SEO Manager - Roma Centro Start Up - Tourism & Leisure Assist in development, and manage SEO strategy, information architecture and web content Provide web content production and operations support and establish processes and procedures for content management Collaborate with UX team to identify technical and functional requirements as it relates to deploying and publishing content Develop and manage content lifecycle, metadata framework, tag structure and leverage web analytics to enhance online content performance and lead generation effectiveness Work with content team and designers to direct web copywriting and editing to ensure SEO best practices are followed Apply best practices to optimize on-page content and stay up to date with writing for the web, web usability and business/industry trends Identify, plan, and execute technical SEO recommendations such as keyword research, competitive analysis, link building strategies, and on-page content, indexing and metadata Prepare and interpret SEO reports and data to inform business decisions and marketing strategies Monitor SEO and conduct testing methods in design, layout and copy to proactively increase exposure and positioning in SERP to drive organic traffic to the website. Advise and assist content owners with placing SEO content on blogs, social, etc., educate colleagues on the latest SEO developments and maintain SEO guidelines Partner with development team to implement code changes that improve SEO and troubleshoot and help resolve website performance issues that impact SEO Conduct SEO website audits, direct and implement SEO recommendations to include page structure, code, title tags, keywords, image labels, keyword and link research Strategically come up with ways to improve and track site performance and optimize copy, call to actions and landing pages for SEO best practices & usability Develop and implement link building strategy Conduct regular research and identify backlink opportunities and reach out to potential sources. Identify additional writers and content creators. Partner with PR teams to identify and source high-quality. Create and automate weekly, monthly, quarterly and ad hoc reports. Report on SEO KPIs, in addition to redirects, click rates, bounce rates, keyword rank, and traffic Conduct keyword research and develop keyword strategy, making sure that targeted keywords meet business objectives Be on top of, and have a POV on the latest trends such as HTTPS, AMP, Mobile First, Rank Brain etc. Analyze the success of SEO campaigns and communicate the results and insights to stakeholders Use SEO tools and software to efficiently analyze and report metrics that matter, including Google Search Console, Google Analytics, MOZ, and SEMrush Use tools provided for project management and communication to stay in-tune with the team, including Google Docs, Kanbanize, and Slack 5+ years experience in on page and off page SEO Outstanding knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms Expert in link building techniques Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) SEO-level understanding of HTML/CSS Experience with SEO reporting Deep knowledge of relevant SEO tools Fluent English.
