Stanza con climatizzatore, riscaldamento, Wi-Fi, grande armadio. Appartamento con due bagni e cucina abitabile con balconcino da condividere con altre due persone, un cinquantenne e una sessantenne. Zona servita dalla linea tranviaria frequente 8, centro storico comunque raggiungibile a piedi in circa 30 minuti, vari supermercati, negozi, ristoranti in zona. 320 Euro +100 al mese forfait spese varie (condominio, utenze, pulizie generali periodiche, tassa rifiuti).
