Steilsteven 26m geschikt voor permanente bewoning Steilsteven 26 meter zonder Certificaat Van Onderzoek. Het schip beschikt over 3 slaapkamers met in totaal 6 slaapplaatsen en is hierdoor geschikt als permanente bewoning. Het onderwaterschip is in 2009 volledig gestraald en gedubbeld met 6mm en hierbij is ook een vlakdikterapport aanwezig. Het schip is toen volledig geisoleerd voorzien van vloerverwarming. Hiervan is uitgebreide documentatie aanwezig. Naast de CV is er een houtkachel aanwezig in de ruime, en vooral zeer lichte woonkamer. De hout kachel neemt bij gebruik het water circuit over van de gas boiler. De indeling van het schip is als volgt: binnenkomst door de stuurhut, met een trap naar beneden ziet u door de een lange gang zo richting het voorschip waar de salon en keuken zich bevinden. Links van de gang bevinden zich de slaapkamers, de badkamer en de motorruimte. Na oplevering zeilde haar oorspronkelijke eigenaar haar naar de Seychellen en later naar het Caribisch gebied, waar ze in 1999 werd omgebouwd. Haar dubbele motoren werden later vervangen in 2004. Haar huidige eigenaar kocht haar in 2012 en stuurde haar naar Scarlino om te worden omgebouwd door Nautor Swan scheepswerf. Haar systemen en interieur werden geüpgraded. Spirit of Sangoma is een zeer goed onderhouden jacht met een solide basis in termen van zeewaardigheid en GRP constructie. Sailing Malu’ is just like diving in the past and her elegant lines and details are highlighted by new rigging, new sails, new engine and systems, new closets and interior furniture and new tapestry.The hull was completely emptied to provide a general refit and to protect her from the risk of osmosis (she had no osmosis anyway) the hull was treated with epoxy resin. The restoration was surveyed by one of the best known Italian expert, and in our experience of hundreds classic yachts to offer to demanding customers we have been amazed reading his survey. De Moonen 84 /"Moon River/" is een luxe jacht van 25,75 meter, gebouwd door Moonen en opgeleverd in 2003. Moon River heeft een stalen romp met volledige verplaatsing en een aluminium bovenbouw met teakdekken. Ze is gebouwd volgens de regels van het classificatiebureau van Lloyds Register. De Moonen 84 /"Moon River/" is eenvoudig te besturen met een kleine bemanning als klein superjacht op de oceaan. Ze biedt plaats aan maximaal 8 personen met 2 bemanningsleden. Dit luxe jacht is ook uitgerust met 'Zero Speed Stabilisatoren' die voor het anker werken, waardoor het comfort aan boord toeneemt wanneer het jacht stilstaat, met name in ruw water. Uitgebreide refit in 2009 uitgevoerd door Moonen Shipyards en heeft constante upgrades door derde eigenaar gekregen. De Moonen 84 /" Moon River/" kan een topsnelheid halen van ca. 13 knopen en vaart comfortabel met 10 knopen.
