ENGLISH - Arrábida is a wonderful two-mast one-off Pilothouse Schooner designed and built in the Netherlands. Arrábida is not just a bluewater cruiser with beautiful classic lines, teak laid decks, and an elegant green hull…. She is also, thanks to her strong aluminium hull, modern carbon rig and hydraulic systems, an excellent performer under sail. She is schooner rigged with a comprehensive sail wardrobe consisting of a fully battened main, staysail, spinnaker, topsail, a staysail on hydraulic furler from 2023, a Jib on hydraulic furler from 2023 and a Yankee on hydraulic furler from 2023. Further to that, hydraulic winches, carbon spi poles, hydraulic boomvang, and Frederiksen deck hardware. She is, furthermore, equipped with a 230hp Deutz diesel engine, hydraulic bow thruster, feathering propeller, generator, inverters, and a complete Raymarine navigation equipment from 2021. Additionally, a life raft, a tender with outboard from 2022, hydraulic windlass and numerous covers. The interior of this Pilothouse Schooner is just as well laid out as the exterior. The pilothouse that can be accessed from port and starboard side of the deck, features two seats and a forward-facing navigation- and pilot station. A few steps down are the well-equipped galley to starboard and another navigation station to port side. Again a few steps down you’ll end up in the full beam saloon with a dining area to starboard side and a lounge area to port side with a large U-shaped wrap-around sofa. Arrábida comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. The master cabin with ensuite facilities and the guest cabin with bunk beds are located forward. The two other guest cabins have their own separate access from the pilot house and share the second bathroom. The interior is fitted out with all comforts, like a Webasto central heating system, Taylors stove diesel heater in the saloon, electric toilets, and a washer/dryer. This modern classic has only had two owners and has undergone professional maintenance, updates, and upgrades to ensure safe and comfortable cruises.

Sie ist auch, dank ihrem soliden Aluminiumrumpf, ihrem modernen Karbon-Rigg und ihren hydraulischen Systemen, eine richtige Performance-Cruiser. Diese Schoner verfügt über eine komplette Segelgarderobe, bestehend aus einem durchgelattetes Großsegel, einem Stagsegel, einem Spinnaker, einem Toppsegel, einem Stagsegel mit hydraulischer Rollanlage von 2023, einer Fock mit hydraulischer Rollanlage von 2023 und einem Yankee mit hydraulischer Rollanlage aus 2023. Dazu kommen hydraulische Winden, Carbon Spinnakerbäume, hydraulischer Baumniederholer und Deckbeschläge der Marke Frederiksen. Ein paar Stufen tiefer befindet sich die gut ausgestattete Kombüse auf der Steuerbordseite und noch ein Navigationsstation auf der Backbordseite. Wiederum ein paar Stufen hinunter kommt man in den Salon mit einem Essbereich an Steuerbord und einem Lounge-Bereich an Backbord mit einem großen U-förmigen Sofa. Arrábida bietet bequem Platz für bis zu 8 Gäste. Die Eignerkabine mit eigenem Bad und die Gästekabine mit Etagenbetten befinden sich im Vorschiff. Die beiden anderen Gästekabinen haben einen separaten Zugang vom Ruderhaus aus und teilen sich das zweite Bad. Der Innenraum ist mit allem Komfort ausgestattet, wie z. B. einer Webasto-Zentralheizung, einem Taylors-Ofen-Dieselheizung im Salon, elektrischen Toiletten und einer Waschmaschine/Trockner. Dieser moderne Klassiker hatte nur zwei Besitzer und wurde immer, um sichere und komfortable Fahrten zu gewährleisten, professionell gewartet, aktualisiert und aufgerüstet.

