Internal courtyard, so is nice and quite when you come home. All comfort inside: high speed WI-FI, dishwasher, TV, washing machine, micro-wave. (Dryer with a 5€ supplement). Perfect for couples and friends that want to live one of the most fascinating areas of Milan. Crib and changing table make it perfect also for babies. For problems or support, we live 50mt away. The apartment has a living room and kitchen separated from the bedroom and the bathroom. In the living room there's a sofa, a round table where 4 people can sit comfortably, a bookshelf (partially furnished to give the "home sweet home" feeling), and a small wooden table. The kitchen has microwave, oven, burners, dishwasher, fridge, kettle...al perfectly functioning. Fridge is an old fashioned Smeg. The bedroom has a very spacious closet, with clothes hangers, drawers and shelves. The bed itself, if lifted, has a storage space (for exemple, for your luggage). The bathroom is divided in two parts: first, the sink and the washing machine, then the bathtub, toilet and bidet. So two persons can easily use the bathroom at the same time. High speed Wifi and tv are provided, along with air conditioning. The whole apartment and its furniture is dedicated to our guests. Milano, Lombardia, Italy Navigli is a charming district, where you can have a pleasant walk or have an aperitivo Milanese. It is nice in every season to walk there, with a smooth breeze on your face. There are two canals, which are called Naviglio Grande and the Naviglio Pavese (the word Naviglio itself means the Canal in Italian). Both of them are surrounded by different types of cafés, restaurants, bars, design shops, art galleries etc. Usually what we do is just to start our evening having an aperitivo in Navigli, choosing one random restaurant we’d like to sit and then head to a bar to continue our night-out! Since this district is full of options, it become the first destination! Only thing you need to do in order to reach there is to take the green line with metro and take off in the stop called Porta Genova, the second alternative is as always the tram if you’d like to enjoy the city sight at the same time in your journey. The green lively kitchen is fully equipped, it has induction plates, electric oven and a large refrigerator/freezer. From the aisle you can go to the bedroom and to the bathroom. The bedroom follows the same style inspiration, it has 2 single beds, a wardrobe and a storage. The bathroom is quite large, modern, it has the shower, a window and the washing machine. The living room and the bedroom have the AC. The apartment is very bright, quiet and it has all the comforts. High speed internet connection. The apartment is located in a building adjacent to other 3 apartments of the same landlord, rented by international (usually NABA) students. There is a nice common outdoor area, with table and chairs, where you can meet the other students and have fun together. Obviously, this outdoor area as well, is unique and very particular thanks to pop art and vintage design pieces, ancient slot machines too! Area description Safe residential area, just 2 minutes walking from NABA. It’s in Navigli area, close to Bocconi, 10 minutes from Duomo directly by the tram nr 3. You can enjoy a nice walk watching cool shop windows and having a coffee in the nice bars of the neighbourhood. Typical restaurants, art galleries, gyms, a park for running, an Auditorium for classical music concerts and opera, clubs, banks and many other shops and services are walking distance. SDA Bocconi is 10 minutes walking. IULM and Cattolica are very close as well. Porta Genova metro station is 15 minutes walking.
