This VAT paid April 2000 delivered Riva 70 Dolce Vita comes fully packed with exceptional options for an even more exceptional price and in good condition. Many upgrades after purchase by her second owner.
This just is a spectacular yacht and most likely the only example sailing the Dutch waters. Due to her location she benefits of having rare extra’s as a completely new (2020) Kabola HR central water heating system that has been seamless integrated with her full air-conditioning system. Furthermore a large Victron Quattro 24/5000/120 inverter/charger combination with digital remote control.
This last option enables you to limit the shore power to any desired value.
Once you have foot on deck you instantly sense the quality and feeling only a brand like Riva can produce. Her saloon provides ample space and light throughout, a very comfy dinette is placed on starboard opposite of the luxurious helm position with teak flooring preventing dirt entering when coming from deck trough her huge side-door.
Behind you find the large saloon with crème leather upholstery and a on starboard side placed cabinet packed with storage, tv, bose sound system etc. A large cabinet with the original Riva cutlery and crockery is found directly near the corridor that leads to her full beam super huge galley.
The accommodation on board is a typical 6 plus crew layout in a king size double and super-sized double twin with en suite facilities.
Deck:
Twin large electric stern winches are covered by a full teak cover that also can be used as stern side seats. A 350kg Besenzoni hydraulic crane is found under an electric operated lid that also houses the electric powered cable drum for the Riva’s shore power cable and little storage for cleaning items. Furthermore you find a hydraulic Besenzoni gangway in a cassette that slides nearly invisible below deck. Solid teak decks, original Riva wooden table and foldable super sturdy polished Riva chairs can convert her cockpit to a dining for eight.
Under the starboard cockpit seat is the entrance to a very fancy crew cabin with twin beds, a large shower, sink and own head. In 2020 a new Waeco fridge has been installed for the comfort of her permanent crew.
Owners cabin:
The owners cabin has been refitted with new alcantara headliners just weeks ago and for her king size bed a special mattress was produced.
Beautiful lighted lockers are found throughout the master and a very comfortable make up table is integrated.
En suite a very large head with all facilities as shower compartment, wash basin, toilet and bidet are found with the last two beautiful hidden under a grp Riva design lid.
Corridor:
In between Master and guest cabin the central connecting corridor is placed and also functions as super large storage for appliances as for example a vacuum cleaner and other householding items.
Guest cabins:
On both port and starboard there are two ample sized guest cabins, both with own en-suite heads and identical facilities as the Dolce Vita’s Master head.
Optionally the guest cabin twin berth layout can be changed to a double or even two double guest cabins.
Helm position:
On starboard a very well equipped helm station gives you full control of this beautiful Riva, a very nice feature is the remote control that enables full control from wherever you are. Quad digital interfaces powers the MAN engines as well as bow and stern thrusters.
Although the navigation systems are a little outdated the systems work fine and give you all information you need.
Imagine this Riva 70 with all new black flush mounted touch screen panels…
Galley:
The enormous fully airconditioned and full beam galley is found on the Riva’s full beam and the entrance is located on her starboard side with only 4 steps down.

Forget about the exterior staircase as you find far more comfortable stairs to the fly from inside.

Once you enter from her electric operated entrance you will notice that time stood still.
After 20 years it is still as it was delivered by Riva. It was just kept very well and very tidy.
All is original except for the 2020 Kabola central heating and the new superheavy Victron Quattro 24/5000/120 inverter/charger.

