The making of a masterpiece  The work of several artists absorbed by the spirit of their times are now and absolutely “as we speak” under construction to give you the one and only chance to obtain the masterpiece named “De Cesari 62 Da Vinci” Combining the famous naval architect Giovanni Ceccarelli and Paolo De Cesari and you just know you have the best recipe for a head-turning creation. A pure quality yacht that stands far out from all the rest.   With this all new 62 Da Vinci the yard created a refined fly-bridge yacht with the looks of a sophisticated, classic sports fisher and even runabout with its long forward deck and flush mounted glass panels. It’s here where you find the praised flared bow that ensures fabulous lifting capacity in heavy seas. When you expect the best, you are rewarded with the best. Now is there a downside? Well actually there is, only one is under construction and only one will be built. Giovanni’s perfect layout  We all like “ensuite”, we all like privacy and the Da Vinci provides you the luxurious triple cabins, triple ensuites and separated crew layout. The design features the lobster tail and widebody bow for her accommodation. Nowadays you won’t find any centre line placed engines anymore, all modern yachts are sailing with the naval architecture nightmare designs with reversed engines just to allow a larger inner space. The downside of it is obvious and reason for Ceccarelli not to go with the flow. With the all new De Cesari you have the advantage of a proper centreline design.   Master cabin   The master cabin stretches an impressive 5 metres in width from port to starboard, beautiful designed fully integrated storage is to be found in every inch the master carpenter could find. Large storage for clothing and linen is also one of the standards. The stunning part of this double is her fully separated ensuite shower opposite of the head with bidet, toilet and integrated sink. The wet is in this setup fully separated from the head that stays dry no matter what.   Guest cabins  On both sides of the 3 metre long -via glass hatches- top lighted corridor you find the guest cabins, in her standard setup drawn as two twins but if you prefer one twin and one double just say so. Both cabins benefit of their own bathrooms with also bidet, toilet and sinks. When I do the math we have a true gentleman’s yacht with three showers, three toilets, three bidets. …and then of course I did not even mention the cockpit shower, nor her crew cabin with own facilities… Also here Paolo’s carpenters created true pieces of pleasure to stay during the night or whenever you want to have privacy in luxury.   Mega yacht style Just as on board of mega yachts the dining table is a free walk around with a minimum of eight chairs, it is on board of the 62 Da Vinci where you find the same setting and atmosphere. Upon entering from her cockpit the salon is an oasis of space and opposite of the earlier mentioned dining the design allows a very large C-shaped sofa to relax or watch tv that is found hidden inside the dresser behind the dining. The 50 incher pops up at the touch of a button whilst the sound is second to none designed by a famous Dutch surround sound engineer.   Talking about sound now it is for sure nice to mention since I know De Cesari… ‘Sound is kept in the engine room and out of the cockpit by the insulation that a De Cesari is known for.’   Galley The galley is found on starboard and benefits of the U-shaped setup for maximum space. Gentle lifted on a platform fully integrated in her salon it is the galley that lets you do whatever is done in a gally but then with a view towards every angle. A composite worktop, full sized dishwasher, 4 zone induction HOB, microwave, grill, oven and double house-sized sinks provide the cook with all appliances he or she could wish for. It is De Cesari that can deliver a yacht with functionality in this open space designed yacht.   Inner helm Opposite of the galley there is a twin seat helm station with a full panorama glass in front. It is here where you find very comfortable cruising when the conditions don’t allow you to use the fly bridge. Two massive Raymarine Axiom Pro’s feed you with all requested information, flip the touch screens to any installable app and you can even use them for your entertainment or info displays that shows you the fully integrated Victron power systems. Fully integrated as well is the Raymarine HD broadband radar and the forward looking sonar that allows you not only to see where to bottom it is, but also what bottom you have down below. Steering by remote, the gyro sensor autopilot compensates roll and the rudder angle of attack so digging into the menu after changing speed is something from the past. Systems as anchor chain counters, wash down plants, searchlights, speedometers etcetera are all standards. As expected a well-controlled power steering system comes a standard too.   Cockpit Stepping into the cockpit you are surrounded with a massive bulwark of around 40 centimetres and the deck measures 12 millimetres of thickness. Again totally different to modern yachts where a teak deck will last for only about 3 years. On starboard there’s a wetbar with sink, refrigerator, icemaker and stainless grill. On the aft the cockpit door opens to allow free entry to the hydraulic up and down platform, very well suitable for a heavy dinghy or just to make swimming a true feast. The size of the platform is simply up to you as custom built is a standard with De Cesari.   