The Antonioli Group is looking for a Sales Assistant for Antoniolis Ibiza store. The role will involve the following activities: - Welcoming customers; - Sales assistance; - Upselling & Cross Selling; - Product consultation; - Restocking merchandise; - Sharing the companys values and brand stories. Your profile should have: - Solid experience in assisted sales; - Background in luxury brands; - Sensitivity towards the product, excellent knowledge of market trends and fashion; - Management of every phase of the sales process; - Knowledge of key sales KPIs; - Fluent in English; - Nice to have: knowledge of German. Skills required to complete the profile: - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the public; - Knowledge of main sales techniques; - Customer Satisfaction orientation; - Problem-solving skills; - Flexibility and autonomy; - Teamwork attitude.
