A classic Princess 20 Metre from 2000. This boat was 15 years in its previous ownership and maintained to a very high standard. The interior is all original and shows little signs of wear and in extremely good condition.
During 2018-2019 this vessel has been ashore and had the whole of the top side professionally repainted to an extremely high standard. The hull band is original and in extremely good condition, not needing painting or repair. The top side repairs were due to sun damage and overcleaning but now presents better that new. The teak side decks and platform have been removed and replaced with 9mm Burmese teak, not the quick turn farmed teak which tends to be soft. During this time, the two deck cranes have new motors, dyneema lines and have been fully refurbished. Notwithstanding this there have been lots of electrical items replaced and all systems checked and put back into working order, including 15 new batteries and two battery chargers. Engines and generator have been fully serviced and new Strong shaft seals fitted. 50 meters of new anchor chain calibrated and stainless bow protectors.
On the outside the boat benefits from all new sunbrella upholstery to helm seats, bow cushions and flybridge seating. Not to mention a new Bimini and aft closing kit.
This vessel is in first class order and I believe the best 20 metre afloat today. It has all the cut glass, Villroy and Boch crockery and Princess cutlery, bedding for each cabin and matching quilt covers, plus all the other usual benefits of a boat in this class. Virtually turn key and ready to go for the season.
This is a very solid well built family cruiser, ready to go for a fraction of what it might cost today for a new equivalent. I believe that if you are genuinely looking for this sort of boat, the first to see would buy. There has been in excess of 150,000.00 euros spent on her in the last 18 months and it is being sold due to a change in circumstances.
The asking price of £375,000.00 is a lot less than the boat owes me and the hassle and cost of the work undertaken must not be underestimated in time and lack of use of your vessel, which has now covered a mere 1050 hours.
A berth in Alcudia may also be available to anyone purchasing this vessel.

Built in steel and aluminium by Dutch yard Feadship, NOSTALGIA first hit the water in 1985 and underwent a complete rebuild between 2020 and 2021. Today, she still bears the signature lines of a classic Feadship, with all new systems and a highly specced interior by NAVINCO LTD – Naval Architects and Marine Engineers. The extensive refit works were carried out at Atlas Yard in Perama, Greece, where NOSTALGIA was stripped to almost bare shell. The rebuild included an all-new interior, new machinery, electrical and technological systems, plumbing, teak decks, elevator and a new bridge. The stern was redesigned too with a new swim platform installed allowing guests easy access to the water. A modern-classic interior by accommodates up to 16 guests across seven staterooms for guests and an additional cabin for staff. Italia (Tutte le città)
The making of a masterpiece
The work of several artists absorbed by the spirit of their times are now and absolutely “as we speak” under construction to give you the one and only chance to obtain the masterpiece named “De Cesari 62 Da Vinci”
Combining the famous naval architect Giovanni Ceccarelli and Paolo De Cesari and you just know you have the best recipe for a head-turning creation. A pure quality yacht that stands far out from all the rest.
With this all new 62 Da Vinci the yard created a refined fly-bridge yacht with the looks of a sophisticated, classic sports fisher and even runabout with its long forward deck and flush mounted glass panels. It’s here where you find the praised flared bow that ensures fabulous lifting capacity in heavy seas.
When you expect the best, you are rewarded with the best.
Now is there a downside? Well actually there is, only one is under construction and only one will be built.
Giovanni’s perfect layout
We all like “ensuite”, we all like privacy and the Da Vinci provides you the luxurious triple cabins, triple ensuites and separated crew layout.
The design features the lobster tail and widebody bow for her accommodation.
Nowadays you won’t find any centre line placed engines anymore, all modern yachts are sailing with the naval architecture nightmare designs with reversed engines just to allow a larger inner space. The downside of it is obvious and reason for Ceccarelli not to go with the flow.
With the all new De Cesari you have the advantage of a proper centreline design.
Master cabin
The master cabin stretches an impressive 5 metres in width from port to starboard, beautiful designed fully integrated storage is to be found in every inch the master carpenter could find. Large storage for clothing and linen is also one of the standards.
The stunning part of this double is her fully separated ensuite shower opposite of the head with bidet, toilet and integrated sink. The wet is in this setup fully separated from the head that stays dry no matter what.
