Sales & Marketing Director_Food An ambitious Italian Group leading in the food industry Implement a successful sales and marketing business plan, accordingly with the top management's guidelines; Identify and implement a successful product development strategy, through an innovative and effective brand management; Train and support the development of the sales force, being responsible for each channel and business line (Mass Market, PL, export and ecommerce); Define and implement international sales strategy, identifying new distribution channels where possible, in order to guarantee business growth; Guarantee business growth acquiring new customers and improving the existing client's relationships; Implement new sales KPIs, assuring the assigned business targets in terms of sales, profit and investment; Guarantee a satisfying business growth, supporting all the marketing activities with innovative strategic plans; Strengthen promotions and communications in order to support the sales activities, in compliance with all company policies and procedures; Anticipate, analyse and monitor new market trends, with the aim of adopting strategic initiatives and the best commercial organisation accordingly; Build, maintain and reinforce successful partnerships with key stakeholders. Contribute to the definition of the new growth plan of the company. B.S. Degree or equivalent culture; Proven experience in a leading sales and marketing role within the food industry; solid background in brand management within multinational company operating in the mass market will be highly appreciated; Successful track record in marketing and product development; Flexibility and solid sales attitude; Strong ability in working relationships (colleagues, clients and suppliers) with excellent communication skills; Goal oriented, high achiever and ability to work under pressure; Business acumen, innovation and strategic thinking; Hands-on attitude and entrepreneurial mindset; Availability to travel; Fluency in English and Italian is required.
