Nel 2013 venne acquistata dalla Italia Shipping Management, che la sottopose ad un importante intervento di restyling, lasciando inalterata la livrea, inserendo nuovi arredi ed impianti e destinandola al noleggio esclusivo, ad eventi, a piccoli meeting e minicrociere giornaliere. Ad oggi la nave ha una nuova proprietà e necessita di refitting. È omologata al trasporto di oltre 300 passeggeri e la possibilità di diventare un gran ristorante per circa 160 persone circondate da antichi ottoni e da pregiate porte di mogano. Historic all-steel ship built in Germany in 1928 by the Schiffswerft Lindenau Memel b'&' Cie shipyard in Kiel. It was originally used as a ferry and for excursions on Lake Curi. Between 1955 and 1963 the ship was bought by the Italian shipowning company Felice Giuffre´, which used her to transport passengers from Puglia to the Tremiti, from Lignano to Venice, then to Giuffrè b'&' Lauro and connected the port of Naples to Capri, taking her current name of Faraglione. In 2013 the ship was purchased by Italia Shipping Management, which subjected her to a major restyling, leaving the livery unchanged, inserting new furnishings and installations and assigning her to exclusive chartering, events, small meetings and daily mini-cruises. Today the ship is under new ownership and in need of refitting. She is approved to carry over 300 passengers and has the possibility of becoming a grand restaurant for about 160 people surrounded by antique brasses and fine mahogany doors. Being a 53 m long and 7 m wide ship, it has great potential and there are many possibilities to diversify its use.

The UNION IV is an extraordinary boat with a rich history and unique features. At 136 years old, she is a unique sight on the water and ashore. This boat has had several functions during her long life.
Originally, the UNION IV was used as a steam turntable, equipped with a powerful 150 hp triple compound steam engine. Later she was converted to a turntable vessel with a crude oil glow head engine (ABC 60 hp) and then as a motor freighter on a fixed route with the same engine. In her next phase, she served as a motor freighter in free navigation, equipped with a 120 hp Moës diesel engine. Then the boat was transformed into a church ship sailing through Flanders, powered by a GM Detroit diesel engine of 165 hp. Finally, the UNION IV became a sailing monument, a combination living and working boat, powered by a 200-hp ABC 3MDX diesel engine.
The boat has a teardrop-built hull, making her very fast and easy to maneuver. Her sailing characteristics are remarkable, as she always starts without problems and sails smoothly. She listens well to the steering system and can sail in reverse almost as fast as forward. The vessel has little propeller action in reverse. In addition, the UNION IV has a very distinctive sound, which makes her extra recognizable. The vessel is beautifully finished with many ornate details, and the riveted mast tube with the hoisting mast and two booms always attracts many spectators.
One of the most memorable moments with the UNION IV is its restoration. With great pleasure the mast tube, mast, booms, the installation of the ABC engine and the new wheelhouse were restored. In addition, the events the boat sailed to have also been highlights. Sailing the boat to various events, surrounded by nice people and with everything on board, was a great experience. The boat always attracted a lot of interest and admiration. Today, the owner still enjoys life on board every day, in the midst of nature yet close to the city.
With the sale of the boat comes also the transferable permanent mooring with all amenities. This includes natural gas, electricity (380V, 3x25A), water, a sewage connection, an 18m² Azobe decking, a 120m² garden, a terrace and a luxury guest house. These additional amenities may affect the price of the boat.
The UNION IV is in very good condition and was last taken out of the water for maintenance in 2017.

Designed, built and maintained by the same owner from new, Clarissa is the fulfilment of a dream. The owner wanted to create a vessel in which to cruise the world and simultaneously provide an elegant and comfortable home for his family and all those onboard. The inspiration for Clarissa came from the owners many years of experience cruising worldwide and his healthy respect for the sea. Safety, seaworthiness and structural integrity were of the highest priority.
The concept called for a ketch rig for ease of sail handling and the versatility of sail plans it allows, a strong traditional construction and powerful twin Man diesels with tankage enough to cross the Atlantic, which indeed she has done. Inside we have a spacious deck saloon with generous window area, a second steering position, bar and sofa area.