Fly bridge   Finally a designer that understands how a good fly needs to be built. Fully open aft to ensure stern visibility for easy docking and a U-shaped settee in front of the helmsman for interaction with family and guests. Of course also here Ceccarelli designed a wet bar for comfort. All instruments are doubled towards the fly and there is also an option to store a dinghy on top if desired. If it was me that could afford a yacht like this I would choose the option for super large sun pads here instead of a dinghy. A five plus metre bimini keeps the sun to your choice and once down it reaches the outer lines of the open aft fly deck. Da Vinci himself couldn’t have drawn it better!     Built in the Adriatic by the finest Italian craftsmen that one by one just love their jobs. a De Cesari is 100 percent pure, 100 percent custom built for the happy few that not only can afford a De Cesari but moreover can enjoy the breath-taking beauty that she just is.   All in all a yacht that deserves a viewing. ENGLISH · This Fairline Targa 52, Cienfuegos, has always been professionally maintained, serviced, and cared for (on a weekly and yearly basis) to a very high standard. Cienfuegos is powered by two strong Volvo Penta D12 diesels of 715hp each with only 810 running hours on the counter. She is furthermore equipped with a hydraulic bow- and stern thruster, generator, full Raymarine navigation pack including radar, underwater lights, bimini (new 2022), and a hydraulic-operated telescopic Besenzoni passerelle cleverly concealed in the transom steps. Looking at her hull and cockpit, it’s immediately clear that this yacht is all about both cool rides and lazy days in the sun. The hydraulic-opening garage, with an easy launch and retrieve system, houses a tender with outboard. Aft are two big sun lounges – one double and one single. There’s another big sun lounge (new cushions 2022) on the foredeck. The cockpit features a u-shaped dinette with high/low table and a proper Wetbar with barbecue grill, fridge and sink. The helm station with pilot and co-pilot seat is obviously large and the dashboard is well-organized. The captain/captainess can easily control and navigate the yacht while enjoying the surroundings. The interior of this Fairline Targa 52 is fitted out with a reversible air-conditioning system. The master cabin is located forward and features an almost circular island bed, plenty of storage and an ensuite bathroom with electric toilet (new 2022), wash basin and shower stall. The two twin bed guest cabins located aft and share the second bathroom with electric toilet (new 2022), wash basin and shower stall. The galley is equipped with a domestic-size fridge/freezer (new 2021), a convection microwave and a 2-burner cooktop. And let’s not forget the ample lounge area with high/low table and a TV placed on the outside of the galley bench. This yacht is in mint maintained condition. The only recommendation we have is to redo some interior lining. Apart from that, this 52ft Targa is one of the better ones you can get on the market right now. Der Innenraum dieser Fairline Targa 52 ist mit einer umschaltbaren Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Die Eignerkabine befindet sich im Vorschiff und verfügt über ein fast kreisrundes Inselbett, viel Stauraum und ein eigenes Bad mit elektrischer Toilette (neu 2022), Waschbecken und Duschkabine. Die beiden Gästekabinen befinden sich achtern und teilen sich das zweite Badezimmer mit elektrischer Toilette (neu 2022), Waschbecken und Duschkabine. Die Kombüse ist mit einem Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach in Haushaltsgröße (neu 2021), einer Mikrowelle mit Umluftfunktion und einem 2-Flammen-Kochfeld ausgestattet. Der Salon verfügt über eine großzügige Sitzecke mit einem in Höhe verstellbarem Tisch, und einem Fernseher, der an der Außenseite der Küche-Element angebracht ist. Diese Yacht befindet sich in einem sehr guten und sorgfältig gepflegten Zustand. Die einzige Empfehlung, die wir haben, ist, einige Innenverkleidungen zu erneuern. Cienfuegos está propulsado por dos potentes motores diésel Volvo Penta D12 de 715 CV cada uno con sólo 810 horas de funcionamiento. Además, está equipado con hélices hidráulicas de proa y de popa, generador, completo paquete de navegación Raymarine que incluye radar, luces subacuáticas, bimini (nuevo en 2022) y una pasarela telescópica hidráulica de Besenzoni. Mirando el casco y la bañera, queda claro que este yate es ideal tanto para paseos deportivos como para días de relax en el sol. El garaje de apertura hidráulica alberga un bote auxiliar con fueraborda. En popa hay dos grandes soláriums, una doble y otra individual. En la cubierta de proa hay un otro gran solárium (nuevos cojines en 2022). La bañera cuenta con una dinette en forma de U con mesa regulable en altura, y un Wetbar con barbacoa, nevera y fregadero. El puesto de mando es obviamente amplio y el salpicadero está bien organizado. El capitán/la capitana puede fácilmente controlar el yate. El interior de este Fairline Targa 52 está equipado con un sistema de