Guest cabins
On both sides of the 3 metre long -via glass hatches- top lighted corridor you find the guest cabins, in her standard setup drawn as two twins but if you prefer one twin and one double just say so.
Both cabins benefit of their own bathrooms with also bidet, toilet and sinks. When I do the math we have a true gentleman’s yacht with three showers, three toilets, three bidets. …and then of course I did not even mention the cockpit shower, nor her crew cabin with own facilities…
Also here Paolo’s carpenters created true pieces of pleasure to stay during the night or whenever you want to have privacy in luxury.
Mega yacht style
Just as on board of mega yachts the dining table is a free walk around with a minimum of eight chairs, it is on board of the 62 Da Vinci where you find the same setting and atmosphere. Upon entering from her cockpit the salon is an oasis of space and opposite of the earlier mentioned dining the design allows a very large C-shaped sofa to relax or watch tv that is found hidden inside the dresser behind the dining. The 50 incher pops up at the touch of a button whilst the sound is second to none designed by a famous Dutch surround sound engineer.
Talking about sound now it is for sure nice to mention since I know De Cesari…
‘Sound is kept in the engine room and out of the cockpit by the insulation that a De Cesari is known for.’
Galley
The galley is found on starboard and benefits of the U-shaped setup for maximum space. Gentle lifted on a platform fully integrated in her salon it is the galley that lets you do whatever is done in a gally but then with a view towards every angle. A composite worktop, full sized dishwasher, 4 zone induction HOB, microwave, grill, oven and double house-sized sinks provide the cook with all appliances he or she could wish for. It is De Cesari that can deliver a yacht with functionality in this open space designed yacht.
Inner helm
Opposite of the galley there is a twin seat helm station with a full panorama glass in front. It is here where you find very comfortable cruising when the conditions don’t allow you to use the fly bridge.
Two massive Raymarine Axiom Pro’s feed you with all requested information, flip the touch screens to any installable app and you can even use them for your entertainment or info displays that shows you the fully integrated Victron power systems.
Fully integrated as well is the Raymarine HD broadband radar and the forward looking sonar that allows you not only to see where to bottom it is, but also what bottom you have down below.
Steering by remote, the gyro sensor autopilot compensates roll and the rudder angle of attack so digging into the menu after changing speed is something from the past.
Systems as anchor chain counters, wash down plants, searchlights, speedometers etcetera are all standards.
As expected a well-controlled power steering system comes a standard too.
Cockpit
Stepping into the cockpit you are surrounded with a massive bulwark of around 40 centimetres and the deck measures 12 millimetres of thickness. Again totally different to modern yachts where a teak deck will last for only about 3 years.
On starboard there’s a wetbar with sink, refrigerator, icemaker and stainless grill.
On the aft the cockpit door opens to allow free entry to the hydraulic up and down platform, very well suitable for a heavy dinghy or just to make swimming a true feast. The size of the platform is simply up to you as custom built is a standard with De Cesari.
Fly bridge
Finally a designer that understands how a good fly needs to be built. Fully open aft to ensure stern visibility for easy docking and a U-shaped settee in front of the helmsman for interaction with family and guests. Of course also here Ceccarelli designed a wet bar for comfort.
All instruments are doubled towards the fly and there is also an option to store a dinghy on top if desired. If it was me that could afford a yacht like this I would choose the option for super large sun pads here instead of a dinghy. A five plus metre bimini keeps the sun to your choice and once down it reaches the outer lines of the open aft fly deck. Da Vinci himself couldn’t have drawn it better!
Built in the Adriatic by the finest Italian craftsmen that one by one just love their jobs.
a De Cesari is 100 percent pure, 100 percent custom built for the happy few that not only can afford a De Cesari but moreover can enjoy the breath-taking beauty that she just is.
All in all a yacht that deserves a viewing. The final design and technical specifications are up to your choice. The master carpenters, Giovanni Ceccarelli himself and we will certainly guide you through the process of owning a true De Cesari masterpiece from A to Z.