Ondeck is a choice of seating areas for good or bad weather, a well protected aft cockpit and helm station and large sunpads on both the coachroof and the foredeck.
Clarissa was constructed with Oak double framing reinforced with steel and then planked in 50mm Iroko. Only the best quality materials were used with the Iroko planks and Burma teak for the laid decks hand selected by the owner prior to it being purchased. The wood was then carefully dried and cut in Denmark before being shipped out to Turkey in a 40ft container.
The yachts construction was completed in the traditional manner of the Turkish shipwrights and overseen by the both the owner and the Danish Marine Surveyor, Naval Architect and Yacht Designer, Arne Borghegn. All works were carried out to the satisfaction of the Danish Maritime Authority.
Although not built to Class, all dimensions on the hull including frames width and spacing, planking etc. are constructed to Lloyds dimensions for a Danish fishing vessel. Calculations for displacement, righting moment, general stability, mast placement etc were also carried out by Arne Borghegn.
Sail plan, running and standng rigging were designed by a collaboration of Danish companies, Dansail for the sails, John Mast for mast and boom manufacture, Frederiksen for running rigging, car placement and again Arne Borghegn supervising all.
All stainless used for deck fittings, portlight frames, rig hardware was certified 316L and the interior wood certified Mahogany. The quality is well evident in the fantastic condition apparent today....
The owner has lavished smilar love and care on her maintenance, pulling her out of the water every year, completing a major refit in 2015, new Generators in 2017, new canvas and ice maker this year.
Accommodations are for 8/10 guests in 4/5 cabins. The full beam master cabin aftmost and one crew cabin wih two bunks also aft which can also be used as a kids cabin. There is a further guest double aft to Port. Forward are two further double cabins. Crew accommodation is for 3/5 in two doubles forward and the aft cabin with bunks.
All cabins are beautifully appointed with outstanding Mahogany panneling and joinery worked up and installed by the finest Turkish craftsmen. Each is served by individually controlled air conditioning and heating. All cabins are with ensuite bathrooms with separate heads and showers and also benefit from granite vanity tops and electric heads.

This Nautor's Swan 82 FD /"Grey Goose/" is the perfect combination of performance cruising, easy and safe boat handling with a shorthanded crew and blue water sailing capability. While mostly being used as a fast cruiser, Grey Goose can be easily converted to an aggressive Maxi Cruiser Racer and perform in any race, inshore and offshore. As the current owner is very competitive, he started to improve Grey Goose soon after participating in his first Transatlantic and Swan Maxi regattas. German Frers, the designer of the Swan 82, was tasked to design a new keel, which brought down the center of gravity, improved acceleration, pointing angles and slot keeping dramatically, balancing the boat perfectly in the water. A new rudder was fitted, and the hull was faired with long boards to have the perfect hydrodynamics. The rod rigging was replaced by Future Fibres PBO, standing rigging, which has been replaced by EC6standing rigging in 2012. In 2016 a new Hall Spars high modulus carbon fibre mast (same dimensions as her original mast) has been installed with four low profile spreaders, giving more strength and reducing weight by approx. another 350 kg. Increasing the righting moment significantly, the new mast has made a considerable improvement in upwind and overall performance. To improve safety and performance, the new mast was fitted with easy to operate halyard locks for all headsails and the Main. In September 2017 her mast was stepped down for the 5 year service of the EC6 rigging and fully serviced.
The sail wardrobe has been designed and developed in close cooperation between the North Lofts in Spain and the UK, taking advantage of the deep knowledge of the sailmakers sailing on board. Grey Goose is now a totally different boat, outperforming any other Swan 82 ever built. She demonstrates the real Swan DNA by accomplishing her missions in a perfect manner being comfortable, sea worthy and very fast. She has proven her outstanding performance in several racing events and in numerous family holidays cruises.
Grey Goose is undoubtedly in outstanding mint conditions. Although many upgrades were made to improve the performance, most of them enlarge the fun factor as well in cruising like less pitching, fast acceleration and direct steering.
