Inside we have a spacious deck saloon with generous window area, a second steering position, bar and sofa area. Ondeck is a choice of seating areas for good or bad weather, a well protected aft cockpit and helm station and large sunpads on both the coachroof and the foredeck.  Clarissa was constructed with Oak double framing reinforced with steel and then planked in 50mm Iroko. Only the best quality materials were used with the Iroko planks and Burma teak for the laid decks hand selected by the owner prior to it being purchased. The wood was then carefully dried and cut in Denmark before being shipped out to Turkey in a 40ft container. The yachts construction was completed in the traditional manner of the Turkish shipwrights and overseen by the both the owner and the Danish Marine Surveyor, Naval Architect and Yacht Designer, Arne Borghegn. All works were carried out to the satisfaction of the Danish Maritime Authority.  Although not built to Class, all dimensions on the hull including frames width and spacing, planking etc. are constructed to Lloyds dimensions for a Danish fishing vessel. Calculations for displacement, righting moment, general stability, mast placement etc were also carried out by Arne Borghegn. Sail plan, running and standng rigging were designed by a collaboration of Danish companies, Dansail for the sails, John Mast for mast and boom manufacture, Frederiksen for running rigging, car placement and again Arne Borghegn supervising all.  All stainless used for deck fittings, portlight frames, rig hardware was certified 316L and the interior wood certified Mahogany. The quality is well evident in the fantastic condition apparent today.... The owner has lavished smilar love and care on her maintenance, pulling her out of the water every year, completing a major refit in 2015, new Generators in 2017, new canvas and ice maker this year. Accommodations are for 8/10 guests in 4/5 cabins. The full beam master cabin aftmost and one crew cabin wih two bunks also aft which can also be used as a kids cabin. There is a further guest double aft to Port. Forward are two further double cabins. Crew accommodation is for 3/5 in two doubles forward and the aft cabin with bunks. All cabins are beautifully appointed with outstanding Mahogany panneling and joinery worked up and installed by the finest Turkish craftsmen. Each is served by individually controlled air conditioning and heating. All cabins are with ensuite bathrooms with separate heads and showers and also benefit from granite vanity tops and electric heads.

Old Two Tonner very competitive TWO TONNER PROTOTYPE The NUBA II boat is a Marconi sloop-rigged sailboat, designed by Joubert-Nivelt and built at the Danish Bianca Yacht shipyard, launched in June 1985 under the name Anquin's Two. She has changed owners four times, also changing her name to Duende and the current Nuba II. She puts it up for sale, the fourth owner who has kept the name. The two tonner designation comes from the IOR, with a rating of 34.5 feet and a length of 42-44 feet. With the current ORC, she is in group 2 with a CDL of 10,761. This Nautor's Swan 82 FD /"Grey Goose/" is the perfect combination of performance cruising, easy and safe boat handling with a shorthanded crew and blue water sailing capability. While mostly being used as a fast cruiser, Grey Goose can be easily converted to an aggressive Maxi Cruiser Racer and perform in any race, inshore and offshore. As the current owner is very competitive, he started to improve Grey Goose soon after participating in his first Transatlantic and Swan Maxi regattas. German Frers, the designer of the Swan 82, was tasked to design a new keel, which brought down the center of gravity, improved acceleration, pointing angles and slot keeping dramatically, balancing the boat perfectly in the water. A new rudder was fitted, and the hull was faired with long boards to have the perfect hydrodynamics. The rod rigging was replaced by Future Fibres PBO, standing rigging, which has been replaced by EC6standing rigging in 2012. In 2016 a new Hall Spars high modulus carbon fibre mast (same dimensions as her original mast) has been installed with four low profile spreaders, giving more strength and reducing weight by approx. another 350 kg. The award winning open yacht 1K was built in 2013 by Overmarine in Italy at their Viareggio shipyard as the 30th and last in the yard’s Mangusta 108 series. Built with a GRP hull and superstructure, with teak decks, she has impressive speed and great efficiency thanks to her planing hull. Powered by twin diesel MTU engines, she comfortably cruises at 24 knots, reaches a maximum speed of 30 knots with a range of up to 420 nautical miles.