I custom-built this 2015 70' /"PIPE DREAMER/" for a 4 time repeat Viking owner. He is also a NJ resident and spent a lot of time with his captain inspecting his boat every weekend making sure she was built to his exact specifications and nothing was missed. He put his 20 plus years of boating experience into the build along with my personal input as well as one of the senior sales guys at Viking. This one is truly a very special built 70 Viking and has probably one of the prettiest interiors of all the boats I helped build. She is a real head turner and has been captain maintained and serviced at the Viking service center since new. A sleek aggressive look, with a sharp-edged feature line that runs from the front of the house to the cockpit and nearly 100 inches of forward freeboard. She was also one of the /"High Performance/" boats Viking built pulling almost 20k pounds of weight out by using Kevlar parts and deck house. She tops out over 41 knots and is truly a very special sport fish.
/"PIPE DREAMER/" is equipped with 2,600-hp MTU M94 diesels, with extended warranties through November 2022, or 4000hours. Viking’s tough build is as well known as its ability to run fast with the handling of a sports car allows better, sharper turning and responsiveness with superior tracking.
The 70' /"PIPE DREAMER's/" speed will come in handy on tournament day, which this boat was truly built for. From her 206-square-foot cockpit and Release Marine fighting chair to her in-deck live well, mezzanine bait stowage, freezer, and more, this 70' can chase the big ones - anywhere.
Palm Beach Tower; Costa flying-bridge enclosure; in-deck livewell; Release teak helm pod; mezzanine A/C; forward window mask; Side-Power bow thruster; custom hull color paint and ceramic coated in 2020; Sea Recovery watermaker; LCD TVs in guest staterooms; Premier edition upgraded decor package; 600-gal. auxiliary fuel tank; Release helm chairs and fighting chair; Eskimo ice chipper; 46' Outrigger Rupp Big Riggs HD, 4 Spreader, Bridge Release.
With the flying-bridge helm set up, the massive cockpit, and enough speed to get anywhere in a hurry, the 70' /"PIPE DREAMER/" is one of the most complete blue water fishing packages on the market.

Modern, fast and elegant performance-cruiser built by ICE-Yachts in Salvirola near Milan. With the ICE 52, Italian designer Umberto Felci created a spectacular concept that was realised by the shipyard using a combination of high-tech manufacturing techniques and traditional boatbuilder's craftsmanship. The deck is made of carbon fibre sandwich, the hull and strongback were created in hybrid construction in carbon fibre and glass fibre. They were laminated in vacuum-infusion using epoxy resins. A CNC-milled, T-shaped composite keel with Weldox steel fin and lead bulb as well as a carbon fibre rudder blade were used as appendixes. This exclusive package is rounded off with a Southern Spars high modulus carbon fibre mast, standing rigging in carbon fibre rods by MaxSpar and a carbon fibre V-boom. Well dimensioned HARKEN deck gear, high-quality running rigging by Armare and extensive Millennium sail wardrobe incl. two gennakers, code-0 and furling staysail.
As light as this ICE 52 is built, she is also comfortable below decks: A well finished teak interior creates a cosy atmosphere and the yacht offers plenty of living space in a wide and airy saloon, a luxurious owner's cabin and in two unusually spacious aft cabins. There is plenty of storage space throughout the yacht in lockers, drawers and storage compartments. Complete comfort equipment incl. diesel generator, inverter, air conditioning, diesel heating, watermaker and a full-sized household refrigerator. The ICE 52 has been continuously maintained and professionally serviced and is in very good condition. The complete RAYMARINE navigation electronics were replaced in 2020.

Recently built passenger ship that is ideal for cruises, festivities and parties, but can also function very well as a restaurant. There is a professional kitchen where a chef can prepare high-quality dishes. The indoor and outdoor bar are both very well equipped. The interior is very spacious with, among other things, 2 panoramic salons and a spacious upper deck. With the height-adjustable wheelhouse, the minimum air draft is approx. 5.50 m. This allows her to go from her current berth to the Rhine catchment area, but she will also cruise very well on the Danube. The ship is built for environmentally friendly operation, including, for example, a diesel / electric jet drive. The required power will be selected automatically. A very well-built ship that is available immediately. In our view, an excellent opportunity to obtain a new ship for significantly less than the current new-build price.