Recently built passenger ship that is ideal for cruises, festivities and parties, but can also function very well as a restaurant. There is a professional kitchen where a chef can prepare high-quality dishes. The indoor and outdoor bar are both very well equipped. The interior is very spacious with, among other things, 2 panoramic salons and a spacious upper deck. With the height-adjustable wheelhouse, the minimum air draft is approx. 5.50 m. This allows her to go from her current berth to the Rhine catchment area, but she will also cruise very well on the Danube. The making of a masterpiece
The work of several artists absorbed by the spirit of their times are now and absolutely “as we speak” under construction to give you the one and only chance to obtain the masterpiece named “De Cesari 62 Da Vinci”
Combining the famous naval architect Giovanni Ceccarelli and Paolo De Cesari and you just know you have the best recipe for a head-turning creation. A pure quality yacht that stands far out from all the rest.
With this all new 62 Da Vinci the yard created a refined fly-bridge yacht with the looks of a sophisticated, classic sports fisher and even runabout with its long forward deck and flush mounted glass panels. It’s here where you find the praised flared bow that ensures fabulous lifting capacity in heavy seas.
When you expect the best, you are rewarded with the best.
Now is there a downside? Well actually there is, only one is under construction and only one will be built.
Giovanni’s perfect layout
We all like “ensuite”, we all like privacy and the Da Vinci provides you the luxurious triple cabins, triple ensuites and separated crew layout.
The design features the lobster tail and widebody bow for her accommodation.
Nowadays you won’t find any centre line placed engines anymore, all modern yachts are sailing with the naval architecture nightmare designs with reversed engines just to allow a larger inner space. The downside of it is obvious and reason for Ceccarelli not to go with the flow.
With the all new De Cesari you have the advantage of a proper centreline design.
Master cabin
The master cabin stretches an impressive 5 metres in width from port to starboard, beautiful designed fully integrated storage is to be found in every inch the master carpenter could find. Large storage for clothing and linen is also one of the standards.
The stunning part of this double is her fully separated ensuite shower opposite of the head with bidet, toilet and integrated sink. The wet is in this setup fully separated from the head that stays dry no matter what.
Guest cabins
On both sides of the 3 metre long -via glass hatches- top lighted corridor you find the guest cabins, in her standard setup drawn as two twins but if you prefer one twin and one double just say so.
Both cabins benefit of their own bathrooms with also bidet, toilet and sinks. When I do the math we have a true gentleman’s yacht with three showers, three toilets, three bidets. …and then of course I did not even mention the cockpit shower, nor her crew cabin with own facilities…
Also here Paolo’s carpenters created true pieces of pleasure to stay during the night or whenever you want to have privacy in luxury.
Mega yacht style
Just as on board of mega yachts the dining table is a free walk around with a minimum of eight chairs, it is on board of the 62 Da Vinci where you find the same setting and atmosphere. Upon entering from her cockpit the salon is an oasis of space and opposite of the earlier mentioned dining the design allows a very large C-shaped sofa to relax or watch tv that is found hidden inside the dresser behind the dining. The 50 incher pops up at the touch of a button whilst the sound is second to none designed by a famous Dutch surround sound engineer.
Talking about sound now it is for sure nice to mention since I know De Cesari…

Galley
The galley is found on starboard and benefits of the U-shaped setup for maximum space. Gentle lifted on a platform fully integrated in her salon it is the galley that lets you do whatever is done in a gally but then with a view towards every angle. A composite worktop, full sized dishwasher, 4 zone induction HOB, microwave, grill, oven and double house-sized sinks provide the cook with all appliances he or she could wish for. It is De Cesari that can deliver a yacht with functionality in this open space designed yacht.
Inner helm
Opposite of the galley there is a twin seat helm station with a full panorama glass in front. It is here where you find very comfortable cruising when the conditions don’t allow you to use the fly bridge.
Two massive Raymarine Axiom Pro’s feed you with all requested information, flip the touch screens to any installable app and you can even use them for your entertainment or info displays that shows you the fully integrated Victron power systems.
Fully integrated as well is the Raymarine HD broadband radar and the forward looking sonar that allows you not only to see where to bottom it is, but also what bottom you have down below.
Steering by remote, the gyro sensor autopilot compensates roll and the rudder angle of attack so digging into the menu after changing speed is something from the past.
Systems as anchor chain counters, wash down plants, searchlights, speedometers etcetera are all standards.
As expected a well-controlled power steering system comes a standard too.
Cockpit
Stepping into the cockpit you are surrounded with a massive bulwark of around 40 centimetres and the deck measures 12 millimetres of thickness. Again totally different to modern yachts where a teak deck will last for only about 3 years.
On starboard there’s a wetbar with sink, refrigerator, icemaker and stainless grill.
On the aft the cockpit door opens to allow free entry to the hydraulic up and down platform, very well suitable for a heavy dinghy or just to make swimming a true feast. The size of the platform is simply up to you as custom built is a standard with De Cesari.
Fly bridge
Finally a designer that understands how a good fly needs to be built. Fully open aft to ensure stern visibility for easy docking and a U-shaped settee in front of the helmsman for interaction with family and guests. Of course also here Ceccarelli designed a wet bar for comfort.
All instruments are doubled towards the fly and there is also an option to store a dinghy on top if desired. If it was me that could afford a yacht like this I would choose the option for super large sun pads here instead of a dinghy. A five plus metre bimini keeps the sun to your choice and once down it reaches the outer lines of the open aft fly deck. Da Vinci himself couldn’t have drawn it better!