At the end of the 2012 season, Grey Goose underwent a second extensive refit at Hinckley Yachts, Portsmouth, RI/USA. This included upgrading the standing rigging to Southern Spars EC6 continuous carbon rigging, painting the hull topsides and aft cockpit, upgrading to VSAT satellite communications, a new, fuel saving generator, as well as many other significant upgrades and improvements, including the interior, the audio- and entertainment and navigation systems. Grey Goose has been rigorously maintained by her owner to keep pace with the numerous technological advancements in luxury yacht construction since her launch. Outdated equipment has been replaced and only top of the line gear has been fitted. This gives her a modern, contemporary feel, comparable to the very latest generation of Swan yachts.
Grey Goose has always been maintained by a highly professional, experienced and dedicated crew, insuring that she was always ready to take her whenever the owner wanted to sail. Her safety equipment has been updated this season, new life rafts, have been bought. There are several EPIRBS on board as well as Personal EPIRBS and PLB’s for a full racing crew, as the owner never compromises on safety. Te Streep was built for the Belgian government for hydrographic survey services. Being a government vessel she has always been well maintained. The present owner bought her in 2021 with the intention to convert her into an expeditionary cruiser that could be used to explore the Red Sea coastline. In 2022 Te Streep underwent an extensive refit in Belgium. The interiors were modernized and the cabins upgraded with air-conditioning and new furniture. 6 new ensuite bathrooms were installed in the passenger area and more for the crew who had no bathroom on the lower deck. /"Gaia/" was originally designed and built as a deep-sea commercial trawler, launched in 1973 and operated as such until she was decommissioned and purchased by the current owners in 2001. Purchased as an empty hull with integral fuel tanks but without a deck, superstructure or machinery, allowed for a complete 100% refit to her current high specification which was completed in 2010. She was run as a commercial diving operation and for underwater vessel maintenance.
She offers huge potential as a luxury liveaboard vessel or as a continuing dive vessel, either for a professional commercial operator or for dive charters. She could also be used for top-end charters or day charters or a multitude of other purposes.
This is a turn-key vessel, well cared for, and is ready for any inspection. A rare opportunity to purchase in the southern Caribbean. Gaia is presently registered in Saint Vincent and the Grenadians and was surveyed in 2020.

The Ballistic 4.8 is the newest member of the Ballistic RIB family. The brief was to provide a RIB that can operated by a small crew but feel like a bigger boat when out on the water. Motor Yacht Mondomarine 41 Legenda built in Italy by Mondo Marine and delivered in 2009, has previously been known as Alexander Two and got its second name after a comprehensive refit in 2016. This 41-meter yacht is the 56th vessel by a renowned Italian shipyard. Exterior and naval architecture of this semi-displacement yacht were designed by Cor D. Rover Design. Fully completed from aluminium, its snow-white superstructure and a well-balanced grey hull create an exquisite contrast attracting observer’s attention to its impeccable elegance.
LUCA DINI Design & Architectur have designed a sumptuous interior with the elements of Classical empire in the surface finishes. The birch tree used in abundance and variety of interpretations is complimented with a dynamic ensemble of marble and soft carpets to create an atmosphere of a comfortable splendour accentuated by a skilful selection of design elements and furniture in the saloons and cabins.
Spaciousness is provided by the 8,1 m width of the yacht that accommodates up to 10 guests in its four guest suites and the Master cabin and 7 crew. Guest suites and crew accommodation are found on the lower deck. The main saloon with the dining area and Master cabin is located on the main deck, whereas the top deck beholds a cosy saloon.
Legenda features an ample outdoor area for entertaining with a bow sundeck area in front of the helm and a well fitted sun deck with a bar, barbecue, dining area, sunroom and a jacuzzi.
The open deck at her stern offers a low outdoor lounge area on the main deck and a dining and cocktail area for 8-10 guests on the top deck.
The yacht features an impressive collection of amenities for relaxing and entertaining. These include a comprehensive selection of water toys, a modern home cinema and jacuzzi on the sundeck which make Legenda ideal for the socialisation and entertainment with friends and family.
Equipped with two especially adapted for long cruising MTU 396-seria diesel engines of 1680 kW (2280 HP) each, she develops a speed of up to 19 knots with a cruiser speed of 14 knots; distance of 3000 miles with a comfortable speed of 11 knots.