Italia (Tutte le città)
“Grietje” is a wonderfully looked after original sailing Dutch Tjalk that has been converted into a two/three bedroom liveaboard. Built in 1898 by DREWS HOOGEZAND as a working vessel, she is an originally riveted iron hull that has been fully over platted with 6mm steel. The vessel has been drydocked in 2021, with a full 35,000 PSI blast/strip back to a WJ2 standard. She then went through a full ultrasonic underwater survey, steel welding repairs completed, full suite of 14 new anodes and finally coated with a 10 year 2pac epoxy International paint system meaning she does not need to be re slipped until 2031. The bilges have also been cleaned and resealed from the interior. She is sold with a complete 2021 boat survey (as well as survey/service history dating back to 2004) and also the option to take on the mooring at the Embankment Marina, Gravesend.
With a keenness to keep the original lines of such a beautiful vessel, the only detraction from the original specification of the build is the fully collapsible wheel house at the stern. Outside of this, the original rigging, sails, deck equipment, mast, lee boards are all accounted for and in working order. The deck coaming has also been raised slightly to allow generous head room in the living area, but not so much it detracts from the lines. She also comes fitted with a DAF 6 cylinder 195 HP engine that was serviced at the beginning of 2021 and was used to transport her from Gravesend to Hoo to be slipped and back again without missing a beat. The external topsides and coach roof have also benefited from full repaint recently so she is looking extremely pretty!
Internally, the barge has received a full renovation using proper insulation covered over with painted marine moisture resistant ply. Coming down from the wheel house you come into an area affectionally known as the skippers cabin that could be used as an utility space or a home office or children’s play room. A new bathroom with full height stand up shower is on your right as you move through the boat and a toilet with a heated seat! Moving further on, a fully renovated kitchen sold with all white goods including a washing machine, full size gas double oven and hobs, plenty of storage space leading into a wide open plan saloon living area. The saloon benefits from beautiful brass port holes and authentic brass skylights leaving the saloon area flooded with natural light. Forward of the mast step there is option of fitting in another bedroom before finally coming to the master cabin with has a built in queen size bed.
The barge is warmed by an oil based boiler that takes it’s feed from the fuel tank, and with 11 radiators in the system leaves the living space toasty warm even in the coldest winter months. It also benefits from a beautifully ornate log burner in the main saloon.
Grietje has been in our family since 2006, and took part in the 2012 Queen’s River Thames Pageant as one of the oldest boats on the river Thames. She has been very well looked after and cared for, and is ready to be moved onto straight away we look forward to passing over this fantastic piece of history.

Designed, built and maintained by the same owner from new, Clarissa is the fulfilment of a dream. The owner wanted to create a vessel in which to cruise the world and simultaneously provide an elegant and comfortable home for his family and all those onboard. The inspiration for Clarissa came from the owners many years of experience cruising worldwide and his healthy respect for the sea. Safety, seaworthiness and structural integrity were of the highest priority.
The concept called for a ketch rig for ease of sail handling and the versatility of sail plans it allows, a strong traditional construction and powerful twin Man diesels with tankage enough to cross the Atlantic, which indeed she has done. Inside we have a spacious deck saloon with generous window area, a second steering position, bar and sofa area.
Ondeck is a choice of seating areas for good or bad weather, a well protected aft cockpit and helm station and large sunpads on both the coachroof and the foredeck.
Clarissa was constructed with Oak double framing reinforced with steel and then planked in 50mm Iroko. Only the best quality materials were used with the Iroko planks and Burma teak for the laid decks hand selected by the owner prior to it being purchased. The wood was then carefully dried and cut in Denmark before being shipped out to Turkey in a 40ft container.
The yachts construction was completed in the traditional manner of the Turkish shipwrights and overseen by the both the owner and the Danish Marine Surveyor, Naval Architect and Yacht Designer, Arne Borghegn. All works were carried out to the satisfaction of the Danish Maritime Authority.
Although not built to Class, all dimensions on the hull including frames width and spacing, planking etc. are constructed to Lloyds dimensions for a Danish fishing vessel. Calculations for displacement, righting moment, general stability, mast placement etc were also carried out by Arne Borghegn.
