The studio is completely furnished and it is located on the 2nd floor of the Globetrotter Residences Syracusa just next the old market. It has 2 levels, the mezzanine (upper level) which is accessed by a staircase that separates the bedroom from the living room and kitchen. On this level (which is 180 cm max. height) there is a double bed, a closet and a desk. On the lower level there is a double sofa bed, a table with 4 chairs, a TV, closets, and a fully equipped kitchenette with fridge. A confortable bathroom with shower, Wifi and air conditioniong too. The Railway and Bus station are just a 10 minute walk away. Minimum stay 3 months 50€ monthly for all bills (water, elettricity, wifi etc.)
