Senior Controller - Legal disability status (Art.1 L.68/99) Structured company. The candidate must be in possession of legal protected status (legal disability >46%). The ideal one will have the following responsibilities: * Support determination of annual budget by gathering operating companies individual contributions, analyzing, discussing and consolidating them into the final proposal to the CEO; * Provide profit & loss evaluations, performing variance analysis between budget and actual, identifying root causes in case of deviations from the budget; * Constantly ensures business intelligence analysis, simulations and implementation of business cases to support management actions; * Support the corporate line managers with the determination of the periodical forecast based on the KPIs defined for each function and lead specific performance analysis addressed to identify gaps and deviations against the budget; * Deal with both Local Policyholder Benefits & claims manager and foreign subsidiaries as to collect and analyze key figures and performance indicators relevant as to deepen business trends and deviations from budget, in order to provide the most effective remedial, within the functional processes under her/his responsibility; * Management of a team of people. The candidate must be in possession of legal protected status (legal disability >46%). The ideal candidate will have the following requirements: * Master's degree in Economy, Business Administration, Management Engineering or equivalent; * 7 years of relevant experience; * At least 3-5 years of proven experience in managing teams (also in remote mode); * Strong business leader and people leader with ability to structure and prioritize work; * Fluency in English; * Spanish and/or Greek will be considered a plus; * Very strong analytical, numerical and modeling skills; * Full spectrum of accounting and finance experience; * Excellent knowledge of Excel & PowerPoint; * Comfortable to engage with senior management and able to work under pressure and within strict deadlines.
