ENGLISH - Arrábida is a wonderful two-mast one-off Pilothouse Schooner designed and built in the Netherlands. Arrábida is not just a bluewater cruiser with beautiful classic lines, teak laid decks, and an elegant green hull…. She is also, thanks to her strong aluminium hull, modern carbon rig and hydraulic systems, an excellent performer under sail. She is schooner rigged with a comprehensive sail wardrobe consisting of a fully battened main, staysail, spinnaker, topsail, a staysail on hydraulic furler from 2023, a Jib on hydraulic furler from 2023 and a Yankee on hydraulic furler from 2023. Further to that, hydraulic winches, carbon spi poles, hydraulic boomvang, and Frederiksen deck hardware. She is, furthermore, equipped with a 230hp Deutz diesel engine, hydraulic bow thruster, feathering propeller, generator, inverters, and a complete Raymarine navigation equipment from 2021. Additionally, a life raft, a tender with outboard from 2022, hydraulic windlass and numerous covers. The interior of this Pilothouse Schooner is just as well laid out as the exterior. The pilothouse that can be accessed from port and starboard side of the deck, features two seats and a forward-facing navigation- and pilot station. A few steps down are the well-equipped galley to starboard and another navigation station to port side. Again a few steps down you’ll end up in the full beam saloon with a dining area to starboard side and a lounge area to port side with a large U-shaped wrap-around sofa. Arrábida comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. The master cabin with ensuite facilities and the guest cabin with bunk beds are located forward. The two other guest cabins have their own separate access from the pilot house and share the second bathroom. The interior is fitted out with all comforts, like a Webasto central heating system, Taylors stove diesel heater in the saloon, electric toilets, and a washer/dryer. This modern classic has only had two owners and has undergone professional maintenance, updates, and upgrades to ensure safe and comfortable cruises. Ein paar Stufen tiefer befindet sich die gut ausgestattete Kombüse auf der Steuerbordseite und noch ein Navigationsstation auf der Backbordseite. Wiederum ein paar Stufen hinunter kommt man in den Salon mit einem Essbereich an Steuerbord und einem Lounge-Bereich an Backbord mit einem großen U-förmigen Sofa. Arrábida bietet bequem Platz für bis zu 8 Gäste. Die Eignerkabine mit eigenem Bad und die Gästekabine mit Etagenbetten befinden sich im Vorschiff. Die beiden anderen Gästekabinen haben einen separaten Zugang vom Ruderhaus aus und teilen sich das zweite Bad. Der Innenraum ist mit allem Komfort ausgestattet, wie z. B. einer Webasto-Zentralheizung, einem Taylors-Ofen-Dieselheizung im Salon, elektrischen Toiletten und einer Waschmaschine/Trockner. A pocos pasos se encuentra la cocina bien equipada a estribor y la mesa de cartas a babor. Bajando de nuevo unos pocos escalones se llega al salón con área de comedor a estribor y una zona de estar a babor con un gran sofá en forma de U. Arrábida puede acomodar cómodamente hasta 8 invitados. El camarote principal con baño y el camarote de invitados con literas están situados a proa. Los otros dos camarotes de invitados tienen su propio acceso independiente desde la timonera y comparten el segundo baño. El interior está equipado con todos los conforts, como un sistema de calefacción de Webasto, estufa de gasoil Taylors en el salón, inodoros eléctricos y una lavadora/secadora. Este moderno clásico sólo ha tenido dos propietarios y ha sido mantenido, actualizado y mejorado para garantizar cruceros seguros y confortables. Een paar treden lager is de goed uitgeruste kombuis aan stuurboord en een navigatiehoek aan bakboord. Weer een paar treden naar beneden kom je uit in de salon met een eethoek aan stuurboord en een zithoek aan bakboord met een grote U-vormige rondzitbank. Arrábida biedt comfortabel plaats aan maximaal 8 gasten. De eigenaarshut met ensuite faciliteiten en de gastenhut met stapelbed bevinden zich voorin. De twee andere gastenhutten hebben een eigen aparte toegang via het stuurhuis en delen de tweede badkamer. Het interieur is van alle gemakken voorzien, zoals een Webasto centrale verwarming, Taylors dieselkachel in de salon, elektrische toiletten en een wasmachine/droger. For sale is a Baltic 55 DP modified for exploration from 1989 GRYNING is hull #9 and as such, the last of the popular Baltic 55's built. GRYNING was expertly outfitted for short handed passage making when built. She has primarily been captain maintained and constantly upgraded.  In 2015 she was converted/upgraded for Polar Explrations and sailed into the most difficult weather conditions in the North Sea, Med and North Atlantic Ocean, without any issues. With her shoal draft wing keel and user friendly deck layout, she is a perfect world cruiser. GRYNING was extensively refit during winters 1999/2000, 2000/2001, 2003/2004, 2005/2006 and 2013 at the BALTIC YACHTS SHIPYARD. During the winter of 2013 she was at a Baltic yard where a lifecycle service was done.  GRYNING is a truly fast and comfortable passage maker. She was designed by Sparkman& Stephens and built at the highest standards under the direct survey of the RINA director of Livorno harbor. After a life as cruiser racer Malu’ received the most accurate and respectfull restoration and she is better than ever. Sailing Malu’ is just like diving in the past and her elegant lines and details are highlighted by new rigging, new sails, new engine and systems, new closets and interior furniture and new tapestry.The hull was completely emptied to provide a general refit and to protect her from the risk of osmosis (she had no osmosis anyway) the hull was treated with epoxy resin.