aire acondicionado reversible. El camarote principal está situado a proa y cuenta con una cama casi circular, espacio de almacenamiento y un baño privado con inodoro eléctrico (nuevo de 2022), lavabo y cabina ducha. Los dos camarotes de invitados en popa comparten el segundo cuarto de baño con inodoro eléctrico (nuevo 2022), lavabo y cabina de ducha. La cocina está equipada con un frigorífico/congelador de tamaño doméstico (nuevo en 2021), un microondas de convección y una placa de cocina de 2 fuegos. El salón cuenta con una amplia zona de estar con mesa regulable en altura, y un televisor colocado en el exterior de la cocina. Este yate está en muy buen estado y está meticulosamente mantenido. La única recomendación que tenemos es rehacer algunos revestimientos interiores. Aparte de eso, este 52ft Targa es uno de los mejores que se pueden encontrar en el mercado en este momento. Verder is ze uitgerust met een hydraulische boeg- en hekschroef, generator, compleet Raymarine navigatiepakket inclusief radar, onderwaterverlichting, bimini (nieuw 2022), en een hydraulische Besenzoni passerelle die slim is weggewerkt in de trap. Kijkend naar haar romp en cockpit is het meteen duidelijk dat dit jacht helemaal in is voor zowel coole trips als luie dagen in de zon. De hydraulisch te openen garage, met een eenvoudig tewaterlatings- en ophaalsysteem, biedt plaats aan een tender met buitenboordmotor. De stuurman/stuurvrouw kan het jacht met gemak varen. Het interieur van deze Fairline Targa 52 is uitgerust met een omkeerbaar airconditioningsysteem. De eigenaarshut bevindt zich voorin en beschikt over een bijna rond eilandbed, veel opbergruimte en een ensuite badkamer met elektrisch toilet (nieuw 2022), wastafel en douchecabine. De twee gastenhutten in het achterschip delen de tweede badkamer met elektrisch toilet (nieuw 2022), wastafel en douchecabine. De kombuis is uitgerust met een koelkast/vriezer (nieuw 2021), een magnetron en een 2-pits kookplaat. De salon beschikt over een ruime zithoek met een in hoogte verstelbare tafel en een TV aan de buitenkant van het keukenblok. Dit jacht bevindt zich in zorgvuldig onderhouden staat. De enige aanbeveling die we hebben is om op sommige plekken de binnenbekleding te vernieuwen. Afgezien daarvan is deze 52ft Targa een van de betere op de markt.

Boat location: Wanssum / The Netherlands This VAT paid  April 2000 delivered Riva 70 Dolce Vita comes fully packed with exceptional options for an even more exceptional price and in good condition. Many upgrades after purchase by her second owner. This just is a spectacular yacht and most likely the only example sailing the Dutch waters. Due to her location she benefits of having rare extra’s as a completely new (2020) Kabola HR central water heating system that has been seamless integrated with her full air-conditioning system. Furthermore a large Victron Quattro 24/5000/120 inverter/charger combination with digital remote control. This last option enables you to limit the shore power to any desired value. Once you have foot on deck you instantly sense the quality and feeling only a brand like Riva can produce. Her saloon provides ample space and light throughout, a very comfy dinette is placed on starboard opposite of the luxurious helm position with teak flooring preventing dirt entering when coming from deck trough her huge side-door. Behind you find the large saloon with crème leather upholstery and a on starboard side placed cabinet packed with storage, tv, bose sound system etc. A large cabinet with the original Riva cutlery and crockery is found directly near the corridor that leads to her full beam super huge galley. The accommodation on board is a typical 6 plus crew layout in a king size double and super-sized double twin with en suite facilities.   Deck: Twin large electric stern winches are covered by a full teak cover that also can be used as stern side seats. A 350kg Besenzoni hydraulic crane is found under an electric operated lid that also houses the electric powered cable drum for the Riva’s shore power cable and little storage for cleaning items. Furthermore you find a hydraulic Besenzoni gangway in a cassette that slides nearly invisible below deck. Solid teak decks, original Riva wooden table and foldable super sturdy polished Riva chairs can convert her cockpit to a dining for eight. Under the starboard cockpit seat is the entrance to a very fancy crew cabin with twin beds, a large shower, sink and own head. In 2020 a new Waeco fridge has been installed for the comfort of her permanent crew.   Owners cabin: The owners cabin has been refitted with new alcantara headliners just weeks ago and for her king size bed a special mattress was produced. Beautiful lighted lockers are found throughout the master and a very comfortable make up table is integrated. En suite a very large head with all facilities as shower compartment, wash basin, toilet and bidet are found with the last two beautiful hidden under a grp Riva design lid. Corridor: In between Master and guest cabin the central connecting corridor is placed and also functions as super large storage for appliances as for example a vacuum cleaner and other householding items.   