An interior design has study the distribution of every part of the flat!In order to give more privacy, each room is equipped like a small studio with living room / bedroom and each room with separate entrances.Full of services: supermarkets, banks, post office, pharmacies and shops, nice restourants, pubs. There are trendy and historical pubs and restaurant of Milan.There is internet connection and a TV in both rooms.a long balcony. Check-in from 9AM to 6PM, Monday to Friday. Tutte le camere vengono consegnate alla data del check in dell'inquilino pulite, con lenzuola pulite e asciugamani puliti. Alla data di check out l'inquilino è tenuto a consegnarci la casa e gli ambienti di proprio uso esclusivo, nelle medesime condizioni di ordine e pulizia in cui gli è stato consegnato l'immobile al momento del suo arrivo. Qualora fosse impossibilitato a provvedere alla pulizia e lavaggio lenzuola e asciugamani, ma lascia tutto in buone condizioni di ordine, provvediamo noi con le pulizie e verranno applicati i costi di €. 50,00 per stanze con bagno e cucina in condivisione con altri ospiti €. 90,00 nel caso di piccoli monolocali €. 150,00 nel caso di bilocali ad uso esclusivo. Ci riserviamo di applicare costi maggiori, qualora l'immobile verrà consegnato in cattive condizioni di pulizia. La differenza di costo sarà quantificata in base allo stato dell'appartamento/stanza al momento del check out. Qualora invece vi fossero dei danni all'abitazione, verranno  fotografati, confrontati con lo stato dell'alloggio al check in, e trattenuti proporzionalmente dal deposito cauzionale.  Il nostro contratto è quindicinale, significa che se la prenotazione ricade nei primi quindici giorni  del mese noi calcoleremo dal 1 del mese invece se la prenotazione rientra nei secondi quindici giorni del mese, noi calcoleremo dal 15 giorno fino a fine mese. All rooms are delivered on the date of the clean tenant's check, with clean sheets and clean towels. On the check-out date the tenant is obliged to give us the house and the areas of his own exclusive use, under the same conditions of order and cleanliness in which he was given the property upon his arrival. If it is impossible to provide for the cleaning and washing of sheets and towels, but leaves everything in good order, we provide the cleaning and will be charged the costs of €. 50.00 for rooms with bathroom and kitchen shared with other guests €. 90.00 in the case of small studios €. 150.00 in the case of two-room apartments for exclusive use. We reserve the right to apply higher costs if the property will be delivered in poor conditions of cleaning. The cost difference will be quantified based on the state of the apartment / room at the time of check out. If there are any damage to the house, they will be photographed, compared to the state of the accommodation at check in, and held in proportion to the security deposit. Our contract is fortnightly, it means that if the reservation falls in the first fifteen days of the month we will calculate from 1 of the month instead if the reservation falls within the second fifteen days of the month, we will calculate from 15 days until the end of the month.