Sail plan, running and standng rigging were designed by a collaboration of Danish companies, Dansail for the sails, John Mast for mast and boom manufacture, Frederiksen for running rigging, car placement and again Arne Borghegn supervising all.
All stainless used for deck fittings, portlight frames, rig hardware was certified 316L and the interior wood certified Mahogany. The quality is well evident in the fantastic condition apparent today....
The owner has lavished smilar love and care on her maintenance, pulling her out of the water every year, completing a major refit in 2015, new Generators in 2017, new canvas and ice maker this year.
Accommodations are for 8/10 guests in 4/5 cabins. The full beam master cabin aftmost and one crew cabin wih two bunks also aft which can also be used as a kids cabin. There is a further guest double aft to Port. Forward are two further double cabins. Crew accommodation is for 3/5 in two doubles forward and the aft cabin with bunks.
All cabins are beautifully appointed with outstanding Mahogany panneling and joinery worked up and installed by the finest Turkish craftsmen. Each is served by individually controlled air conditioning and heating. All cabins are with ensuite bathrooms with separate heads and showers and also benefit from granite vanity tops and electric heads.

1998 Colvin 85 | Meta IV
It is rare to find such great examples of Thomas Colvin’s well-thought out and quick ketches on the brokerage market. Meta IV was built by one of Phuket’s legendary shipwrights many years ago using the local Takin Tong hardwood, which is a renowned wood impervious to 99% of life’s bugs. The builder warrants the wood with a 99-year life when correctly maintained – that’s many decades more than the modern materials used in other builds. The fact that builder is still in business shows how well his yachts last and is a testament to his build quality.
Built with love and attention to detail, Meta IV boasts six spacious cabins with superb headroom in each and ensuites in most. The crew are also well catered for forward, and a full-beam master suite just behind the helm delivers optimal comfort at sea for the owner.
Her fine hull lines along a decent acreage of sails translate into a very rapid and comfortable motion under way. An entry, for instance in any of the local regattas such as Kings Cup, would do her owner designer and builder credit with a likely podium result.
Currently lying in one of the world’s best cruising areas with most systems in reasonable condition, Meta IV is ready with just minor work needed (eg. galley to complete) to set sail with family or other guests.
The Yacht Sales Co can assist with relocation of this vessel to your port of choice, including providing various quotations for shipping or delivery crew and managing the process.

Italia (Tutte le città)
The boat was built in 2007 and launched in 2008. She has had two owners who have done cruises and regattas in the Mediterranean. It is a versatile boat which is very maneuverable and comfortable for cruising for 6 and very efficient in regattas with a crew of 10-11 people. In regattas it can be used in both Inshore races and Offshore races. The boat has always been methodically and professionally maintained to keep it in perfect working order. All spare equipment is packaged and stored in a garage protected from bad weather. The boat has been extensively refitted and optimized in recent years and the main works were redone in 2022 with sandblasting, sanding, smoothing and regatta antifouling. The boat is visible in St Maxime until December and then in Port Pin Rolland, where it will be put dry for winter storage. It is ready to sail since everything necessary is on board and in perfect working order. The boat is for sale for two major reasons: change of regatta program and decision to invest in a round-the-world boat in 2024. The boat is performing well in his class and has reached very good results in many regattas in different racing fields.Hull and deck Polyester and GRP fiberglass, polyester fiberglass sandwich with galvanized steel structure Keel: cast iron sail and lead bulb, bulb weight 2,730kg Saffron: carbon wick, infused resin, carbon steering wheel Self-guiding lower bearing replaced 2023, as well as all the steering wheel bearings. Santo Stefano Belbo (Piemonte)