También es, gracias a su robusto casco de aluminio, su moderno aparejo de carbono y sus sistemas hidráulicos, un excelente velero. Esta goleta dispone de un completo velamen que incluye una mayor de sables, una trinqueta, un spinnaker, una gavia, una trinqueta con enrollador hidráulico de 2023, un foque con enrollador hidráulico de 2023 y un Yankee con enrollador hidráulico de 2023. Además, winches hidráulicos, tangones de carbono, contra hidráulica y herrajes de Frederiksen. Más aún, está equipado con un motor diésel Deutz de 230 CV, hélice de proa hidráulica, hélice de pluma, generador, inversores y un completo equipo de navegación Raymarine de 2021. También cuenta con una balsa salvavidas, un bote auxiliar con fueraborda de 2022, molinete hidráulico y numerosas fundas.El interior de esta Goleta está tan bien distribuido como el exterior. La timonera, a la que se puede acceder por babor y estribor, cuenta con dos asientos y un puesto de navegación y puesto pilotaje orientado hacia delante. A pocos pasos se encuentra la cocina bien equipada a estribor y la mesa de cartas a babor. Bajando de nuevo unos pocos escalones se llega al salón con área de comedor a estribor y una zona de estar a babor con un gran sofá en forma de U. Arrábida puede acomodar cómodamente hasta 8 invitados. El camarote principal con baño y el camarote de invitados con literas están situados a proa. Los otros dos camarotes de invitados tienen su propio acceso independiente desde la timonera y comparten el segundo baño. El interior está equipado con todos los conforts, como un sistema de calefacción de Webasto, estufa de gasoil Taylors en el salón, inodoros eléctricos y una lavadora/secadora. Verder hydraulische lieren, carbon spinnakerbomen, hydraulische neerhouder en Frederiksen dekbeslag. Daarnaast is ze uitgerust met een 230pk Deutz dieselmotor, hydraulische boegschroef, feathering schroef, generator, omvormers en een complete Raymarine navigatie-uitrusting uit 2021. For sale is a Baltic 55 DP modified for exploration from 1989
GRYNING is hull #9 and as such, the last of the popular Baltic 55's built. GRYNING was expertly outfitted for short handed passage making when built. She has primarily been captain maintained and constantly upgraded.
In 2015 she was converted/upgraded for Polar Explrations and sailed into the most difficult weather conditions in the North Sea, Med and North Atlantic Ocean, without any issues. With her shoal draft wing keel and user friendly deck layout, she is a perfect world cruiser. GRYNING was extensively refit during winters 1999/2000, 2000/2001, 2003/2004, 2005/2006 and 2013 at the BALTIC YACHTS SHIPYARD. During the winter of 2013 she was at a Baltic yard where a lifecycle service was done. GRYNING is a truly fast and comfortable passage maker. A lot of the upgrades, such as larger engine with matched propeller, carbon fiber rudder, carbon fiber pocket boom, carbon fiber mast and other sail handling equipment she has received over the past few years have further enhanced her speed and ease of handling.Under power she has a cruising speed of 8 knots at 2,200 rpm and 9+ knots at 85% engine power. At 6 knots she has a range of 1000 Nm under engine.She was 1st in class and second overall in the Marblehead-Halifax Ocean Race 2003, 3rd in class and third overall 2005 and 2nd in class in the Newport-Bermuda Race 2008. IRC measured weight 45,930 Ibs (20,834 kg). She is compliant with OGR 2023 specifications, with minor parts to be replaced. ACCOMMODATIONS: Malù is a very comfortable boat with elegant and functional accommodations. 3 cabins one of which with double bed,saloon, one bathroom, galley,chart table. Sleeps 5 guests in the cabin and 2 in the saloon. Description: From the entrance to the left a cabin with single, comfortable bunk and the wide chart table. On the right the L shaped galley. After the half bulkhead there is the saloon with L shaped settee on the left side and a lifting table.A wide settee/ bunk on the right. Half bulkhead ahead there is a well type fridge with wide pantry storage and oil skins closet. The bathroom in front on the right side. You enter now in the double cabin with separate beds with wide storage space, and the owners cabin with V shaped double bed. The anchor chain storage is ahead and reachable trough a watertight opening RESTORATION: The boat was purchased in 2009 by the actual owner and moved by truck to the shipyard Cantieri Pier 12 in Marina di Ravenna. The plan was to make her perfect and beutifull. No energy was spared. Between 2010-13 The boat was emptied completely to bare hull and treated with epoxy resin outside and inside. The deck was relaminated with void technology before fitting a new teak deck. New beams set under the deck and cabin. Sailing yacht High Spirit is a BOTIN 65 built by Spanish shipyard King Marine and launched end 2015. She was based on the design of sailing yacht Caro. There were no costs spared in building this magnificent racer. Only the best yachting suppliers were involved in this project. From design and yard to B&G Electronics, VMG, Cariboni Carbon, Aramare Ropes, Southern Spars and so on. She is a truly unique symbiosis of 100% racing yacht with a functional, yet stylishly designed interior that can confidently claim to be a new standard in the world of race-cruisers in the range of 60-70 feet. Construction
The hull of the yacht is made of composite materials. Carbon fiber used in the primary shell of the hull, with the Nomex core. The deck is made also with the Nomex core. The yacht was built with materials - prepreg and vacuum-encapsulated laminate. Carbon is used in main structural components, such as plate chains and other areas with high loads.