AK 1 is a 2007 Sunseeker Predator 62 that has been very well maintained and presents itself in very good overall condition. The yacht, is commercially registered in Malta, carrying the Malta flag, VAT not paid. Should VAT apply upon the sale of the yacht, the buyers could opt to set up a company in Malta and purchase the yacht under the said Company. The company could lease the yacht to the shareholder over an allowable period of 25 years, thus spreading the VAT payable over the same period and paying around 1% VAT per annum throughout the duration of the lease. Depending on the service providers, the annual maintenance cost of the company is around EUR5,000. The other option is to take advantage of the Malta VAT rate being 18% and paying outrightly the VAT in Malta. Alternatively, being a commercial yacht, if you decide to retain the yacht for a charter operation, the yacht could be sold and retained as VAT not paid. With respect to the overall condition of AK1, the yacht’s interior was upgraded by the previous owner to a more modern look as can be evidenced from the pictures in this brochure. All exterior cushions were changed as well. The present owners did not spare any expenditure to maintain the yacht to the highest standards; service and maintenance invoices are available and can be shared. Ak1, is a 3 cabin Sunseeker, two double and one with bunks, a sizeable saloon on the main deck and leading to the Galley and breakfast area located at the lower deck. The exterior is very spacious with sunbathing areas at the aft and the foredeck, a large bathing platform that lowers and lifts making manoeuvring of any tender and toys relatively easy, whilst one can spend time on the platform submersed in the water, enjoying the sun and the sensation of freshness of the sea. There were only 14 Formosa New Horizon 68 sailboats ever built. At 70 feet long with a 17' 4/" beam, she's a big beautiful Ketch. This Formosa has a centerboard keel, which makes her very versatile for taking her where you want to go. With the centerboard up, she has a 5' draft, which deepens to 11' with the keel fully deployed.
With 3 cabins and 3 heads, there are 2 showers and enough berths to sleep up to 10 passengers. There are 3 double berths and 4 single berths.
The galley is well equipped to keep the crew fed, and the stove is run off propane.
As part of the electronics package, you'll find an integrated Garmin system with 2 GPS-chartplotters, radar, wind gauge, depth gauge, and the Garmin Reactor 40 Smartpump Autopilot. A VHF radio with AIS is aboard for safety and communication.
The seller reports that this Formosa at one time averaged around 12 knots for one of its lengthy trips. With an 84' mast, the sail inventory includes the Main, a Staysail, Mizzen Sail, and a newer Yankee sail. 600 feet of Dyneema is on order and will also be included in the sale.

“Grietje” is a wonderfully looked after original sailing Dutch Tjalk that has been converted into a two/three bedroom liveaboard. Built in 1898 by DREWS HOOGEZAND as a working vessel, she is an originally riveted iron hull that has been fully over platted with 6mm steel. The vessel has been drydocked in 2021, with a full 35,000 PSI blast/strip back to a WJ2 standard. She then went through a full ultrasonic underwater survey, steel welding repairs completed, full suite of 14 new anodes and finally coated with a 10 year 2pac epoxy International paint system meaning she does not need to be re slipped until 2031. The bilges have also been cleaned and resealed from the interior. She is sold with a complete 2021 boat survey (as well as survey/service history dating back to 2004) and also the option to take on the mooring at the Embankment Marina, Gravesend.
With a keenness to keep the original lines of such a beautiful vessel, the only detraction from the original specification of the build is the fully collapsible wheel house at the stern. Outside of this, the original rigging, sails, deck equipment, mast, lee boards are all accounted for and in working order. The deck coaming has also been raised slightly to allow generous head room in the living area, but not so much it detracts from the lines. She also comes fitted with a DAF 6 cylinder 195 HP engine that was serviced at the beginning of 2021 and was used to transport her from Gravesend to Hoo to be slipped and back again without missing a beat. The external topsides and coach roof have also benefited from full repaint recently so she is looking extremely pretty!
Internally, the barge has received a full renovation using proper insulation covered over with painted marine moisture resistant ply. Coming down from the wheel house you come into an area affectionally known as the skippers cabin that could be used as an utility space or a home office or children’s play room. A new bathroom with full height stand up shower is on your right as you move through the boat and a toilet with a heated seat! Moving further on, a fully renovated kitchen sold with all white goods including a washing machine, full size gas double oven and hobs, plenty of storage space leading into a wide open plan saloon living area. The saloon benefits from beautiful brass port holes and authentic brass skylights leaving the saloon area flooded with natural light. Forward of the mast step there is option of fitting in another bedroom before finally coming to the master cabin with has a built in queen size bed.
The barge is warmed by an oil based boiler that takes it’s feed from the fuel tank, and with 11 radiators in the system leaves the living space toasty warm even in the coldest winter months. It also benefits from a beautifully ornate log burner in the main saloon.
Grietje has been in our family since 2006, and took part in the 2012 Queen’s River Thames Pageant as one of the oldest boats on the river Thames. She has been very well looked after and cared for, and is ready to be moved onto straight away we look forward to passing over this fantastic piece of history.

It is rare that we come across a pre - owned Sunseeker in this condition, but this yacht is truly stunning in every way. 1 owner from new, with the same conscientious captain from day 1, this low hour vessel has only cruised locally with the family on board, and never chartered. We sold this well specified yacht new to an existing Sunseeker client who chose the interior wood and furnishings with great taste, creating a beautiful interior with many upgraded fabrics and carpet (which in fact is still in pristine condition). Due to the high standards of the owner he decided to replace the entire teak decking in 2019 (although it was not strictly necessary at that time), and now this 12mm teak presents very well throughout with no signs of abnormal wear.