Katja was launched in England on August 15th, 1929, the year of the Wall Street crash in America and the beginning of the Great Depression that was soon to assail Europe. She survived the destruction of the Second World War after taking part in Operation Dynamo as a Little Ship, one of the 800 civilian vessels that evacuated hundreds of thousands of Allied soldiers from Dunkirk in 1940. Katja is a 14.7 meter long motoryacht, designed by H. Parker and built of wood by the Brooke shipyard in Lowestoft. She is still in perfect condition thanks to the doting care of her four owners, two English and two Italian, the latest since the early 1990’s. Katja was built for Mawdesley Brooke, the owner of the yard that launched her in 1929, and was named for one of his daughters. The yard’s roots stretch back to 1874 when Brooke Ironworks, specialized in engines, began activity in Oulton Broad, near Lowestoft. Renamed Brooke Motorcraft between the wars, the firm was managed by Waveney Brooke until after the end of World War II. Katja’s first main engine was a 100 hp, six cylinder Brooke N°4059 type 40 F diesel, with a 5 hp Brooke “Dominion” as auxiliary propulsion. In 1931 she was sold to a new owner in Leicester for £ 2,875. Based for a period in Great Yarmouth, 200 km north of London and only 15 km from Lowestoft, in 1950 she traveled through the French canals down to the Mediterranean, flying the white ensign as a Dunkirk Little Ship. Katja welcomed the change from the misty English coasts to the mild climate of the Mediterranean. In 1967 she was given a new main engine, a 145 hp Perkins T6354, and a new 30 hp Mercedes auxiliary. In the early 1990’s she was purchased by a new owner from Rome, who sailed her in the Tyrrhenian from Tuscany’s Porto Santo Stefano. Sailing from her new base, Katja participated in classic yacht events in Montecarlo, La Spezia, Bocca di Magra and Anzio. REFITS AND AWARDS In recent years Katja has undergone several refits in Tuscan yards; Lacchini, and then Mileo. Founded by Constabile Mileo in 1951, the Mileo yard was known for their continuous production of dozens of wooden vessels. In 2003 the yard, run by the Mileo brothers Pompeo, Vincenzo and Domenico, began a major refit. The 25mm pitch pine planking below the waterline was replaced, with 8/9 meter long planks attached to oak frames with steel screws. The keelson was rebuilt to increase purchase for elements of the new frames, tightly fit between the keel and the stem. The hull was caulked in the traditional manner with calico, then faired and painted. The keel and stem, both of oak, are original. A new main engine (Perkins 240hp) combined with a four-bladed propeller, gives Katja a top speed of 12 knots. Other major jobs included fitting a bow-thruster, rebuilding the teak deck incorporating a layer of plywood, redoing the hydraulic and electrical systems and fuel lines, and replacing the wheel with a new hydraulic control. Remote steering is also set up, allowing Katjato be run from on deck while underway. The auxiliary motor was upgraded to an 80hp Perkins, with a folding propellor to port, giving her a respectable six knots. All this care lavished on Katja couldn’t pass unnoticed, and during the 1992 Monaco Classic Week she was awarded 156 out of 210 possible points, putting her at the top of the ASDEC classification. The ‘Associazione Scafi d’Epoca e Classici’ has been protecting and diffusing the culture of classic and vintage yachting since 1987. “Her topsides have sleek and very elegant lines - a gentle joining of the deckhouses to their pavilions, a smooth transition between deck levels, with the aft deckhouse windows that follow the sinuous curve of the sheer, the handrails that gradually run lower as they approach the bow and the side deck that curves towards the coachroof. It all denotes the execution of an excellent design by a renowned boatyard.” This quote from the early 1990’s by Piero Maria Gibellini, one of the world’s authorities on motor yachts and auxiliaries, refers to Katja. Her present owner, after almost thirty years of cruising Katja, cannot but emphasize how well laid out she is, with many separate spaces to enjoy even when there are many aboard. The foredeck is a terrace over the sea, one of her strongpoints. It gives privacy when moored stern to, and there’s always fresh air even on the hottest days. A sturdy awning covers the foredeck, with it’s two chaise longue (originally from the ocean liner Conte Biancamano; launched in 1925, she was sent to the wrecking yard in 1961), table and benches for up to ten guests. Two sun pads are laid above the aft coachroof and the wheelhouse. A true gangway is mounted to starboard, for ease of embarking and disembarking. INTERIORS AND THE BAGLIETTO TENDER Katja’s refined interiors make her a welcoming and comfortable yacht. The fine finishings, from the wainscoting to the cabin cabinetry, plus the paintings and vintage gouaches in the owner’s cabin, all combine to remind you of the Orient Express and send you back in time. She has seven berths: two in the owner’s cabin forward, two in