Guest cabins: On both port and starboard there are two ample sized guest cabins, both with own en-suite heads and identical facilities as the Dolce Vita’s Master head. Optionally the guest cabin twin berth layout can be changed to a double or even two double guest cabins. Helm position: On starboard a very well equipped helm station gives you full control of this beautiful Riva, a very nice feature is the remote control that enables full control from wherever you are. Quad digital interfaces powers the MAN engines as well as bow and stern thrusters. Although the navigation systems are a little outdated the systems work fine and give you all information you need. Imagine this Riva 70 with all new black flush mounted touch screen panels…   Galley:   The enormous fully airconditioned and full beam galley is found on the Riva’s full beam and the entrance is located on her starboard side with only 4 steps down. Very large L-shaped Avonite® worktop with double integrated stainless steel sinks with hot/cold mixer tap and a separate salt water sink and salt water tap. It also accommodates a large L-shaped settee and sun chairs on the back of her fly. A complete set of covers as well as a Bimini comes with the yacht. Forget about the exterior staircase as you find far more comfortable stairs to the fly from inside.   Engine room: The true masterpiece is found below deck, her engine room! Once you enter from her electric operated entrance you will notice that time stood still. After 20 years it is still as it was delivered by Riva. It was just kept very well and very tidy. All is original except for the 2020 Kabola central heating and the new superheavy Victron Quattro 24/5000/120 inverter/charger.   This Riva 70 Dolce Vita is ready to go anywhere!

The Hallberg-Rassy 36 MKII is well respected and proven blue water cruiser with good performance and sea kindly motion. Designed, built and maintained by the same owner from new, Clarissa is the fulfilment of a dream. The owner wanted to create a vessel in which to cruise the world and simultaneously provide an elegant and comfortable home for his family and all those onboard. The inspiration for Clarissa came from the owners many years of experience cruising worldwide and his healthy respect for the sea. Safety, seaworthiness and structural integrity were of the highest priority. The concept called for a ketch rig for ease of sail handling and the versatility of sail plans it allows,  a strong traditional construction and powerful twin Man diesels with tankage enough to cross the Atlantic, which indeed she has done. Inside we have a spacious deck saloon with generous window area, a second steering position, bar and sofa area. Ondeck is a choice of seating areas for good or bad weather, a well protected aft cockpit and helm station and large sunpads on both the coachroof and the foredeck.  Clarissa was constructed with Oak double framing reinforced with steel and then planked in 50mm Iroko. Only the best quality materials were used with the Iroko planks and Burma teak for the laid decks hand selected by the owner prior to it being purchased. The wood was then carefully dried and cut in Denmark before being shipped out to Turkey in a 40ft container. The yachts construction was completed in the traditional manner of the Turkish shipwrights and overseen by the both the owner and the Danish Marine Surveyor, Naval Architect and Yacht Designer, Arne Borghegn. All works were carried out to the satisfaction of the Danish Maritime Authority.  Although not built to Class, all dimensions on the hull including frames width and spacing, planking etc. are constructed to Lloyds dimensions for a Danish fishing vessel. Calculations for displacement, righting moment, general stability, mast placement etc were also carried out by Arne Borghegn. Sail plan, running and standng rigging were designed by a collaboration of Danish companies, Dansail for the sails, John Mast for mast and boom manufacture, Frederiksen for running rigging, car placement and again Arne Borghegn supervising all.  All stainless used for deck fittings, portlight frames, rig hardware was certified 316L and the interior wood certified Mahogany. The quality is well evident in the fantastic condition apparent today.... The owner has lavished smilar love and care on her maintenance, pulling her out of the water every year, completing a major refit in 2015, new Generators in 2017, new canvas and ice maker this year. Accommodations are for 8/10 guests in 4/5 cabins. The full beam master cabin aftmost and one crew cabin wih two bunks also aft which can also be used as a kids cabin. This Prestige 460 is a really special boat. Prestige is renowned for their clever use of space, abundance of light and quality finish which is demonstrated on this boat.  She is powered by twin Volvo Penta IPS 600 which not only provides easy manoeuvring but also fuel efficiency with the IPS drives proving to be upto 25% more efficient than the same boat on traditional shaft drives. When stepping onboard you are greeted with a large cockpit space with plenty of seating for the family. She has an aft galley layout, with a large raised saloon and dining area, 3 spacious cabins, 2 of which are set up as twin singles at the moment but the infil cushions are supplied to convert these cabins into doubles. The front stateroom is spacious and set up as a double but can be separated to twin singles.
