(for girls)the rent is 350 euros per month including all bills (electricity, gas, water, wifi, heating system) no extra fee is required to pay. you get your separate contract not mutual with other tenants and it a registered one. there is a deposit of 500 euros that you get back after leaving the house. the location is near to: -Lambrate metro station green line M2 just 2 min of walking -it is 10 min walking to POLIMI Leonardo campus -it is well connected with bus 39,81,63/Night bus NM2 -and tram 19/33 penny,U!,U2,carrefour (2 min walk),Lidl,Esselunga (10 min walk) The flat would have 3 people in total, it is organized and clean. it is equipped with furniture and all utensils and things you might need from bed sheets to any other things you can think of, you really don't need to buy anything. lastly it has a lovely terrace and view.
