an utility space or a home office or children’s play room. A new bathroom with full height stand up shower is on your right as you move through the boat and a toilet with a heated seat! Moving further on, a fully renovated kitchen sold with all white goods including a washing machine, full size gas double oven and hobs, plenty of storage space leading into  a wide open plan saloon living area. The saloon benefits from beautiful brass port holes and authentic brass skylights leaving the saloon area flooded with natural light. Forward of the mast step there is option of fitting in another bedroom before finally coming to the master cabin with has a built in queen size bed. The barge is warmed by an oil based boiler that takes it’s feed from the fuel tank, and with 11 radiators in the system leaves the living space toasty warm even in the coldest winter months. It also benefits from a beautifully ornate log burner in the main saloon. Grietje has been in our family since 2006, and took part in the 2012 Queen’s River Thames Pageant as one of the oldest boats on the river Thames. She has been very well looked after and cared for, and is ready to be moved onto straight away we look forward to passing over this fantastic piece of history. A 350kg Besenzoni hydraulic crane is found under an electric operated lid that also houses the electric powered cable drum for the Riva’s shore power cable and little storage for cleaning items. Furthermore you find a hydraulic Besenzoni gangway in a cassette that slides nearly invisible below deck. Solid teak decks, original Riva wooden table and foldable super sturdy polished Riva chairs can convert her cockpit to a dining for eight. Under the starboard cockpit seat is the entrance to a very fancy crew cabin with twin beds, a large shower, sink and own head. In 2020 a new Waeco fridge has been installed for the comfort of her permanent crew.   Owners cabin: The owners cabin has been refitted with new alcantara headliners just weeks ago and for her king size bed a special mattress was produced. Beautiful lighted lockers are found throughout the master and a very comfortable make up table is integrated. En suite a very large head with all facilities as shower compartment, wash basin, toilet and bidet are found with the last two beautiful hidden under a grp Riva design lid. Corridor: In between Master and guest cabin the central connecting corridor is placed and also functions as super large storage for appliances as for example a vacuum cleaner and other householding items.   Guest cabins: On both port and starboard there are two ample sized guest cabins, both with own en-suite heads and identical facilities as the Dolce Vita’s Master head. Optionally the guest cabin twin berth layout can be changed to a double or even two double guest cabins. Helm position: On starboard a very well equipped helm station gives you full control of this beautiful Riva, a very nice feature is the remote control that enables full control from wherever you are. Quad digital interfaces powers the MAN engines as well as bow and stern thrusters. Although the navigation systems are a little outdated the systems work fine and give you all information you need. Imagine this Riva 70 with all new black flush mounted touch screen panels…   Galley:   The enormous fully airconditioned and full beam galley is found on the Riva’s full beam and the entrance is located on her starboard side with only 4 steps down. Once you enter from her electric operated entrance you will notice that time stood still. After 20 years it is still as it was delivered by Riva. It was just kept very well and very tidy. All is original except for the 2020 Kabola central heating and the new superheavy Victron Quattro 24/5000/120 inverter/charger.   This Riva 70 Dolce Vita is ready to go anywhere!
