Its modern and slightly eclectic> The apartment is on the 4th floor of a well-kept Milanese building with an elevator. It has a nice balcony, from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of the street in which it is located. Entering the apartment on the left you will see a lively living room which includes a relaxation area with a sofa bed, a TV and a dining area. The last communicates, through a sliding door, with a kitchen complete with all the necessary for cooking. The sleeping area is located on the right side of the apartment and has a light double bedroom with a large wardrobe, a bathroom with a bath and all the essentials. The district is very quiet and offers countless services, all at your fingertips at any time of the day. You are just a few steps away from the enchanting Milan Navigli area and the New Darsena, a part of the city that will make you fall in love with it, thanks to the slow flow of the canals and the countless boutiques of creative artisans, bars and restaurants that populate the entire area. All these aspects contribute to creating a magical and, at times, almost surreal atmosphere, out of time that will remain in your heart forever. Here, there are also important streets – via Tortona and via Savona which host major events, such as the Salone del Mobile and the Fashion Week. The room is about 15 m2 and can be a double room for single use, or the beds can be split and the room can be arranged to accommodate 2 people (see photo). It is a nice and bright room, clean and tidy, in perfect condition. In the room there is also a large wardrobe with 4 doors, chairs and a desk. There are also drawers and shelves for storing your things. There is also a nice kitchen, with oven, fridge and everything you need, a large living room with two sofas, furniture, TV, and a dining table with chairs. Bills are to be paid separately, all costs are estimated. Currently internet connection is not active, but can be activated. The water is included in the condominium expenses which are compulsory expenses to be paid separately and are about (hidden) euro per year, so about 80 euro per month. It has an independent heating system so the gas depends on the consumption, just like the electricity. This is the flat where my son lived when he studied at the Polytechnic of Turin. I am looking for 1 or 2 tenants who know each other and want to share the room. The area is very well served and connected, with many public transport stops (bus, metro). La camera è di circa 15 m2 e può essere una camera doppia ad uso singolo, oppure i letti possono essere divisi e la stanza può essere sistemata per ospitare 2 persone (vedi foto). È una camera bella e luminosa, pulita e ordinata, in perfette condizioni. Nella stanza c'è anche un ampio armadio a 4 ante, sedie e una scrivania. A vostra disposizione anche cassetti e scaffali per riporre le vostre cose. A disposizione anche una graziosa cucina, con forno, frigorifero e tutto il necessario, un ampio soggiorno con due divani, mobili, TV, e un tavolo da pranzo con sedie. Le bollette sono da pagare separatamente, tutti i costi sono stimati. L'acqua è inclusa nelle spese condominiali che sono spese obbligatorie da pagare separatamente e sono circa (hidden) euro annui, dunque indicativamente 80 euro al mese. Ha un sistema di riscaldamento autonomo quindi il gas dipende dal consumo, proprio come l'elettricità. Attualmente la connessione internet é assente, ma puo' essere attivata. Questo è l'appartamento dove viveva mio figlio quando studiava al Politecnico di Torino. Cerco 1 inquilino o 2 inquilini che si conoscano e che vogliano condividere la stanza. La zona è molto ben servita e collegata, con molte fermate dei mezzi pubblici (bus, metro). Circa 20-25 minuti di metro per arrivare al Politecnico. ????Delightful appartment in the middle of Navigli???? Our home is in the middle of Navigli, Milan design, food and art area, 200mt from Porta Genova subway station. Internal courtyard, so is nice and quite when you come home. All comfort inside: high speed WI-FI, dishwasher, TV, washing machine, micro-wave. (Dryer with a 5€ supplement). Perfect for couples and friends that want to live one of the most fascinating areas of Milan. Crib and changing table make it perfect also for babies. For problems or support, we live 50mt away. The apartment has a living room and kitchen separated from the bedroom and the bathroom. In the living room there's a sofa, a round table where 4 people can sit comfortably, a bookshelf (partially furnished to give the "home sweet home" feeling), and a small wooden table. The kitchen has microwave, oven, burners, dishwasher, fridge, kettle...al perfectly functioning. Fridge is an old fashioned Smeg. The bedroom has a very spacious closet, with clothes hangers, drawers and shelves. The bed itself, if lifted, has a storage space (for exemple, for your luggage). The bathroom is divided in two parts: first, the sink and the washing machine, then the bathtub, toilet and bidet. So two persons can easily use the bathroom at the same time. High speed Wifi and tv are provided, along with air conditioning. The whole apartment and its furniture is dedicated to our guests. Milano, Lombardia, Italy Navigli is a charming district, where you can have a pleasant walk or have an aperitivo Milanese. It is nice in every season to walk there, with a smooth breeze on your face. There are two canals, which are called Naviglio Grande and the Naviglio Pavese (the word Naviglio itself means the Canal in Italian). Both of them are surrounded by different types of cafés, restaurants, bars, design shops, art galleries etc. Usually what we do is just to start our evening having an aperitivo in Navigli, choosing one random restaurant we’d like to sit and then head to a bar to continue our night-out! Since this district is full of options, it become the first destination! Only thing you need to do in order to reach there is to take the green line with metro and take off in the stop called Porta Genova, the second alternative is as always the tram if you’d like to enjoy the city sight at the same time in your journey. There is held the vintage bazaar every last Sunday of the month and if you are lucky you can catch it in your trip as well! Do whatever you want in this city, but better not miss this enjoyable and cool area full of everything! Getting around You can take the metro in porta Genova and easily reach every corner of the city in no time, or catch a tram and do it a bit more slowly but while enjoying a nice view of the streets.