the guest cabin, and three from the seating in the main cabin – one twin and one single berth. Katja’s vintage launch is a work of art. Built of wood in 1934 by the Baglietto yard in Varazze, she still has her original oars and oarlocks. Katja also comes with an inflatable with a 9.9 hp outboard. This Nautor's Swan 82 FD /"Grey Goose/" is the perfect combination of performance cruising, easy and safe boat handling with a shorthanded crew and blue water sailing capability. While mostly being used as a fast cruiser, Grey Goose can be easily converted to an aggressive Maxi Cruiser Racer and perform in any race, inshore and offshore. As the current owner is very competitive, he started to improve Grey Goose soon after participating in his first Transatlantic and Swan Maxi regattas. German Frers, the designer of the Swan 82, was tasked to design a new keel, which brought down the center of gravity, improved acceleration, pointing angles and slot keeping dramatically, balancing the boat perfectly in the water. A new rudder was fitted, and the hull was faired with long boards to have the perfect hydrodynamics. The rod rigging was replaced by Future Fibres PBO, standing rigging, which has been replaced by EC6standing rigging in 2012. In 2016 a new Hall Spars high modulus carbon fibre mast (same dimensions as her original mast) has been installed with four low profile spreaders, giving more strength and reducing weight by approx. another 350 kg. Increasing the righting moment significantly, the new mast has made a considerable improvement in upwind and overall performance. To improve safety and performance, the new mast was fitted with easy to operate halyard locks for all headsails and the Main. In September 2017 her mast was stepped down for the 5 year service of the EC6 rigging and fully serviced.
The sail wardrobe has been designed and developed in close cooperation between the North Lofts in Spain and the UK, taking advantage of the deep knowledge of the sailmakers sailing on board. Grey Goose is now a totally different boat, outperforming any other Swan 82 ever built. She demonstrates the real Swan DNA by accomplishing her missions in a perfect manner being comfortable, sea worthy and very fast. She has proven her outstanding performance in several racing events and in numerous family holidays cruises.
Grey Goose is undoubtedly in outstanding mint conditions. Although many upgrades were made to improve the performance, most of them enlarge the fun factor as well in cruising like less pitching, fast acceleration and direct steering.
At the end of the 2012 season, Grey Goose underwent a second extensive refit at Hinckley Yachts, Portsmouth, RI/USA. This included upgrading the standing rigging to Southern Spars EC6 continuous carbon rigging, painting the hull topsides and aft cockpit, upgrading to VSAT satellite communications, a new, fuel saving generator, as well as many other significant upgrades and improvements, including the interior, the audio- and entertainment and navigation systems. Grey Goose has been rigorously maintained by her owner to keep pace with the numerous technological advancements in luxury yacht construction since her launch. Outdated equipment has been replaced and only top of the line gear has been fitted. This gives her a modern, contemporary feel, comparable to the very latest generation of Swan yachts.
Grey Goose has always been maintained by a highly professional, experienced and dedicated crew, insuring that she was always ready to take her whenever the owner wanted to sail. Her safety equipment has been updated this season, new life rafts, have been bought. There are several EPIRBS on board as well as Personal EPIRBS and PLB’s for a full racing crew, as the owner never compromises on safety. The boat comes with a 40Ft Container with workshop and storage capacity, a matching 30ft Dariel Tender with 600HP Mercury outboard engines can be purchased separately.

Italia (Tutte le città)
Kythera was designed by Ewing McGruer and built by McGruers of Clynder on the Clyde, Scotland in 1929. She was built for a well known doctor, Dr Carslaw, who had four boats commissioned by McGruer to sail the West Coast of Scotland. She appears in his books that he wrote about his sailing exploits.Kythera's dog-house, which is not typical of McGruer’s work and must have been a special request from Dr Carslaw as he had it commissioned on two of his yachts, which is understandable as the dog-house would have been a great asset sailing in the Scottish climate.Kythera is solidly built with 1.25″ pitch pine planks fastened with bronze screws to 3″ x 3″ sawn oak frames.Kythera is masthead Bermudian ketch rig with keel stepped varnished wooden masts.
